Prague, Zabehlicka 35/133 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Imposing building approached through a gateway holding the reception office. Friendly receptionist on first arrival spoke good English, the staff on departure was not so customer friendly. Of course there is no lift and my room was on the second floor up 53 stairs. Good sized room with a very creaky floor and 2 single beds. Wi-Fi was intermittent which was frustrating. Empty minibar. Newish bathroom...
The hotel is in a good location. Journey time to the center by public transport is about 30 minutes . Buses to the subway leave frequently from the hotel. There is also a free car park next to the hotel. Room was really big and comfortable. All beds were normal, no pull-out couch. Service at the reception was friendly and helpful. Unfortunalely the standard does not correspond to four stars. Hotel...
Good value. A lot of parking space inside the hotel property. The lobby area was nice. The breakfast bar was awesome, a lot to choose from. Short drive to places we were visiting. The bathroom had two sinks but only one worked and only the cold water worked. It took about 10 min to get hot water running through the shower. The room felt pretty cold since there was only a small heater in a weird corner...
The cosy hotel. We got a huge two room Suite on the 3rd floor.Great Breakfast
Very inconvenient location if you are without a car. The tram stop (the last stop on the 14th) you need to walk about 15 minutes through the Park and houses. Or bus to the metro. The rooms are large but very dirty and old carpet, Breakfast is traditional European with no frills.
The hotel is nice and cozy. However, after 23.00 it's impossible to eat: the bar is closed, restaurant is closed. The nearest restaurant Pushkin(1 km away) but it works to 00.00 - had to order pizzagohome. Liked PTS. If you order elsewhere you need to watch the coverage of delivery.

The room was perfect, upgraded from the standard room as that is way too small and has a sloped attic ceiling. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious.
it was a very pleasant stay from every angle you can look at.
wonderful experience will come again!
What a luxury to have a hotel like this and be able to explore a European city. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Food was varied and plentiful . It was a great value using my ******* points as well to get half board for $250 a night during Holiday time.
I booked a deluxe room at a higher rate than normal, when we checked in we were given room 202 which at first glance was lovely, it wasn’t until I opened the curtains that we were very disappointed with the view. There was no outside view at all, instead both windows were looking out onto an internal building site with literally bags on cement on the window cill.
I mentioned this at check out thinking...
The room was nice aesthetically but being on floor 1 which was street level, the road noise and even the noise from footfall outside was loud and constant from early morning to late night especially the 2am bin collections on Sunday morning!
The staff were pleasant but not very welcoming and small requests were ignored like a request for a small amount of milk in the room for tea and coffee. The breakfast...
The Kosher Hotel King David in Prague is incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were huge, quiet, well appointed, and the air conditioning worked great. The food at breakfast and dinner was superb with a ton of variety. We stayed there for sukkot and would do so again in a heartbeat. The hotel is beautiful, but it's the staff that truly made the stay extraordinary...

Simple but very good
Cozy accomodations, easy to access via bus and the owner is very helpful. He also has a coin/currency collection, so I recommend bringing your home country currency as a simple gift!
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired room full of cobwebs dirt under the bed
Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds. Bathroom was nice with everything I could have needed. The two central radiators were really efficient at keeping the room warm. Staff were also friendly. Good location easily accessible on foot or on the 133 bus line.
It's an old building, but it's clean.
The hotel is nice and the location is good
Ps" Peter is the nicest person there

Prague, Havelska 29 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This is an older European-style hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad; the restaurant staff were diligent in clearing plates and refilling food frequently. The location is excellent, close to the Powder Tower and Old Town Square, and Havel's Market is also very nearby. The room key isn't a card key, but it gave a classic feel, which wasn't a problem. Although the hotel is...
Great location and excellent service, but as an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated.
The hotel’s greatest strength is its proximity to major landmarks. It is situated just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town Square (Astronomical Clock) and close to Wenceslas Square and Havelská Market. Most of Prague's historic center is easily accessible by foot.
Very good location, just a minute the old town and 5 mins away from train station , easy to get around everywhere. Service was great, prepared breakfast for us to take away while we got early flight .
Huge room... well suite really! Bed lovely.
Breakfast excellent.
Only downside was both female receptionists were soooooo miserable. Could not manage a smile.
Such a shame as they are the 1st impression
Great hotel near the Old town sector of Prague. Amazing staff with great knowledge of the area and what transport options to get, very spacious room and great variety of breakfast options available. Only critique I would say is the shower takes quite long for hot water but that is just me being picky 🤣
Overall brilliant stay- would highly recommend this hotel!!

