Check in was easy and the room whilst basic, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and shower powerful and warm. Plenty of mini marts and a McDonalds close by for convenience if arriving late etc
The hotel is perfectly located near the city center, with public transportation right in front of it. A great extra is that the hotel provides vouchers for a nearby gym that also has a sauna
NICE HOTEL. Close to the metro station. Right next. Friendly staff, clean hote. Lovely and Beaty pleasant stay. Helpful and kind staff. Recommend you to visit.
Cannot comment on breakfast as we ate out but staff were very helpful and friendly and we def would stay again of in Prague
The hotel is right next to the subway station exit. The building feels a bit old, but the rooms are generally clean
Overall, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out

It's a 15-minute tram ride from the train station. While not in the city center, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Access requires a card, making it very secure
The room was quiet and clean, and the quality was excellent. The elevator stops between floors, so you have to carry your luggage halfway up the floor
I stopped by this place while traveling through Europe by motorcycle! The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but it was fine for me on my bike and convenient!
The room was clean and a good size, and the price was reasonable!
There was a floor-to-ceiling window that opened to let in some fresh air, which was a nice touch!
Overall, I think this city is one of the best in Europe
The hotel environment is quite good, and the location is decent. However, many beds in Europe are two single beds pushed together, which can be a little uncomfortable to sleep on. The housekeeping was very diligent.
I liked everything! The location is excellent, convenient transportation. The only downsides to the standard rooms: no kettle or refrigerator.
The room was pretty clean, and the environment was decent. Good thing the price was very affordable, so overall it was alright.

During our travel we had an over night stay in Prague and we choose Aura Design hotel, it was a good choice, the place is easily accessible with car, has private parking it is clean and well maintained
It is even worse knowing that the same person said nothing to me like 2 hours before that for the same dogs. As a positive things the breakfast is nice, parking is free and they have enough spaces
At 7AM when my wife took the dogs on a morning walk he started yelling why we have not payed for the dogs (at check-in the dogs were present, also previous time we were charged at check-out)
The hotel is not centrally located (they offer shuttle service during the day) but if you are traveling it is convenient since you wont get stuck in Prague traffic
Although I mentioned a complain regarding the dogs situation they are still one of the cheapest in Prague (at least when staying for only one night)
At check-in lady at the reception was really kind, cant say the same for the guy working the next morning

That’s my POV!
The hotel has been renovated, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. I actually like it old but gold! It’s not loud like some other reviews say, except if your neighbors make a lot of noise
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. He’s really friendly, and it’s always nice to see him working, his smile and warm greetings every time we pass by truly make a difference
But for me, I prefer walking more than using public transportation!
The breakfast is amazing, just as they claim served very early in the morning and really tasty
The hotel is located in an amazing area you can walk everywhere, and the metro is just a few steps away
The showers' water temperature was changing so much during the shower that we had to stop it. The room was very small and there was little table surface
One way to mitigate it is to install wall mounted racks, shelves, and hooks. I hope the management is reading this and taking action

Don't forget the breakfast, which was very good! Everything was clean, nothing to add! It was a wonderful stay, partly because we had a good rest there to recharge for the city! Thank you for the stay, I recommend it and plan to return!
Really lovely run hotel, the staff are so friendly and professional. It’s in a great neighbourhood, quiet and safe, surrounded by different cuisine restaurants
The hotel facilities are comprehensive and very clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is excellent and varied. The location is also great, most places are within walking distance.
Hotel is very clean and location is pretty near to old town within 15 mins walk. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too. Breakfast spread was fantastic.
The hotel itself, as well as the rooms, are equipped and decorated with numerous details so that the guests feel comfortable and that nothing goes wrong. Everything exudes pleasant smells and cleanliness
Less than ten minute walk to Charles Bridge, 10-15 minute walk to Mustek station. The room itself had lovely The White Company toiletries, pod coffee machine and tea. Free bottle of water when needed
I was also delighted by the birthday surprise they prepared for me in the morning! 🥂 Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay. I will be happy to visit again on my next trip to Prague
Wifi and helpful, two steps from the tram stop to go down in the city centre and a few hundred meters from the metro station Kobilisy. Is there a restaurant in the property, conference room
Close to tram which made it easy to get to all sites and towns. Good pizza place across the street and a good restaurant further down the street- cash only. Great bakery around the corner
Perfect for a business trip. I will definitely use it again. High standard, clean rooms, convenient location. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Hotel Troja is truly a beautiful and modern place with a soul, and the staff are extremely friendly. Thanks to them, I felt right at home

