I am here now and have been woken up at 0730 once again by the unbearable noise generating from the building work at the marina directly next to the hotel. There are major woks going on including pile driving which is very loud and subsequent noise from the many heavy plant vehicles. The pre travel notifications from jet2, stating this work would not affect our holidays are nonsense.

The Hotel was just great, the outside area was stunningly clean I adored it! The staff is super nice, the buffet is a little small but it has everything someone would need. Spend holiday with friends and children in this hotel at the end of May. I definitely recommend it, the staff is extremely nice, they will always help and be happy to welcome you. The rooms are clean, the pool is also always clean. The bar is good, there are theme nights. I will say honestly, a great hotel for this price.

This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

Stayed here from 20th August for 2 weeks. Had a great room 4039 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Room size was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage. Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great. The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down.
