It's a great location, easy to travel to the city but not loud at night. The rooms are fine, nice bed. The breakfast is very great aswell as the lobby to relax or wait for a bit. This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC. The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so...

Room was clean and fine. They were stingy with towels and toilet paper. They did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The shower was awkwardly short.

Everything was okay, and the room was good value for money. The hotel's unseparated wet and dry areas were a little surprising. I used the tub and water seeped onto the carpet, so I was fined 50 euros. This is a normal consequence of normal use, so why should I be fined?

Aside from the lack of tissues in the room and the shower faucet being so stiff that it hurt my fingers every time I used it, I was generally satisfied. It's a little outside the main area, but almost everything is within walking distance, and the Florenc bus stop was only a few minutes away, which was convenient.

My only feedback would be an incident involving cleaning of the room where some clothes of mine were collecting with the towels collection. The hotel location is good. Around 7-10 minutes walking from central station. However, the road was made with stones and very hard to walk with luggages. Even 7 minutes walking was very hard and tiring. The hotel service is nice, and room is clean. The breakfast is superb with many options.

The room is quite small. The price I booked a month in advance was over 2700 yuan. I checked again on the day and it was only 1700 yuan. The hotel front desk refused to refund me. A nice enough hotel, with simple rooms. It's a shame about the cleanliness of the room. I stayed for four days, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Lots of dust on the sink and floor, and hair that wasn't vacuumed. A bathroom shouldn't be left like this, but it should be cleaned every day, especially considering it's a four-star hotel.

Room was nice and comfy with a small fridge for your own food and drinks. There was few small markets nearby. Tram/bus stop was close by. Only complaint would be that there was no drain on the bathroom floor, only in the bath tub. So watch out spilling too much water if you fill the tub.