In the courtyard there is a beautiful garden and a Playground. So if you're travelling with kids, the most it! The staff is responsive. Cleaning every day! In the rooms everything is working!
Very clean and comfortable room, everything was well maintained. The location is perfect, close to all main attractions. I had a lovely stay and would happily come back again.
It was really worth it and I had an amazing visit! The location was perfect!!
I booked a standard room with balcony here including a mini kitchenette, Room was good facilities good but no condiments. Room service not very good not all bins emptied mini kitchen not cleaned floor not cleaned.
Nice location, near MRT station and most attactions. The room interior is quite comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.
In the bathroom bathrobes, a set of 3 towels, liquid soap, and kits (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, soap, shower cap, cotton discs and sticks). Everything was replenished every day
It is a nice place, with good food and quite friendly staff :) I really enjoyed the home made potatoe and carrot chips
Was here for a friend's wedding celebration. Cool old decoration, friendly staff, amazing food. The goulash was one of the best I've had it was very rich in flavor. The deep fried chicken fillets were crispy and juicy
Nice place to stop after long trip. Very good beer and local food 😁
Only Rebel beer on tap but they have other drinks on bottle
+ the pub is usually open after the official closing time.
+ They accept plastic money
- the beer is just average
It was not on the menu, but when we asked for some snacks to go with beers, we had this and really enjoyed! :)
The soundproofing was quite impressive too – our room was right by the elevator, but we didn't hear any noise at all. However, there's only one bathroom in the family suite, so we had to take turns using it
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, easy to chat with, and very helpful! The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and great taste
Really very nice and comfortable hotel in heart of the city. Nearby the subway stop I.P.Pavlova. Very good breakfast.
We were a group of four and booked the family suite. The stay was pretty good; it had everything we needed
Good service and brakefast also location is perfect however, no gym and taken cost for services which are usually free in any hotel is its not nice such as late checkout for one hour, most hotels check out is 12:00 pm, and suitcase stroge should be free and not 1 euro
Cleaning should be better not replacing coffee and tea everyday also better cleaning there is few placese with dust ovelall a nice hotel

Guests frequently highlight that it’s super convenient for sightseeing
There were two entrances: one along the main street from Muzeum station and another from a side street, which was helpful during the cold winter months. The front desk service was average, but there were no problems
Great hotel, friendly staff and an awesome location!!
Everything you need to spend a great time in Prague🤩
My room was on the first floor, but it had a bathtub, which was a lifesaver in winter. The hot water pressure was fine; I could fill the bathtub and take a shower with plenty of hot water
The showerhead was a little loose, making it slightly difficult to use, but I suppose that's common in overseas hotels. Shampoo, body wash, bar soap, and a hairdryer are provided
Clean, convenient, with food and tourist attractions near the accommodation.

It was a very nice room, and thirty years ago we would have found it very romantic, but Alice could sense our doubts (or was it panic?) and quickly offered to transfer us to a different room for the remainder of our stay
Car park does require a small car but worked great for us with a hired Skoda Kadar. Only ossue we has was with the shower
The second room was on the lower floor, with bed and private bathroom all on the same level, thankfully. The breakfast buffet, which came included with the room, had a nice offering of different dishes
The location was quiet and had a lovely view of the city. The Monastery brewery was a two minute walk and had delicious food and beer. The tram was a short walk and so was the castle and cathedral
I had forgotten to arrange for a transfer from the train station the day before, but Alice was able to accommodate us with a cab that met us at the main train station
Quiet and beautiful hotel
We had a quiet and lovely stay. Staff was so nice and serviceminded and everything was just perfect!
We will come back!
Cheap.
Parking is available, but it's not cheap.
Parking at P+R is recommended.
P+R Kongresové centrum Praha - Jih 1 is a 30-minute drive away.
It's really great for traveling in Prague. There's a river near the hotel, so you can take a walk, and it's close to Andel Station, so you can go to restaurants, and the tram that takes you to the Old City is close by
All in all, very good stay in Prague! Very friendly receptionist!
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was very friendly. I also appreciated the 24-hour access and the convenience of the elevator
very nice hotel….room large
it is near the heart of Praha, you can walk through František Palacký Bridge and in 25 minutes you’ll be in the heart of this wonderful city
Super friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling alone or together with a partner, ask if room 11 is available: you'll have PLENTY of space

There is a LIDL supermarket within a 10-minute walk. There is a Korean restaurant a few dozen meters away, which is delicious, large, and cheap
The hotel's front desk and sanitation services are great, and they also help to store luggage when you check out. It is a 15-minute walk from Prague Central Station
Delicious breakfast and a great retro room
The hotel is located in front of the old town, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town by tram No. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and I eat a lot every day
I stored my luggage when I checked out, it’s just a room that’s not locked, but there is a safe and a sign that says for valuables like laptop and camera you can contact the staff
As a female traveller, I’m also surprised that this hotel provided cotton pads (those for removing makeup) in the bathroom, I think it’s the first hotel I’ve seen that does this

