We wanted a smaller boutique hotel outside the hustle of the tourists and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. Lesser town is an easy walk to all the attractions but such a happy escape at the end of the day. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it wasn’t excessively luxe, it was something better: it was perfectly romantic and very charming. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The Golden Well Hotel is perfect except for its slightly inconvenient location. There is a welcome drink as soon as you enter the door. Excellent loading in Prague The staff is very kind and helpful and the facility is very clean and tidy. The location was quite good with easy tram trips I to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and well worth the small cost. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is located far from the scenic spot, but free parking is available. It is more suitable for self-driving tours.

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!

It was okay. Price a little high, also more 3 star than 4 as others have said. That said, the place is safe, clean enough and breakfast was a decent selection for a solo traveler. There is a mall and transport close by. Staff were okay. One thing to be mindful of, this is the hill part of Prague.

Great stay right next to JZP! Staff was really friendly and offered to carry my luggage. The breakfast buffet was nice too. Room was a bit small but clean.

The hotel has a great location. We took a taxi everywhere, and on average, it was around 5 Euros, whether near or far. Amazing city, amazing breakfast.

Sservice was good, but there's no "noisy people in the hallway" category. A couple and I guess their friends had an adjacent room and would be in the hallway talking and laughing on both days, but didn't go on too late so it was tolerable. The hotel staff were nice and professional. The room is a bit old, but not in a bad way. It's clean.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk from the underground station. Room is big and clean, and all the stuffs are very friendly!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms, while a bit dated, are spacious and clean. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived late, and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport. When I was leaving, I booked an airport shuttle, but it was stuck in traffic. They called and arranged a taxi for me. Check in to room 403 realised Aircond & hairdryer was not working at all.the staffs was kind enough to provide standing fan promptly or else will be suffering during summer break.

The hotel is very well located, clean, and quiet. The reception staff are pleasant; a few more smiles from the breakfast staff wouldn't go amiss. However, rooms on the first floor are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear a lot from the ground floor restaurant/reception area. Putting felt pads on the chair legs would be a good start! ;)

Worth paying for a room upgrade if you can. We had a good sized room, with huge bed on Floor 6 with a balcony. Hotel left a small bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday which was nice. Very nice and comfortable hotel.

I would 100% recommend this hotel as it was absolutely my vibe. Only the breakfast we found for €30 completely overpriced. For this price, we would have expected more quality and more of a variety.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel within three days. The floor was higher and the noise was reduced. The room was still comfortable and I felt good. It is worth mentioning that this hotel has an elevator, so I can go from the room to the restaurant for dinner without having to walk up the stairs, which is quite good.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the US Embassy. The only downside was staying on the second floor; the ceilings/floors are quite thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great. Hopefully, next time I can get a room on the third floor.

The room was small, but the hotel's location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station. However, because it was so close, you could hear the trains rumbling around. The soundproofing was poor; you could hear the neighbors watching TV or turning lights on and off. The heating was very good, with two radiators, making the room very warm. Great stay at Hotel Amarilis. Room was spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Close to Wenceslas square, shopping and restaurants.

Fine but avoid the quad rooms Room had 2 beds. Both in a loft, up steep ladder, with 3 foot ceilings. Difficult for this senior needing frequent bathroom visits.

Very convenient for centre & metro 5 minutes walk to "Muzeum station" access line A & C. 20 to 30 mins walk to station, suggest use metro. Hlavni nadrazi is metro station for central station Prague. Also seniors (over 65yrs) can travel free if they have their passports

Wonderful stay with well-maintained amenities that looked new! The AC was working as it should and I had one of the most well-rested nights since I embarked on my Europe trip.

Everything as described and expected. Smooth check-in, clean rooms and shuttle to the terminals. A few vending machines with essentials. Extra points for  offering free filtered water. If I need to be close to the airport again I’ll be back.

Convenient hotel next to the airport for an overnight

I stayed here for one night while waiting for my connecting flight, and it was a very convenient choice. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Prague Airport, which makes it perfect for a short stay or transit stop. Room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! The concierge Nicole was great…she assisted in arranging our tours. Disappointed the spa services were not available even though we gave several days advance notice of our preferred appointment.

I couldn't be happier with the service and room! Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us warmly and they gave us all the info we needed during our time in Prague. All the amenities were in the room, and it was very clean. The breakfast was lovely as well. We will definitely recommend this hotel as everything is nearby.

The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is delicious, especially for those who like Western breakfast. 😋 Transportation is convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Prague Square, and there are many public transportation options nearby! ! There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy a variety of Asian food 😆

I had to ask for the room booked as they assigned me a very small one. Otherwise all was great. The breakfast in the old theatre is the cherry on the cake.

I had a good time on one night I stayed here. It’s an old hotel but with a great service , especially at the reception. The room is clean and great equipped. The only lack is there is no air conditioning but so far the room was warm although the weather outside was 1 degrees Celsius. The price is quite reasonable and fair for Prague hotels.

It is within walking distance of the subway station. Charles Bridge and the Old Town are also within walking distance, so it is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options.

Very comfortable room, I could sleep very well. The hotel is at a central location, close to IP Pavlova, with many restaurants and services in the vicinity.

Unless you're a legendary noise-canceling expert, I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can clearly hear normal-volume conversations from next door, making it impossible to sleep at night.

The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it.
