Next to one of the best beaches of Cyprus

This is our 3rd time going we just cant stay away its peacuful the staff are friendly and there is a buffet breakfast its an absolute must you cant not go!

The hotel is near the beautiful bay with a very clean water. Good hotel, good breakfast.

We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. Breakfast tipple buffet style

Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. Good food just a very small selection each day

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly

Noce stay Nice hotel to stay for cheap. Breakfast was much better than expected. Average cpmfort in rooms and bit lack of dish and storage areas.

The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The place is perfect in every way – a beautiful private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and stylish rooms, and breathtaking views all around

The villa was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was brilliant and the villa had a number of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine which was fabulous

Maria who is the owner is exceptional, the service that we received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the villa was clean and very well equipped, the location was good but as we came in the off season most places were closed, but we had a car so it wasn't a problem

In the off season the villa is very quiet and we had amazing sleep. We had a great time and would recommend this place

Everything was absolutely excellent during our stay at the villa. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. Maria was extremely kind, polite and always helpful, which made our experience even better

Super!!! We stayed for 4 nights. Clean , comfortable, everything was perfect. The owner was very serviceable and wanted to help us with anything she can. It was one of the best vacation we hade . We will come again!!!!

Just had a week at these apartments, can’t fault them staff lovely clean and tidy, one bed superior room with a sea view, would definitely be back

The only downside was out of the hotels hands and that was unsupervised children being allowed to run and play ball around other guests attempting to sun baths in peace!!! Their parents watched on without any thought for other guests

We chose to self cater using a one bed superior apartment and the huge plus was being on the top floor with a massive balcony which guarantees all day sunshine. The cleaning staff were keen and efficient throughout

Superb hotel in a great location. Hotel is super clean, rooms are cleaned every day, rooms have everything you require. Cannot wait to return. Thank you 🙏🏻

Despite the latter I would happily book again, Room 505 is recommended and Jet2 prices are reasonable to say the least

Washing and drying machines in the basement was another plus and only 4 Euros a wash

We came and we were greeted by the lovely staff. Our room was perfect, big, everything you would want in there. We shortly enjoyed the pool and sunbeds. The music playing made for a cheerful atmosphere

Was here 13th September for a week, in a superior one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool also the main road! Was clean, regular cleaning with maid and changing of towels, good air con in room, very friendly family run hotel, made me feel very welcome… great location, near Malmia bar and several restaurants close by, on way to protaras ***** only 10 minutes walk away

I never had to reserve a sun-bed plenty of them! My only negative was that they need to take the white plastic grills off around pool regularly and jet wash them because they were very green with mould very off putting when in pool and leaning out, something that could easily be addressed when maintaining the cleaning of the pool

Cleaners work so hard as do all the staff. Pool is a fantastic size plenty of sunbeds so you don't have to put towels out early to get a bed

Staff are friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Superior studios are lovely towels and bedding changed regularly bins emptn rooms too. Air conditioning is brilliant and free with jet2 package holidays

Can't understand the bad reviews that this hotel gets don't expect a 5 star hotel when you're only paying for a 2 star. Sweet Memories is fantastic value for the money we can't wait to be back in October

Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season

This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift

Lovely pools and entertainment good

The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt

Hotel was very stylish and relaxing in a fantastic location (not busy) with the beach a literal 2 minutes walk. The pool area has been designed to be like a Ibiza style chill area with plenty of beds

We stayed I'm a side sea view superior room. Marble style floors and plenty of mood lighting with a very stylish/minimalist style bathroom/shower. The breakfast had lots a variety and all done to a high standard

I visited during a quieter season with fewer tourist activities available, but the receptionist was so kind and helped me find a tour, which made a big difference to my stay

I don’t really know where to begin, but first of all I would like to thank all the hotel staff: the manager, the lady at the morning reception, the gentleman at the night reception, the ladies and the gentleman from the restaurant, the chef, and the housekeeping team

Had a really nice stay here. Rooms are stylish and food is quite good. There's a good parking for you rental car. Two pools, one for adults.

The hotel itself is a brisk walk away from the beaches, the promenade, and all the little tourist shops. Atmosphere: The hotel is pretty quiet, the pools are divided for adults only and a childrens' one

From management to all staff, our experience was 10 out of 10. The food was out of this world. The pool bar staff were amazing, especially Karolina and Peter. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were unbelievable

We stayed at Anastasia Beach Hotel for a 10-day holiday in Cyprus. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and our experience there. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved

Anastasia Hotel in Protaras offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly, helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the common areas are pleasant and relaxing

The pool area is a highlight, especially for families, and the hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants

Fantastic Location: Being right next to the beach with a proper walkway made accessing the sand and sea easy and enjoyable

The direct access to the beach is a big plus, and overall, I would still recommend this hotel – especially for families looking for a pleasant holiday by the sea

Fun for Everyone: The kids water activities were a great feature, ensuring the little ones had a blast. Relaxing Poolside: The pool bar was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax by the water

I am not satisfy for the cleanlness at the 4th day i asked them to give us clean towels with the excuse that their washing mashine has broken

Basic but clean and comfortable. Great location with at least a dozen bars and restaurants within 200m. Bus stop nearby for a regular service into Protaras (5 mins) for 2 Euro

