It is THE hotel you want to get in Very South Poland or North Czechia. Breakfast and Dinner Is really good there are 3 Aisles of food ! The room was perfect too!

We went in a group of 6 people to ski at the Klinovec resort and we booked this hotel because of the good rating and the services available at the property. the hotel is a spa and has a large swimming pool with various massage devices. The rooms are clean, heaters work perfectly. The only problem was communication, almost none of the hotel staff spoke English.

Great resort with super medical therapy treatment and best location.

The hotel location is good. Around 7-10 minutes walking from central station. However, the road was made with stones and very hard to walk with luggages. Even 7 minutes walking was very hard and tiring. The hotel service is nice, and room is clean. The breakfast is superb with many options.

The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the name of the bus terminal is handwritten in the picture) and it takes about ten minutes to arrive at the stop sign in front of the hotel. There is the famous Golden Elephant Coffee opposite the hotel. If you have time, you can go and experience the century-old coffee. There are not many foreigners in this hot spring area

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. Unfortunately, the only photos I could take of the hotel are of the indoor tennis court visible from the window.

They charge twice for the same service

We booked the Art Deco Wolker Astoria. There's no reception and the hotel is not accessible by car... and the parking is quite far away. You have to go to another hotel to get your room key. The same goes for breakfast. So really inconvenient. The reception staff were very friendly and moved us to another hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. Older hotel. It is most convenient to go to the exhibition. It is right at the door. The environment is very old-fashioned and well-established. Brno is very small. In fact, it is convenient to take a taxi if you live in other places. I stayed at Courtyard a few nights ago.

The tram stop at Krizikova is just nearby, making traveling to places in Prague very easy. The bus station for airport bus is at Florenc, 2 stops away by tram. Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.
