The downside of this hotel is to still use traditional room keys, instead of key card; the room soundproofing was not great. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel to stay

Exclusive and elegant hotel. Big rooms, close to center. Unfortunately, no private parking. You need to park on the streets around it.

Lift stops in half floor. so you need to carry your bagage up the stairs yourself

It's centrally located, 10 minutes from the metro. Everything was very clean, and the room had a large bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was average, but it had everything you need

If you want to leave your luggage, you'll need to leave it right in the center of the lobby—they don't record it, and it could probably be stolen. Otherwise, everything was great

There is heating and air conditioning, and the room is very large

Enjoyed our stay; staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was in the hotel and offered a nice variety. Dinner was a 2-minute walk around the corner in a restaurant/bar, which we thought was a good idea

Just make sure you book a table as it gets busy. Drinks were really good prices too. The room was basic but was worth the money. Could have done with an extra pillow as the one pillow we had each was flat

I stayed at Hotel Brixen for 3 nights. Amazing staff who are really helpful and kind. Clean rooms and a clean hotel. They made our visit to Prague enjoyable

I traveled with my parents and children. The accommodations were spacious. The shower was a bit cramped. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Three girls stayed here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, so we were very satisfied. We didn't eat the food, so we don't know about it.

Helped organise our 6 hour tour around Prague which was absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend it if you are on a tight schedule. Breakfast was in a lovely dining room in the cellar with ample to choose from

EA Hotel Royal Esprit is located in the center of the old city. Walking distance to the main square with the Astrological clock. Lots of excellent restaurants and interesting museums around

Well conditioned, quiet atmosphere with everything, you need, just round the corner. Very thankfull for the help and support from the desk staff

The carpet was with some stains. Old furniture, no electric switch near the bed. The check in lady was a bit grumpy but the check out one was really kind. The breakfast wasn't bad, but no natural juice.

A nice Hotel with, at least from the 7 floor, a very nice view. The hotel has its own parking garage (extra costs), this was important to us.

Check-in was really fast — no more than 2 minutes — and check-out took less than 20 seconds. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, or just 8–9 minutes by tram

Breakfast was good apart from the fact that there were no vegan options. There was soya milk available.

Clean room, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast, close to Peace Square, Dancing House, National Museum. It’s also close to major public transportation and food places if you need to grab food late in the night

The location is excellent — public transport is right nearby (bus station, metro, tram). That said, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing areas: most of Prague’s iconic spots are about 10–15 minutes away on foot

Very satisfied with our 4-day stay at the Hotel AXA. We had a spacious room with a great view of the skyline and all amenities were just fine. Because of the time of year, our room was neither too warm nor too cold

The property isn’t brand-new, but it’s well looked after: everything felt clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and quiet in the bustle. However, the elevator is too small and can barely accommodate four people. The bathroom in the room is a bit too small

Some front desk personnel were untrained, uninterested, but one lady that worked on the front desk on Sept 6th and 8th was good, and housekeeping mgr was great. Otherwise I would rate 1 star for service

Sound insulation is not great, so if guests in nearby rooms are loud, it’s difficult not to hear them—but that is somewhat expected in an older building. What I found unacceptable was what happened on my second night

Under these circumstances, I felt that a refund would have been appropriate so I could find another hotel. However, she refused, stating that she was not the manager and also refused to contact one

The noise was highly abnormal and had nothing to do with whether the air conditioning was on or off. I ended up staying awake all night, despite having commitments and a meeting the next day

She claimed that the noise was caused by the cold weather, which I found utterly unreasonable. She also said the hotel was fully booked and that I could not be moved to another room

What made things worse was the staff member the following morning—a lady with a very poor attitude. She was completely unable, and seemingly unwilling, to address the issue

Suddenly, there was a loud and persistent noise coming from the ceiling near the air conditioning unit. It was so severe that I was unable to sleep the entire night

Excellent hotel right next to the bus station, and it's a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the city center. They also offer currency exchange services right at the hotel.

The hotel is located below the castle. It's about a ten-minute walk up to the castle area, and about a ten-minute walk down to Charles Bridge. Turn left and you'll find bus No. 194, which is very convenient

Fantastic, pitoresque, residence hotel in an old beautifully restaurated building in the old Prague city. 10-15 minutes walking uphill to Saint George's castle and basilica. Big rooms and very quiet.

Average hotel, free Wi-Fi only at the reception. Relatively small rooms. There is Parking nearby, but it may not be. If found a Parking space, leaving you can put a Parking cone on the spot (ask behind the counter).

A little bit far from the center but you can easily get there by the public transport (tram, bus, metro, everything is near) The room was clean and nice

Firstly, we were a little bit cold but then just turned the heater on so it was all good. Breakfast (a buffet) was very tasty. You have some options to choose from, nothing extraordinary but enough to start a day

I highly recommend it! One thing to note is that, due to the architecture and the hotel's age, it doesn't have an elevator. For us, it wasn't a problem, but it's something to consider if you have mobility limitations

Charles Bridge was nearby, so it was nice to see, but there was no elevator, so it was difficult to move our luggage

It was delicious! We walked our dog in the huge and quiet castle garden, and got the feeling that it was like our private garden! We left our car in the hotel and took the public transportation to visit prague

This is a lovely quiet hotel which was only a 30 minute walk through the park to the old town. The trams are only a 3minute walk from the hotel. The staff were always helpful and extremely friendly

We arrived at this hotel having read the previous positive reviews but our experience went beyond what we could have imagined. All members of staff were friendly and welcoming, from front of house to housekeeping
