Just returned back from a 10 night holiday with my parnter. Have nothing but raving reviews for the hotel. Everything spot on. Staff are lovely. Room got cleaned everyday. Food was lovely too. Could hear the noise from bars opposite on a night but didn't bother us at all. The location is brilliant everything on your door step. Would 100% book to come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Recently returned from another fantastic week in Cyprus with the family. We’ve recently returned from an absolutely fantastic 2 week holiday in Protaras, Cyprus (Sept 2025) where we stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the Kapetanios Bay Hotel. Where our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. Around the pool was chiled as we were a group of 18 with our own music. All inclusive drinks was okay but nothing special and food was okay but again nothing special. Just returned from a 14 night stay at Silver Sands, rooms adequate, but rather dated, shower access not too good as sloping tiles for drainage which tend to get rather slippery when wet. Balconies tiny. There was a general noise issue as a constant hum like a generator running all the time, not coming from the hotel but possibly from adjacent hotel. I must say that this place is amazing. The sand, sea and staff, who were very helpful. The whole hotel was very clean. But you only get fresh towels and linen every three days! The bed is very hard. The food is okay, but always the same. The staff at the reception is not very helpful (lacking English skills, not well-informed about anything). There was not much for children.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant was great (we booked only breakfast). It's close to amazing beaches and restaurants but, at the same time, in a quiet area. A few negative points if you book with TUI....you get dropped off on the main rd on the strip or La Pas bar...not ideal to drag yourself and luggage in the dark to the hotel after travelling hours.....and worse dragging them up ! Restaurant nice lots of space, prices a little high but it depends how you look generally 10-15 euros for a pizza and a drink , for me ok . A great place to rest. Abundant of Russians available as residents. Everything single thing is provided in room from utensils to dishes even washing machine. Value for money place. A small indoor pool is also there with spa facilities.

Arriving at flouressia gardens we were checked in and shown to our bungalow it was a ground floor property looking onto the street. First thing I noticed was strong smell of cooking from apartment above but only noticeable in the communal area once in the bungalow I couldn’t smell anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flouressia Gardens in October 2023 as a family of five. Our only regret is not booking directly with them rather than using a third party website. Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. From the fresh cooked food to the service provided to us they where just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Is in a quiet area and and the same time closed to all amenities. Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. All the women working there are great. Just maybe refreshing the rooms could be good but still in the end of season is normal to not be the best condition. This time of year (February), is perfect. It was so peaceful, so quiet, and so tranquil. The room was great, the employees were great, and the location was great. Just one general comment: Regarding the Spaghetti Napolitan, it’s supposed to be mostly pasta and tomatoes. In my case, it was mostly pasta and red peppers, with very few tomatoes. That being said, my wife and I will return!

Quiet andrelaxing Very peaceful resort with restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Apartment was very close to the pool area though pool bar was closed for the off season. Look for the allocated parking place when you arrive as it’s not obvious!

It was extremely noisy with traffic and people talking late every night. One of Patio doors did not lock correctly, so I felt unsafe for myself and children. Cupboards in kitchen very high to reach plates. Welcome food pack was gratefully received. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

We have just returned home to the UK from what has been a very memorable and relaxing holiday which was made possible by the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff at Tasia Maris Gardens. I am here right now. Our room is basic but very clean but behind us is a building site and they start very early, this morning it was 3am so very little sleep had. The food is good with plenty of choice and the staff are excellent. It's a small complex ideal for families and the pool is perfect. We are a couple but the children are no problem. There is hardly anyone about and no fights for sunbed....

Great staff, diverse catering serves vegetarians well and makes their options creative; close to great beach, plenty of activities for children and adults alike. Great hotel for the money we paid! Nice staff and the dinner was eatable and often quite tasty. Lunch and snacks was good too, appreciated that you can choose from the menu instead of getting served a buffet like many of the other all inclusive hotels.

Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. Good food just a very small selection each day. The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong.

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly. We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance....

I’m all truth we have returned as location is perfectly placed on the boardwalk. The hotel in all truth staff are friendly, housekeeping work so hard and provide a great service to very dated rooms. An excellent no frills hotel that suited our needs to the full. We chose to self cater using a one bed superior apartment and the huge plus was being on the top floor with a massive balcony which guarantees all day sunshine.
