I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was very friendly. I also appreciated the 24-hour access and the convenience of the elevator. Everything made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We booked a room for 3 adults. The room was very spacious and clean with a kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious and had slight variations over 2 days. Tram station is right in front of the hotel. 10-minute ride to the charming old city. Otherwise it is 40 min walk.

The hotel is located in front of the old town, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town by tram No. 9, No. 5, and No. 15. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and I eat a lot every day. There is a LIDL supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The room was clean, staff was frendly, but after 7pm there is seems like no staff in the hotel to 7am and there is a problem because some of the clients was crazy loud banging doors ect. Also there was no hot water in the shower after 11pm. If you want a quiet place for a nice sleep find another hotel with 24/7 reception.

The hotel is brand new with a modern and minimalist decor, exactly my style. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent – a hot shower after a day out was incredibly relaxing. It's a ten-minute walk from the room to the train station and less than twenty minutes to the Old Astronomical Clock. The main station has a subway, and there are tram stops nearby. The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . The Hotel Savoy is a real gem that is slightly away from the main traffic of the city but very close to Prague castle. The hotel itself is beautiful with old world charm. The rooms are large and well appointed- classy and warm as are the staff. The library is a great place to sit and have tea or a drink and breathe. If we are fortunate enough to return to Prague we will be very glad to stay here.

Rooms are good. We had a small sink, mini fridge, microwave and a gew dishes. Nothing wrong with the rooms. We did not rake part of the breakfast option. We did use the parking garage. However its very small, like 6 spaces small. Street parking can be a pain depending on the time of day or if its a weekend. We took the train a lot about 20 mins and you are downtown.
