Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! WiFi free, you are given instructuons for this too. Food - Great selection of food at the buffet. There was a different theme each evening. I can be quite a fussy eater, but I still ended up spoilt for choice

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, you can visit them both once during your stay and the food is delicious! The snack bar is also located near the bar (pool area) and serves chips/ burgers/nuggets/salad/fruit cups

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

General - you are given a QR code to scan to access an app along with a personal password. This allows you to book the a la Cartes / view entertainment / request room service etc

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

The pool area was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. The location is beautiful and close to the beach, with a nice playground and kids’ activities

Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Areas for improvement: taxis to town are quite expensive, spa prices are a bit high and there’s no hot jacuzzi, there aren’t enough trash or recycling bins around the hotel, and the elevator could be faster

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun

Lovely hotel, Muhammed in reception was superb - really helpful. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks didn't taste watered down. Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have experienced

Our stay at the Louis Pheleon Beach Hotel over Christmas and New Year was worth the money

Admittedly the rooms are slightly tired looking and I would only class it as a four star hotel but the restaurant food and the outstanding service by the staff from the cleaners daily changing towels, making our beds and cleaning our room were superb

Wonderful experience and what’s happening in the world does not affect here at all, a nice peaceful resort and a particular mention to Ryan of the entertainment staff who are all absolutely brilliant and kept everyone well entertained during our break

I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

The cleaning was ok, they forgot to put duvet cover so we did it ourself, forgot to leave some towels some of the days. Stains on the duvet that was seen trough the cover

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

It's in the cute small village of Kapparis with several excellent restaurants & bars a few minutes walk away ( we always go bed & breakfast ), we love Karas the most, Just Italian & Faliros are also good restaurants

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November

Paralimni the main inland town is also interesting, with a main square with old & new churches & "proper " shops eg Marks & Spencers if you're curious to visit it

There's a small supermarket just at the Malama gates & a large 1 called Best Value 5 minutes walk away up on the main road

Ayia Napa is also only a 20 min drive away with an attractive harbour, fairground etc

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our favourite was Don Pepe, where Neophytus took great care of us throughout the meal—such a kind and genuinely lovely person to interact with. There were plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax by the pool

Had a great meal in Aroma Restaurant Mare Ayia Napa. Hamid was extremely helpful. I follow a strict GF diet and the team were v helpful and accommodated me very well. Highly recommended. Thank you!

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

We stayed at Mare Ayia Napa at the beginning of November, 2025. It was our luck that we had amazing weather and the resort was nearly empty prior to closing for the winter right after our stay

I would say it was a 3 star but defiantly not a 4 star. no easy way to change your beach towels so you were sort of stuck with them unless you went out for the day and left them in your shower

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view

Bed was very comfortable! Towels changed daily and room cleaned,beach towels provided in the room. The restaurant and bar service excellent, the staff are very friendly

The food is outstanding and I am a very fussy vegetarian. The drinks are very good, the cocktail list is very good

The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds

Clean, cozy, stunning view, you need to go down to the sea along the path, the view is gorgeous, the sea is clean, the sand is snow-white, the breakfasts are delicious, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the central streets

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel

Sea view room was as it was expected to be, beach just in front with beach beds from the hotel. Price for the quality and period we booked (end of August which is high season) was extremely reasonable

Properly a Cypriot hospitality experience. This hotel is of course a high quality hotel but what separates it is the friendliness and help from the staff

I had a bit higher expectations on food which could be ever slightly better given everything else was wonderful it would have made it exceptional

The beach is beautiful, but it can’t compare to the surrounding beaches with their clear water. Still, there is much more space here at the sunbeds

On the positive side, Rapahels Restaurant was excellent, offering classic Cypriot dishes in vegan versions. Even if you are not vegan, the dishes are impressive! My boyfriend is not vegan and was amazed, too

She was incredibly attentive and proactive, recognized me on the second day, and made sure every morning that I received soy yogurt. Even when I asked someone else, she noticed immediately and stepped in

Plant based milk alternatives were available, but for anything else you had to ask the staff. Sometimes it seemed the staff didn’t clearly know the difference between vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free

I recently stayed at the Annmarie Beach Resort in Ayia Napa and had lunch from their menu. Being gluten free, I always worry about what I can safely eat when dining out

Housekeeping did a great job changing towels and cleaning the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing!!!!

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk

Very nice laid back hotel. The best pool ever. They also have indoor pools. Very good breakfast. Lovely rooms. The best part is the location not too far from everything! Good staff and amazing cheap cocktails!

