I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies. Hidden treasure A real hidden treasure right in the centre of Ayia Napa. The communication from the host has been 1st class, messages with all key and room information and she met us on our first day to explain everything. The apartment was spotless as was the reception area and all around the property. Yes there is night club across the road but that didn’t really bother us at all.

Great communication from the staff. Easy after hours check in process. Apartments are fantastic, extremely clean and spacious. However the noise from nearby clubs is just too much going on until 4am every night of the stay. Was only informed of the possibility of noise after booking.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. We stayed in the Royal Suite. Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch. We'd love to stay longer in the future.

We did not stay at the hotel but ate in their restaurant, because it was close to the beach. The service was great indeed, and the first time, their food was also great. But then we went again, and I believe they served us the buffet food although we ordered a la carte. The food was terrible 😕 this time. The sea (the main object for Russian tourists) is not so far from hotel, smth about 7-8 minutes to go. There are 2 minuses in this hotel/ If you are living in main building - it is the main part of air conditioner on the roof...

great position next to the beach staff could be more outcomming, the nicest person was the cleaner guy

Little gem The hotel is looking a little dated but the staff were all great and the rooms were kept very clean. The location on the beach and main ***** is amazing. The breakfast was basic and no frills but was adequate for our needs. Food hygiene was good.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The pool was nice. The Hotel rooms could do with a bit more storage and a bit of updating. Breakfast was nice plenty on offer. However, the evening meals were awful. We had to pay €18 , first night was mexican and it left a lot to be desired. We thought we would give Greek a go and found it equally as poor. Biggest high was the Pina Coladas , they were delicious...

Hotel in a great location bit run down and nothing going on but right on the beach and sea view rooms good.

We arrived on 21March at 2am.We were warmly welcomed and accommodated immediately. The rooms are spacios.They are cleaned every day.Receptionists speak Greek,English and Bulgarian. They are very helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant is diverse.There are meat dishes as well as vegetarian ones.You could try all kinds of meat there.Desserts are also numerous.People from the restaurant and maintenance...

We came with our friends tour and we enjoyed alot and the food was good and specially the receptionist Jahed was too friendly and kind ❤️ we are gonna come again in the next summer.

Booked a short 4 day trip and stayed here. I would never book a vibe hotel in high season but knew it would be ok out of season. I had seen other hotels with a higher rating but visually didn't like the look the rooms. I was actually really surprised at how clean and good the hotel was. My room was so spacious and I over looked the pool so got the morning sun which was lovely. Location was spot on...

I liked the hotel and the service. The receptionists were always ready to help. They helped with everything, even printing out our Wizz Air boarding passes, so we didn't have to run around looking for them. They were very helpful and great people. 🤝 Thanks to them! The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.
