Hotel was beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice with excellent service. I would defo go back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the central station, which makes it very convenient for traveling around the city. The room was spacious and felt comfortable during the stay

Of social note we had dinner at the hotel on both nights stay and not only was the food excellent but the 2 staff in the cafe on Saturday and Sunday nights where congenital friendly and welcoming and helped make our experience a pleasant one

The hotel is veey beautiful and the staff are lovely. However, it is a bit old and by today's standards it is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is very simple as well

 The room was clean and quiet and bed comfortable.  Building itself was beautiful art deco and grand.  I enjoyed doing some reading or catching up on messages in the main lounge which was usually not busy and quiet

Great hotel for family of 4! Rooms were spacious and renovated. Bathroom was spacious pretty good for a European hotel room and a great price too!

The hotel is very close to the Powder Tower, about ten minutes' walk from the train station, and the old town and attractions are also within walking distance.

The hotel itself is modern, elegant and very pleasant

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening

This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay

We also used the private sauna which was so lovely and a great way to start our travels for our two year wedding anniversary trip. The staff were so sweet and personable

Location wise - not exactly at a popular and dense place like the Wenceslas Square but Prague’s public transport is so well connected. You can stay anywhere in the city and find it convenient

I was a little bit stressed cause we were early for our reservation but the staff was very kind to let us check in a little early and even gifted us two drinks vouchers

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. I’m so glad I booked this hotel as it is literally beside the Old town and Prague Astronomical Clock

Excellent stay and service at the hotel. Breakfast was the best we have had in our European tour, puts some 5 star more expensive hotel chains to shame. We had to leave for the airport early and was given a sandwich box

The continental breakfast was superb so many different choices from hot food to an aray of breads, yoghurt, cooked meats, cheese's, muesli fresh fruit, cakes and many more to mention

This is an older European-style hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad; the restaurant staff were diligent in clearing plates and refilling food frequently

The location is excellent, close to the Powder Tower and Old Town Square, and Havel's Market is also very nearby. The room key isn't a card key, but it gave a classic feel, which wasn't a problem

Huge room... well suite really! Bed lovely. Breakfast excellent. Only downside was both female receptionists were soooooo miserable. Could not manage a smile. Such a shame as they are the 1st impression

The room was very spacious and great. The heating was a bit strong, making it slightly warm, but the air conditioning made it comfortable. It was also nice that the breakfast menu changed over the two days.

Very good location, just a minute the old town and 5 mins away from train station , easy to get around everywhere. Service was great, prepared breakfast for us to take away while we got early flight .

The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! It's also just a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock and about a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! Public transportation and subway access are very convenient!

The hotel is located far from the scenic spot, but free parking is available. It is more suitable for self-driving tours.

My wife and I had a great 3-night stay at Plaza Prague Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of wine

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.

The rooms are nice, parking is too notch, and the accessibility is amazing

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!

Very nice hotel at a convenient location next to train stations. Breakfast is great with some local cuisines. We went in January and the only problem was that the heating of the room is too good it was hot sometimes

Around 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and 15-20 walk to Prague castle and Old town. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great spot for anyone wanting to explore the city while enjoying a comfortable stay

We recently stayed at Hotel Roma Prague and we had an excellent experience. The hotel offers spacious rooms for family of four. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Generous suplies of toiletries too

Great location and breakfast. However, the room was poorly isolated. You can hear passing by Trams, cars and other guests.

A couple and I guess their friends had an adjacent room and would be in the hallway talking and laughing on both days, but didn't go on too late so it was tolerable. The hotel staff were nice and professional

The room is a bit small and house keeping is not doing a good job, location is great just few minutes walk to metro station. Breakfast, I will say it’s okay but not like other comments said many choices

The hotel has a great location. We took a taxi everywhere, and on average, it was around 5 Euros, whether near or far. Amazing city, amazing breakfast.

An excellent hotel within walking distance of major attractions and the metro. It's located in a quiet and pleasant area. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is polite and friendly.

The interior felt outdated, with tiled flooring instead of carpeting. Although the room was spacious, it lacked proper soundproofing, making it easy to overhear the activities of neighboring guests

When I was leaving, I booked an airport shuttle, but it was stuck in traffic. They called and arranged a taxi for me. It was a great value, and I would definitely choose this hotel again

Walking distance from lots of places of interest. If you are too lazy to walk too much. Transportation can be found nearby. Near Wenceslas Square where you can find lots of foods there

Big enough for at least 2 people with large baggages. They allow us to put our bags in the baggage room when we were there before check in. They do provide breakfast and brunch

Brunch was normal so I only tried one day but the breakfast was amazing. It is not just delicious but with a lot of varieties. it will be good if they can smile

There are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, and I would particularly recommend Kuchyň just up the road for a scenic lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay and one we would happily recommend

Really enjoyed my stay in the Alchymist Grand hotel. The room was breathtakingly perfect. The bed and pillows are super lux and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with great Czech amenities

The public areas are also worth exploring for their history and beauty. Breakfast, whilst in a beautiful setting and has great service, food quality could be an area of improvement

The location is also ideal: quiet and peaceful compared to the busy Old Town, yet still very convenient to get around either on foot or by Uber

We stayed in the Terrace Suite at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa and had an exceptional experience from start to finish

Staff is very kind and helpful. It's 4/5 due to lack of parking directly next to hotel. It's possible to leave a car at another hotel's parking. Unfortunately it is attributed to additional cost of 500 KČ per day

The hotel is very well located, clean, and quiet. The reception staff are pleasant; a few more smiles from the breakfast staff wouldn't go amiss

However, rooms on the first floor are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear a lot from the ground floor restaurant/reception area. Putting felt pads on the chair legs would be a good start! ;)

Pretty much (50% of daily price of the room). But it can be comprehensible, because parking is overwhelmingly pricy in entire Prague

The breakfast was decent, and there was a complimentary welcome drink. The bar also offered a 20% discount card. Overall, it's an average hotel with nothing special

We need to go to the reception to ask for a new one. Also, there was no hot water for the last day we stayed there. We had to have a shower in cold weather. The reception is trying their best to solve the problem

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel during our trip in Prague. It’s a really good location for travellers in Prague. Good location, good room, and good staff. However, we didn’t get new shower gel/ shampoo

The hotel very much! Breakfast is the same, but the food(buffet) for every taste. The room is small but bed is big, the blanket air, very clean. Price odekvatnyh to city center, close to the square and shopping centers

There was a bathtub, which I was very happy about, but unfortunately, the only thing that was disappointing was that there was no hot water in the bathtub and I couldn't soak in it, but other than that I was very satisfied

Had an accessible room on ground floor. Had heated flooring in the bathroom and was huge. Very comfortable and quiet with neighbourhood car park outside. Staff and cleanliness was spot on
