Cozy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Sauna has an additional charge but it’s a small fee.

Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area.

The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of a forest on a high hill. Lifting can be difficult for those who have problems with their feet. Close to the center.

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. All in all, a fantastic short break, and I highly recommend the hotel. The only downside was the mattress in the room, which was quite saggy. Nevertheless, we would come back!

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Loket Castle is a great place to cycle. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is parking, but it's very cramped. The pool is small but nice. To get to the whirlpool, you have to climb a steep ladder. We didn't use the sauna. We stayed there for three nights. Our room wasn't cleaned, but we did provide new towels.

The room is quite small. The price I booked a month in advance was over 2700 yuan. I checked again on the day and it was only 1700 yuan. The hotel front desk refused to refund me. The room is spacious, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the decoration is exquisite. The hotel room provides a kettle, slippers, coffee machine, and bottled water, which is very considerate. A nice enough hotel, with simple rooms. It's a shame about the cleanliness of the room. I stayed for four days, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Lots of dust on the sink and floor, and hair that wasn't vacuumed. A bathroom shouldn't be left like this, but it should be cleaned every day, especially considering it's a four-star hotel.

Room was nice and comfy with a small fridge for your own food and drinks. There was few small markets nearby. Tram/bus stop was close by. Only complaint would be that there was no drain on the bathroom floor, only in the bath tub. So watch out spilling too much water if you fill the tub.

Nice breakfast great view . Employees are so helpful and super friendly. I stayed in the pension it's a part of the hotel connected with the hotel with long corridor with stairs not friendly for seniors. At night they do music parties . I really enjoyed the view. Wif is everywhere and working fine.