Another plus is the availability of a lift, which is very helpful if you’re carrying heavy luggage. However, the amenities are quite basic
Room basic, took 4 hours to get a pillow for bed, no in-room tea or coffee, asked to vacare room at 10am
The daily complimentary breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious – a great way to start each day. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers who want both convenience and comfort in Prague
Highly Convenient, Comfortable, and Delicious Breakfast
I recently stayed at Central Hotel Prague and was very pleased with the experience
The location is excellent – just a short walk from many of Prague’s main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot

Absolutely wonderful stay, great location, helpful staff, nice rooms, clean, easy, would come again.
The hotel is located somewhat secluded on a quiet side street. Check-in was friendly and quick. The rooms are spread over five floors, most of which are quicker to reach via the stairs than the extremely slow elevator
Location is really good, value for money in the end is not bad, but can't say it's a steal
Experience is not bad, especially for one night, but it's definetely not "very good" 8. 1/10 as it stated on the profile
The somewhat small room was comfortably furnished, but the mattress was sagging. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, but hot water was inconsistent throughout the day
If you are a tourist from the U. S I would recommend this hotel as the front desk speaks multiple languages fluently and they have a great understanding of the tourist’s needs especially if it’s your first time in Prague!
The hotel overall is not bad, but the facilities are outdated and need some renovation

Nice rooms just little far from everything, nice stuff just have problem with the water in the shower that get from hot to cold every few seconds so be careful!
Excellent location, just a few steps from the bus and very close to the city center. The hotel was very clean, but there was a bad smell in the room. The breakfast was just okay with minimal variety
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and friendly staff.
Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't too inconvenient. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious with a bathtub, and it was clean and comfortable
The door lock for room 202, definitely needs replacing, there shouldn't need to be a trick to get the card to work, to open the door. Overall, it was nice, quiet, and calm. And I would definitely stay again
Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower
Clean rooms, good internet and good breakfast. Nice connection to the Prag’s center with a tram
Very friendly personal, very good breakfast and
for me perfect location.Thank you.Karel M.
God beliggenhed God servic
Vi overnattede en nat på vejen mod syd. Hotel ligger tæt på sporvognen, som går til centrum. Receptionist var meget behjælpelig. Fint værelse. Fint tjekkisk morgenmad, men ikke noget speciel
The televisions are smart and the WiFi runs fast enough to stream. The restaurant menu is limited but good price and tasty
Clean and quiet. Great staff. Hood breakfast included.
This was an inexpensive, but clean and adequate hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the food in the restaurant was quite nice. The hotel is very close to public transport and not too far from the airport
Really friendly and lovely receptionist, nice room, free airport transfert and take away breakfast because we were going to the airport very early.
Your room access code
I arrived by taxi from the airport just after 2 PM. Since there's no front desk and check-in is stated as after 4 PM, I literally couldn't get in
They kindly guided us even during the late check-in time. The interior of the room was also very clean. One thing that is disappointing is that I wish there was drinking water in the room
Very close to the airport, which is super convenient.
It's OK. There is a free car to the airport, which is quite convenient.
The crimson roses and beautiful spiral staircase were impressive. The hotel staff were friendly, and I was able to relax in a room with a warm, relaxing wooden interior. I also appreciated the wide selection of tea sets
Every type of cereal imaginable, yoghurts, good selection of cheeses, salami, fresh fruit, pastries and also a cooked breakfast selection of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, potatoes & baked beans
The street in front of the hotel was lined with restaurants, bars, tram stops, and supermarkets, and a straight walk took me to the park and Prague Main Station, making it convenient
If you have the energy, you can stroll through the beautiful and fun maze of the city and the Vltava River. If you get lost, a taxi is a safe and affordable option
Very clean and organise hotel, i will recommend this hotel 👍
Hotel is well located near the city center, a 15-minute walk from the main train station, and the tram is right outside. Breakfast was really good and delicious; fresh vegetables, yogurt, walnut bread, etc

A special highlight is the generous and beautiful breakfast buffet—it’s absolutely delightful. The hotel is also well-connected to the city, and there’s even a Burger King nearby for a quick bite
The beds are comfy and the sheets were clean, lights all functional, wardrobe is big, clean toilets with clean towels, our room didn't have soap but after reporting this to the staff they immediately gave us soap
The best experience of my life took place in this hotel. There’s is a tram station very close by as well as a Burger King and Kaufland. Would recommend for tourists 100%
Wonderful Stay!
I had a truly lovely experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. The staff is nice, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive
The hotel itself has good connection with trams, specially number 14 that goes to the center, also the hotel provides 15% discount for the Burger King that's infront of the hotel, breakfast was good and acceptable obviously this is a 3 stars hotel and not 5
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and had a very pleasant stay!
