Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing. Charlotte the wedding planner goes above and beyond, our day was outstanding! Such a lovely hotel and amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit. The wedding parties that were there ruined the whole holiday for us and for many others. A few of the guests were drunk from early on in the morning and as the day went on got louder and louder. Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. Lovely hotel.The beach it backs on to is amazing. Location is perfect. With plenty parking. When I stayed kids where running up and down 8am so if that bothers you properly wouldn't be the place for you. Great if you have a family and like to get up early on holiday.

I am here now and have been woken up at 0730 once again by the unbearable noise generating from the building work at the marina directly next to the hotel. There are major woks going on including pile driving which is very loud and subsequent noise from the many heavy plant vehicles. The pre travel notifications from jet2, stating this work would not affect our holidays are nonsense.

Hotel is ideally located with a wide range of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach nearby too. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. Stayed her at the end of October for a week. It was faultless. It’s 3 star but I’ve stayed in worse 4 and 5 star hotels. All the staff were excellent, always going beyond their call of duty. Wow, fabulous hotel amazing location right on beach, room was great, cleaned daily. Food options was brilliant and all inclusive drinks catered for all. lovely balcony with amazing sea views. Special shout out to all the staff but Marrania at pool bar and sandip and George up at top bar made our family holiday amazing thank you.

This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

This hotel is perfect in every way. It's located on a beach with crystal-clear water, right in the center of town. The rooms are huge, on the 5th floor, with sea views. It's a new hotel. I can't fault the staff from reception all the way through to the cleaners. So polite and they couldn't do enough for you. The problems I noticed but it wasn't so tough. Cons- Rooms need updating, cleaners did not restock toilet rolls, tea, coffee or towels. Only given 1 pillow each on beds which sink in the middle and smelt dirty. Have to pay extra for the safe even on an AI basis. Shower over bath with little space to turn. Pros- Most staff were really friendly and gave excellent service. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to assist whenever we had any issues. However, in our opinion, the hotel feels more like a three-star property rather than a four-star one. Would arguably put this 4.5, pool is really nice, rooms is perfect and modern. Beds aren’t the comfiest but are okay. Food is great quality and plenty of variety.