Prague, Václavské nám. 26, Nové Město (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good location within walking distance to main attractions. The breakfast spread was also good. When we had to leave early before 7am, reception was kind to arrange for a packed sandwiches and snacks, it was good gesture and will recommend to others. One area of improvement is lack of electric kettle which is good to have on cold days.
The location is superb, just about a 3-minute walk to the subway, tram station, and supermarket. It was especially great that people aged 65 and over don't have to pay for transportation, so we enjoyed the city views by tram every day. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it was plentiful and delicious, leaving us very satisfied. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a kettle in...
Overall, my stay was quite average. The hotel facilities are noticeably a bit old, and both the room environment and equipment show signs of wear and tear. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, which was a bit disruptive to daily use. However, one definite positive was the excellent staff service. They were always patient and friendly when communicating and tried their best to help, which...

About a 12-minute walk from Prague Main Station, and around a 6-minute walk from Mustek metro station. Havel's Market, the Old Town, and the Astronomical Clock are all within walking distance.
The very popular restaurant, Kantyna, is also about a 6-minute walk away.
Charles Bridge is about a 20-minute walk.
To Prague Castle, it's about two subway stops from Mustek station.
I really enjoyed...
The building might not be new, but it had a classic charm and was very clean, which I appreciated. Being on a main road made me feel safe, even at night, and its proximity to the station and Old Town Square was a big plus. Prague Castle was also within walking distance if you were up for it. The breakfast was delicious, and unlike many places in Europe, they had a great selection of vegetables and...
The location was fantastic, and I loved the antique, somewhat Chinese-inspired decor. The breakfast included in the price was a great deal. If I ever come back to Prague, I'd definitely book this place again.

Prague, Staroměstské nám. 481/22, Staré Město (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location was the best part of the stay (apart from the breakfast); right in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to everything. Our Uber had to drop us off a very short distance away necessitating us to lug our luggage for 40 secs or so. Not a big deal!
Removed 1 star because of a check-in snafu. The room given had 2 single beds (for a couple) because the hotel was fully booked and despite...
Much to improve, in fact. First, it wasn’t clear that the hotel was directly across the astronomical clock and that the reception and the hotel itself were separated from each other. We ended up on the highest floor — with no elevator and a not welcoming porter. It would be great to have all this info upfront. We arrived late afternoon and took about half an hour to find the hotel through a Xmas...
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old town. It is in front of the famous clock and it can be extremely crowded at times. The rooms are traditionally furnished. I enjoyed my stay!
We did the apartment. It was several blocks from the hotel. That was good and bad- being right on the square during Christmas market would have been crazy but the apartment was down a side alley that felt a little remote. The apartment itself was fairly nice. Big with nice living room. Bathroom was poorly lit with mirror off to the side making getting somewhat difficult. Not sure it was worth what...
Excellent location, friendly and courteous staff, but what makes it most appealing is the stunning view. We will definitely visit our fairytale city again.
Directly opposite the Astronomical Clock tower, if there's free breakfast, it's at the Mozart Café on the second floor, with a view of the Astronomical Clock from the window. Not all rooms offer a view of the clock; if you want to see it from your window, book the most expensive room. However, booking a standard room is well worth it and highly recommended.

Cool silent palce clean room and polite people
Stille og fredelig. God frokost..Value for money.
I loved this hidden gem, it is situated a bit out of city center but easy to get there with tram or metro. It is about a 10 minute walk so if you have mobility problems it may not be for you. The warm reception we got from Martin and Elizabeth was greatly appreciated. They were friendly and informative. The room was roomy enough for us and we had a little view. It also had a fridge and a kettle. ...
This hotel had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the option to have packed breakfast before I check out in the morning or for an early departure. I enjoyed the area and that it was away from the crowds. I felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend for future stays. Hospitality was 10/10!
The room was clean, breakfast was fantastic. Everything in general was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very polite.

