Located above the Elephant Cafe. Just look for the golden elephant. However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in. The morning dining area is also the check-in area. The overall surrounding environment is okay, but the room cleanliness is a bit lacking. And the elevator is a bit scary.

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). Just a stone throw from center of the walling street of KV. few meters from the main door and voila! Rooms are cute ,clean, bfast simple, some limited space for cars in front of the Hotel. I can't say enough about a well-kept, clean hotel with an excellent medical center. The swimming pools, the roof terrace, all usable even after hours thanks to the exquisite courtesy of all the reception staff. I made a booking through a 3rd party website, without the option of free cancellation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel direct and they agreed to a full cancellation without any penalty. Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to stay if your in Karlovy Vary. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast buffet was good with enough of a choice. My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me. I was impressed by minimal food waist (by far the lowest in my experiances) and also by willingness to serve something else / making more food if you need it.

Perfect In a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest, near the bus stop, the possibility to rent a tennis court or a badminton court! A beautiful walk into town, you can get spring water on the way. The equipment of the room is suitable, there is a kettle in the room. Breakfast can be purchased.

A place to stay Pretty straightforward, no frills, simple place to stay, with restaurant and tennis/badminton facilities. Let them know if you are checking in late, and they will tell you how to access after hours.

I did stay at the hotel Pavlov, the location of the hotel is amazing and is just minute away from all the amazing places in Karlo Vivary. However the hotel itself needs some renovation. The basement where the spa rooms are - you could see cracks in the walls and it did smell like mould in some of the rooms.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and have medical treatments, if you need to. Super friendly staff, helping with all our needs, excursions, transport and any day to day questions. Superb medical staff, very friendly and organized, no long waiting in line to get to your prescribed procedures. And the food is well above expectations!!!

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. All in all, a fantastic short break, and I highly recommend the hotel. The only downside was the mattress in the room, which was quite saggy. Nevertheless, we would come back!

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Loket Castle is a great place to cycle. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is parking, but it's very cramped. The pool is small but nice. To get to the whirlpool, you have to climb a steep ladder. We didn't use the sauna. We stayed there for three nights. Our room wasn't cleaned, but we did provide new towels.

A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.

We had lunch at the restaurant and it was beyond our expectations. The flavors are so rich and everything was so delicious. We had the ravioli, goose, gluten free spaghetti and french fries.
