A typical three star hotel with overworked but very very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is also understaffed in general and that's why the hotel is dirty, in some places filthy. After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and a warm greeting when you encounter them. The location is central to shops and restaurants. Very quick walk to beaches. There's a bus stop just across the street. A 4 star hotel. Breakfast is simple, matraces are outdated. Staff and location are perfect. Parking is free of charge, there was allways enough places. Ayia Napa down town just 10 minutes walk. Nissi beach is 10 minutes by car, Cavo Greco national park inside blue lagoon is 15 minutes by car.

We have stayed here many times but this will probably be our last. The service was poor, we felt that they couldn’t be bothered to serve foreign guests. The room was small and had a lingering smell of smoke. Drinks were expensive. On one day they hosted a political dinner accompanied by very loud rock music - not conducive to a relaxing break.

I was here 4 years ago. The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption. We stayed in the Royal Suite. Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch. We'd love to stay longer in the future.

We did not stay at the hotel but ate in their restaurant, because it was close to the beach. The service was great indeed, and the first time, their food was also great. But then we went again, and I believe they served us the buffet food although we ordered a la carte. The food was terrible 😕 this time. So I would recommend to the customers who come from outside the hotel to eat in their restaurant...

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Good food. Close to the beach and other amenities. Very spacious pool. Air conditioning is free of any extra charges. However, Wifi is not free of charge it costs 30 euro for 7 days and only one user can be logged on at any given time.

This is a small nice hotel. Which was built in 80s, i think. It's very good choice for persons, who don't want to stay at home the whole day. There are two pools in the hotel.