However, if you can live with these few limitations, you'll have everything you need for a short stay at a reasonable price, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable vacation

Good environment big and beautiful I liked how much the staff are friendly especially Jahed he were taking his work to the next level

A right turn from the hotel for a 10 minutes walk to the first of a number of beautiful small cove beaches

Rooms bit dated ,shower not a lot of pressure but good hot water ,good kitchen with tea coffee toaster and coffee blender,cups plates etc ,very friendly staff ,great pool not to deep for youngsters ,plenty of sun loungers

After dinner, we were then checked into our room, where they informed us that we have been upgraded to a side sea view, free of charge. Our room was incredibly clean and the balcony had plenty of room, with two sunbeds

This Hotel is Highly recommended for its position on the beach, very friendly and clean with a service second to none

We stayed at Hotel Vrissana during the off season and absolutely loved our experience. The beach right in front of the hotel was perfect — quiet, clean, and beautiful. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind

Cleaning and changing of towels are done every day. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and surrounding areas (swimming pool, courtyard. Beach/pool towels are provided and changed every 3 days

Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent, where it’s situated on Protaras beach

They have different themed nights throughout the week, where you can see the menus for not only that week, the one ahead too! There was several different options to choose from and Chef’s making omelettes/pizza’s fresh on request

We had one á la carte sitting included in our stay, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the food was Absolutely outstanding! We had lunch at the snack bar most days so that we should stay by the pool

There wasn't a lot of choice compared to other hotels but the food was nice. The hotel benefits from an adults only pool which gets the sun most of the day. There were no 'sun bed wars' as there were plenty of beds

My only note would be that the hotel would benefit from zip and link beds which is standard in most hotels these days. We had a fantastic stay overall and I'm already looking to book again for later this year

My mum being almost 70 would not have been comfortable on this but once we explained to the staff the management made sure that a single bed was delivered to the room that day

I am a fussy eater and there was plenty there for me to enjoy each night. I would much rather a few dishes done really well than an endless amount of bland options

The night we arrived we realised that one of our parties rooms was set up as a double despite booking twin rooms there only a chaise to be used as a single bed

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

While the selection was satisfactory, it left a bit of room for improvement in terms of culinary variety. The resort boasts three very clean pools, which were perfect for relaxation

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days

We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here

Fireman's Beach is also nice, turn left on the coastal path, you can walk there in about 15 mins The other main thing we love about the Malama is how helpful & welcoming the staff are, the same staff have worked there for many years which shows how happy & committed they are to guests happiness

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November

It looks like most rooms have a sea view, especially rooms on floors 3,4 and 5. The pool area is also lovely with plenty of lifeguards dotted around throughout the day

I live here with my eight-year-old son and can truly recommend it for both couples and families, diffrent pool areas makes it easy to chose

It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone

The hotel and its staff excel in every way. The staff work so hard to ensure your holiday is the best. The slides are great, as is the pool, but maybe a little cold. The food was plentiful, tasty and had a good variety

Fabulous hotel, easy to access everything locally. Rooms are beautiful and the hotel is spotless. Food/drink is really nice much better than your usual all inclusive. Staff can't do enough for you

We heard the whistle a lot, so they are clearly very vigilant and manage the area well. The pool area is really well maintained and staff work really hard to keep it clean and tidy

We stayed at Sunrise Gardens for two nights and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — just a short walk from the beach and the main *****

So, as like you are doing, we read the reviews for this hotel before booking and before we arrived. We were happy with the reviews and thought the place will be good…. however! It’s way better than we envisaged

We went half board and despite the previous reviews being good we were a bit wary of the food. Again however the food exceeded expectations, everything was high quality, fresh and great tasting

Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well

Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)

etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants

Our room was VERY NICE!! We were given a sea view room with a huge veranda and sunbeds! The swimming pool and the area around it has been adjusted, furnished and decorated in a way that can offer positive and relaxing vibes! Breakfast was also very very good with a tasty variety of food

Best hotel I’ve stayed after travelling for over a month. Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Hotel is on the smaller side compared with the big ones in Protaras

Staff are warm and welcoming making my stay really pleasant. Room had huge balcony with views to the ocean. No problem getting a sun lounge by the pool. Vast range of foods to choose from

The hotel in on the ***** which is end to end with hotels and bars & restaurants. Fig Tree Bay is less than a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast has lots of choice and seated by the pool was nice

Stayed here for one night, room was lovely and clean, pool was unusual as it has grey tiles and not the normal blue, but it’s great us of space

Since we have been there more than once, we point out that all apartments have a sea view (very privileged). The hotel beach is one of the best in the area. The pool is an enjoyable and relaxing experience

The hotel is located in a location overlooking the sea. It has wonderful, large apartments (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom)

We stayed at Myro Androu for a week and we loved it. The rooms were cleaned daily and the view overlooking the pool and ocean was beautiful. The staff in all of the hotel departments were really welcoming and helpful

Christina (I think she’s the manager, if not, she should be) and her staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. Everyone was super sweet. I am already looking to book another stay

If you want to use the cooking facilities take some basic items, we did not have scissors, spatula, tea towel or washing up liquid. Restaraunts and bars are good and only a short walk away