This was my favorite hotel throughout my entire European trip, where I spent the most romantic and wonderful time. The hotel is located right in the Castle District, making it very convenient to check in after visiting the church and other sights. The decor isn't lavish but has a great old castle ambiance, and the facilities are very complete. The window view from the room was the biggest surprise...
The location is perfect. Nearby hilltops scenery is beautiful. Walkable to Charles bridge with relaxing scenery. Staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Love the scent of their shampoo and shower gel. We had exceptionally comfortable stay here.
The location is good if you’re trying to beat the crowds to Prague Castle. The building is a bit musty which they seem to be masking with a strong perfume. For laundry service they charged 4 times as much as similarly priced hotels in Europe.
Great location near the castle and next to the tram. I tried the breakfast twice, and it was fine as most restaurants were closed or opened late during Christmas. The room was spacious and quiet. The front desk's costumer service was the best I've have ever experienced. Very cool historic building! I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.
An old castle built in the 16th century, you can see the beautiful view of Fort Bragg from the room. Very convenient to the castle area. After checking in, the employee took us to the room and introduced the facilities in the room. Since the elevator was relatively small, the two of us plus the suitcases were already full, so the employee climbed to the third floor to wait for us. The service is nothing...
The room is very big, very friendly for those who travel with a lot of luggage. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic to introduce all the facilities and free or required items in the room. The hotel is not new but very unique. The bed is very comfortable. The pillow is of the right height. The hotel is in the castle area with a very beautiful view. The location is excellent — public transport is right nearby (bus station, metro, tram). That said, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing areas: most of Prague’s iconic spots are about 10–15 minutes away on foot.
The property isn’t brand-new, but it’s well looked after: everything felt clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff were genuinely kind...
Getting worse every time, last time they rescheduled breakfast from 7:30 to 8:AM, which was late for my schedule. There were no mats in front of our rooms on rainy days, so you bring all the dirt inside with limited self-cleaning options (TP).
Funny was a Security staff member asking me for cigarettes.
What upsets me the most is the pool, which is included in the price, is also accessible for public...
I had a pleasant stay. The recepción staff were very friendly. The rooms , while basic, are very spaciousband functional. Hausekeeping was efficient. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Overall, good valué for the price.
Very satisfied with our 4-day stay at the Hotel AXA. We had a spacious room with a great view of the skyline and all amenities were just fine. Because of the time of year, our room was neither too warm nor too cold. Housekeeping and Breakfast Service were also great. From the hotel’s location it was easy to go exploring, either on foot or by tram.
Good location good staff but no air condition
This hotel exceeded expectations with spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. It is conveniently located just steps away from the tram station, convenience stores, shopping malls, and a delightful pizza restaurant. Beautiful hotel in the very heart of the Old Town. Excellent staff, all very friendly and helpful. Great room and facilities and so easy to get anywhere around the City. A great find and definitely one to recommend.
We spent three night in the quaint hotel and had an amazing time..
Our superior room was a delight, high ceilings with chandelier lights and a supremely comfortable double bed., a small but wonderful bathroom
The location was first class, surrounded by bars restaurants and small shops.
I would highly recommend this hotel on all points
Amazing staff too
Location is super good, two minutes to Old Town Square. 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many bars , cafe and restaurants around the hotel. Shopping, dining and sign seeing all are in walkable distance
Located few steps from Old Town Square, though it’s in pedestrian zone so not every taxi can get directly to the hotel’s entrance. Rooms are spacious, furniture is classic and a bit old. Bed is quite comfy. Some rooms don’t have fridge, but you can order drinks from the reception. Nice and helpful staff. In general good respecting the price.
We stayed for a night here and loved everything about it. The location is amazing - only 5 mins away from the majority of the main attractions and Prague old town. Staff very friendly and the location was really central
Room was clean and staff was excellent. Staff was willing to assist in anyway. Location is excellent! Tram service was nearby and a bus station for a direct bus to and from the airport in a 10min walk.
The only issue I have is with the Laundry Service. Before finalizing the wash, notification of the total cost to wash the laundry should be passed on to the guest if different from what was expected...
Lovely hotel would recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Kebir and the staff in the restaurant. The staff at the hotel were genuinely nice and welcoming throughout our stay, which makes it even more disappointing that our final night was unsettling. A little bit far from the center but you can easily get there by the public transport (tram, bus, metro, everything is near) The room was clean and nice. Firstly, we were a little bit cold but then just turned the heater on so it was all good. Breakfast (a buffet) was very tasty. very good. Coopretive staff. Clean.

Cons: No outlets next to the bed, no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, etc.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They respond promptly to any inconveniences and resolve them. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, and there's even a walkable space to the outdoor tea house, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel room design is very unique. You can ride horses next to it, but the sound insulation is very poor. The girl from the equestrian club next door asked me, "Don't you think the windows of the hotel you are staying in look a bit like prison windows?"
The overall experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. First, the price was right. Compared to similar hotels, the value for money was outstanding. It felt comfortable and comfortable, making it a truly excellent value.

Generally good price to performance ratio (at least when we visited).
