Hotels near sea shore in Protaras

The owners were very nice and very helpful. Location not too far to walk to Protaras *****, and also close to bus stops. Beach is nearby a 5 minute walk. There is a fridge, a hob, toaster, plates glasses , cutlery etc

Large rooms with shower and kitchen. Quiet and nice atmosphere, high standard rooms. Excellent price for the night, very close to the sea and the famous Fig Tree beach. The service of the staff is personal and warm

Nikolas & his wife who are the owners are very lovely people and so kind and helped me with anything I needed or wanted. I will definately be booking a stay with them again for my next trip

Situated very close to a lovely bay called Green Bay and close to bus stops or a nice 20 min stroll to the Proteas main town for many nice restaurants, live music and bars

This was my second visit at the Proteas Mare Suites and would highly recommend staying at these lovely apartments

A facility for undemanding people. Good English breakfast in the Pig restaurant. Due to the low temperature of 18 degrees in February we did not use the pool.

I went with some friends to these apartments and we are very happy with our stay. And the apartments were closed to beautiful beaches. The apartments were clean and comfortable

Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin

Guests talking on loud speaker while in the restaurant, large gatherings in the hallway outside rooms or guests from multiple rooms gathering in 1 and talking very loudly in the early hours of the morning is not acceptable and etiquette should be enforced by management more strongly!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations. The staff at the hotel were welcoming

Hotel is very clean, I got fresh towels every day and bins emptied daily too. Also very close to the beach and shops, with a supermarket attached to hotel which is very convenient

Breakfast is amazing with lots of choices and the dinner was a different menu each night (I went half board) which was also delicious. Lots of space around the pool area

The hotel's yard has a path between the houses that leads directly to the beach. You can get to the minimarket through the lobby via the indoor areas. A washing machine and tumble dryer that operate with coins

As in previous years we stayed in a room with a large balcony on the top floor facing the pool. No complaints about the staff at all or sunbed availability, all was excellent

They have a pool and a pool bar. Everyday, the room is cleaned and the stuff is there to really help. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. away of Fig Tree Bay (maybe the most beutiful beach in Cyprus)

We booked the breakfast by the pool every morning and this two was so much food with a wide variety. The chef went out of his way to see we had enough. The pool barmen was especially friendly and helpful

The hotel has a pool that is divided into small pools with the depth highlighted for each one them which I really liked and thought it was helpful as I have a 3 years old boy

Will recommend this place for peace and quite and the money spent was well worth it. Not luxurious but very homely. The best is it’s situated right by Fig Tree Bay beach

Great, budget friendly place to stay. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Room was very clean, had everything you need. They were also very flexible with Check-In and Check-Out times, which was a great plus

As is described in the title they are beach apartments, very basic but an excellent location only 2 minute walk to the beach. Great for a few days but not long term.

In addition to the excellent location, I would like to praise the outstanding cleanliness. Towels are changed every three days and bed linen every five days. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Excellent apartment, did not ask for anything special but got a huge balcony and sea view. The actual apartment was clean and well presented. Bedrooms have air conditioners, the kitchen includes hot plates and microwave

Had a really pleasant stay over there. Good location - 10mins walk from the a really nice beach and beach bear. The room was clean and nice with ac and everything you need. And the employees very kind and helpful.

Despite our visit being in August, the area was very quiet. My only word of warning I would give is the parking. Reversing is not my strong point, but the parking slots are very tight

This is not a luxury hotel, but a very good price and affordable place to be on holiday! Very good manager, her name was Ildi. Very helpful and kind. Hope this was helpful.

She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful from the first moment. Every question we had, she answered quickly and with a smile. Her attitude was warm, professional, and truly made us feel welcome

The only drawback was the sunbeds at the pool, they were very old, uncomfortable and the area was very shaded. The Hotel outside bar was great and a real asset to the hotel

Lovely hotel, with very helpful staff but due to the pool getting no sun after dinnertime we were forced to spend our days at the beach so didnt get to know the staff as we would have liked, but they were very helpful & accommodating when we had chance to speak with them

What a lovely hotel, Rooms were nice and big with loads of cupboard space and all the amenities needed to cook if you chose too. Balcony was nice and long and you could sit out and see the Sea

Villa is well maintained and great location for local facilities we also had a nice small welcome pack of some food items that was unexpected! The villa is near enough to enjoy the local facilities in the town and the beach and far enough away to be unaffected by any noise

Support staff were very helpful and responded to a couple of minor points very quickly. Will definitely stay here again!! Leaving arrangements were also very easy

We had one á la carte sitting included in our stay, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the food was Absolutely outstanding! We had lunch at the snack bar most days so that we should stay by the pool

There wasn't a lot of choice compared to other hotels but the food was nice. The hotel benefits from an adults only pool which gets the sun most of the day. There were no 'sun bed wars' as there were plenty of beds

With my family we visited Vangelis Hotel on May. Clean, cozy environment with a great selection of delicious food

My only note would be that the hotel would benefit from zip and link beds which is standard in most hotels these days. We had a fantastic stay overall and I'm already looking to book again for later this year

My mum being almost 70 would not have been comfortable on this but once we explained to the staff the management made sure that a single bed was delivered to the room that day

A very nice appartment, conveniently located, close to a bus stop, Lidel, and fig tree beach. The representative was extremely helpful, and I would definately stay there again.

But we discovered the most interesting thing after we arrived: below us is a banquet hall where weddings are held periodically (not every day). now, and you can clearly hear the disco :((

This villa was amazing!! ideal location (far enough to be nice and quiet but close enough to go to the main strip or beach) as well as having a lovely pool the roof terrace was out of this world perfect sun exposure all day with stunning views - very accommodating to children they provided high chair and travel cot very clean appliances and high quality