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

 Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty

Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.   - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

The glass door does not isolate sound well and you can hear the traffic from the street. The beach, the sand, the pools, the sunbeds and the food deserve 5*, but not the hotel

The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing

Beach is absolutely beautiful. Beach activities are a short walk away

Great hotel. And Delux wing is a wing for guests 16+. With its swimming pool and restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

It is worth adding that all inclusive in this hotel really meant "everything", with no hidden costs or restrictions (even beach towels)

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and overlooked one of the 3 swimming pools. The entire hotel is well-kept and is located a few meters from a beautiful beach, where guests can use sun loungers and beds

We had a great time, the staff was really friendly and kind, they are such a great team. The beach and the water were perfect

Vacuuming was inexistent, at most swept with a broom in the middle of the living room. Bathroom was never cleaned in 7 days, and towards the end of the journey we received 2 extra towels

Great Hotel!! The rooms are clean and stocked. The good is very very tasty and varid. a large ja cuzzu and a beach the sea. Comfortable large sunbeams and next to the beach is the wet bar

We left the dirty towels on the floor, in the middle of the bathroom, as we do everywhere we travel, and we always found the same towels neatly folded

We recently stayed at a similar resort in Greece, but it did not meet the same standards. The Dome Beach Hotel continues to stand out as a fantastic destination for families

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout

Capo Bay Hotel is lovely.Cant fault it .Friendly kind staff too. Two minutes walk to Fig tree bay beach,warm clear water , three minutes walk to a number of restaurants serving delicious food.

Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...

5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...

Beach: There is easy access to the beach and the promenade is perfect to stroll or run in the mornings

Stayed at the Golden Coast beach Hotel Pernera and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent rooms with all facilities included in the price

Close to the beach, you can easily enjoy your stay having a lovely time sunbathing with a cocktail or a snack next to the pool or under an umbrella looking at the blue blue sea! Our room was huge, with a lovely veranda with sea view, and all the amenities

Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

Nice pool area and beach virtually next to the hotel. Lots of other beaches close by to chose from

Cleaning staff were great, although some towels were a bit scratchy. Parking was free onsite which was great. Lovely hotel bar down by the seafront, with friendly staff

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations. We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay. Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day. We arrived to a afruit platter and wine

This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients

There's also a panoramic rooftop overlooking the azure lagoon. The hotel is small but very cozy. I highly recommend it! Next time, I'll definitely stay at the Flamingo Hotel! The breakfasts are impeccable

Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...

We stayed for a week in October. We did have a lovely holiday, it was still 28 deg every day. Location - lovely walks to the beaches which are bays with clear calm and warm sea not too busy, shops , restaurants nearby

Loved it so much first time went back within 6 weeks can’t wait to go again in may let’s hope all staff still there every single member of the staff were amazing thoroughly loved the whole time we were there

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

Non alcoholic cocktails by the bar were delicious, such as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck (Donald Duck highly recommended). But, they were very quick at clearing plates

The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt

The restaurant has an amazing daily menu of pan Asian , Cypriot, Italian and Mediterranean and English food and is delicious. The pool is fabulous and the infinity pool is also lovely

We have been twice to sunrise jade ( first time in August 2024 as a surprise for my husbands big birthday then again May 2025) and both times were absolutely perfect

You can swim in the bay and see turtles and swim with them. Visit Landa beach this is a gorgeous sandy beach with clear warm calm waters and a lovely restaurant too

Dinner at the buffet is much more than an average holiday buffet , so much selection and the staff all work very hard to ensure everything is replenished

It was so lovely to chat with her each day , she is a credit to the hotel. We have booked again for July 2026 to return to sunrise jade and we cannot wait! If you are thinking of booking, you will not be disappointed!

Also if you choose not to have dinner one night you can have lunch at the restaurant which isn’t a buffet but a 3 course lunch from an extensive menu

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Little things to think of as improvements would be iced coffee on the all inclusive, ice cream in the restaurant with the desserts, full length mirrors in the rooms and bedside tables with drawers or storage , more entertainment choices of an evening ( same acts every week got a bit monotonous ) … apart from that this hotel is one I return to again and again

The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually. With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner

Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed. Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

Cons- Rooms need updating, cleaners did not restock toilet rolls, tea, coffee or towels. Only given 1 pillow each on beds which sink in the middle and smelt dirty. Have to pay extra for the safe even on an AI basis

I've stayed in this hotel in April 2025 Fantastic staff fantastic food. the hotel is very clean the pool area is very clean. the manager yianis and all the staff are very hepfull

The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard

We used the onsite gym which opens at 9am. We did ask one of the managers if it could be opened earlier. This allows a person to work out and then enjoy breakfast. Hopefully this is something they will look into

We did have one issue with breakfast and the pastries. My daughter loves them and grabbed one but the problem was it had meat in it. It was next to the chocolate croissant and looked very similar

The pool bar staff, Mohammed, Denis & the guy who didn’t wear a name tag (sorry) worked so hard all day bringing drinks to everyone and then working the evenings. Also the other Mohammed in the evening, what a nice guy

They're all very friendly and when they found out it was our honeymoon, stopped by our room to leave petals and chocolates for us! It's a 30 second walk to the beach and a jetty which you can walk off straight into the sea for some swimming! Overall, we had the most magical honeymoon here and are desperate to return!

