The location is excellent and is probably the property’s strongest selling point. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and quality. There’s also a small bar right outside the hotel that we enjoyed visiting.
The staff members were polite and helpful whenever approached, especially Rudy, and Karilona, but the hotel appears understaffed, which makes the service feel impersonal and inconsistent at times.
While the rooms have clearly been renovated recently, the quality of the renovation is disappointing. Many of the fittings and fixtures feel cheap, some knobs were broken, and the overall workmanship lacks attention to detail. The bathrooms are small, and the beds are extremely bouncy and not particularly comfortable or supportive.
The building itself is old, so an aging elevator is understandable. However, the overall room experience falls far short of what one would expect from a four-star hotel.
I genuinely feel that the owner and on-site staff are trying their best especially Rudy and Karolina, but EA Hotels has not invested enough—or invested wisely enough—to bring this property up to the standard it claims. In my opinion, this is not a four-star hotel. It is, at best, a two-star property that benefits from a great location and a good breakfast.
Lots of excellent restaurants and interesting museums around. Spacious and clean rooms. Well conditioned, quiet atmosphere with everything, you need, just round the corner. Very thankfull for the help and support from the desk staff. Tereza, our visit to Prague would not be so pleasant without your warm attitude.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a long day. The bathroom was modern and pleasant to use. The only downside was the shower drainage: after heavy rain, it struggled to keep up, likely due to the general drainage system. So that’s something to be mindful of.
The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we didn’t experience any noise disturbances from outside, which we appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and varied slightly each day, which kept things interesting.
All in all, a very good stay. We’d happily return!