One of the things that is great is it really is all inclusive. You don’t have certain drinks and meals as extra. Looking at other hotels even in the same brand, this isn’t the case

We stayed 10 nights at king Jason and it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had there is everything you need in the hotel and bars shops only a short walk away the beach is right outside the hotel no roads to cross the room was great bed so comfy air con was fantastic just what you need after a day in the sun I cannot praise the staff enough who work hard to make everyone’s stay relaxing and...

Staff can’t do enough for you, George is brilliant so friendly and again can’t do enough for you. Rooms,we had a sea view room which was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day lovely rooms

George was friends with everyone! I also want to say thanks to Jack (Polish chef) for being so helpful and friendly, you made the holiday even better. We also appreciated the water bottles by the pool

The mini disco songs have become a permanent part of our playlist, and every time we hear them, the smiles and memories come rushing back

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

Thank you also for the face painting and football games – our child was absolutely thrilled! The entire stay was wonderful – from the first to the last day

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

Second year going to Atlantica Aqua Blue and it did not disappoint again! I’ve never gone back to a hotel before but this hotel is gorgeous, food is amazing with a different theme each night…buffet style

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very clean and spacious room, amazing views, lovely garden. Professional and friendly staff. Convenient (there's a bus stop outside of the hotel that goes to Protaras/Cape Greco/Ayia Napa for EUR1

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

The only negative I can think of is the internet access, why can't they just make it free (even just for limited time each day)?

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

Beyond the breathtaking location, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional and professional staff, always attentive and welcoming. A true 7-star experience in the heart of Protaras!

DO NOT MOVE THE SUNBEDS-the guy literally looses his shxt-quite an over reaction for a sunlounger that you pay for. It's location to the centre of Protaras is about a 10 minute/15 minute leisurely walk away

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

The pools are superb, a little cold but amazing and a great location to walk to Protarus centre and beaches

I found this ideal as you don't get the busyness/noise of a central location, but it's all there to pop into. There are a few shops ect several minutes away from the hotel and the bus stop is the same

Whilst we encounter an issue with food heat it was sorted swiftly and the quality of food was superb and varied for everyone

I really liked the location of this hotel, though guests wanting to be totally central and don't want to/can't walk 10 minutes to the centre/beach, it would not be so ideal

Checked in quickly and Thomas on reception had a bit of banter and told us about a bar that was still open just around the corner if we fancied a cold beer after a fairly long journey

Don’t interact with any of the guests and when they do put activities on, don’t ask any of the guests kids if wanna do them and then hide one day he set up football and hid under a bush on his phone why this hotel is paying these two and allowing them to drag the hotel down and let all the staff down is beyond me would I come back? Yes, if the entertainment was sorted out

Sorry for the delay in our review, we had just moved house before we went on holiday so have been a busy with sorting our new house

The food was excellent with a wide choice of salads, hot and cold meats/meat dishes, fish most days, soup - just a very good choice, and a lot of Meditteranean dishes (which we love, so no problems there) and we thought the food overall was spot on

There was also a cocktail menu included in the AI which is unusual in our experience. The hotel room was spotless with a pool view on the 3rd floor. Large studio style with double bed, sofa, small kitchenette with fridge

Problems can always occur on holiday. What matters more is how the hotel/staff respond and in this case they responded great. There was always sun loungers to be found and were well located around the two lovely pools

Hotel is right at the beach so we didn't need to use the sunbeds at the beach, we used the ones by the pool which is very close. You just cross the path and go for a dip in the sea

We just came back from a seven day vacation at Vrissaki Beach Hotel, and all in all, it was wonderfull. Only nice words for all the staff at the restaurant, especially Christo who made us feel very welcome

Also, not much space for the chlothes, the wardrobe should be rearraged somehow. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed, although the bed sheets may be changed only once during our stay

Only thing bothering us (or the people next to us because we were very loud) was that there is so little space between these sunbeds, so no much privacy

But I understand that the hotel wanted to use all the space possible so every guest gets a sunbed

All the staff are so friendly and the manager is always around checking how everyone is throughout their stay. We’ve booked for June 2026 and can’t wait

We came in April, great temperature and not too busy. Wonderful hotel! Very nice decoration. Right in front of beautiful beaches, yummy breakfast buffet. We definitely recommend Sunprime Protaras!

Super nice spot. Hotel is clean and nice. Right next to the beach and has a pool. If you go for the all inclusive you might get tired of the lunch menu if you stay for more than a week.

Perfect hotel that has it all! Nice and helpful staff, fresh rooms, good food, lovely sandy beach and crystal clear water. Good variations on fitness with a great coach.

We only did breakfast and it was fine, but a little more variation would be nice for a long stay like ours of 2 weeks. Ok drinks at the lounge and pool bar. Air conditioning in our room broke once in the evening
