Nice enough hotel, but starting to show it's age and the location is a bit quiet

Mix-up in internal booking system occurred: arriving guest walked into already occupied room. This is completely innacceptable!

We stayed 9 days and all went fine, except service could be improved to reach a true international level…still too Czech-type hotel. But it has a great potential.

A good place to stay overnight.

It is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.

Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice.

Clean and nice location however spa facilities was smaller then expected. There wasn’t any water inside of room and they didn’t include water in the dinner service.

The service was good and the breakfast was fine but the rooms are quite old and in need of some renovations. The beds are fine for a night or two but I would not stay for a week. The WiFi is also really bad and it’s just better to not use it.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the US Embassy. The only downside was staying on the second floor; the ceilings/floors are quite thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great. Hopefully, next time I can get a room on the third floor.

The room was absolutely beautiful with high ceilings, and the building itself was also very nicely designed. The only minor drawback was that the hot water ran out while I was showering. We were told it was due to the boiler.

We had an incredibly wonderful, relaxing holiday at the OREA Horizont. The hotel has been renovated with meticulous attention to detail, and the rooms, spa area, and restaurant were superb. 30mins walk from the main train station, closer to bus station about 10mins. Hotel was really beautiful from the reception to the hotel room. Their breakfast buffet spread was good and food quite delicious. Staff was helpful to assist in booking taxi although made an error as they mentioned the room had bathtub but in fact did not.

It's a hotel with a classic atmosphere. They give you plenty of tea and other things, and the breakfast selection is decent. However, the creaky wooden floor and small desk are a bit uncomfortable. If you like an old-fashioned atmosphere, it might be okay. There's a bathtub, so that's a plus.

I couldn't be happier with the service and room! Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us warmly and they gave us all the info we needed during our time in Prague. All the amenities were in the room, and it was very clean. The breakfast was lovely as well. We will definitely recommend this hotel as everything is nearby.

Although we had to park in a local garage and walk to the hotel, it took less than 10 minutes. The trade-off was being in a central location to the town square and festivals which made the rest of our stay very easy and relaxing. Beds were comfy, good water pressure in the shower, and the buffet was delicious!! Would stay here again.

Lack of information during the SPA procedure, really not much of an explanation during the treatment nore how to handle after it. We stayed in this nice hotel for 4 nights. The room had amazing view in to the city, and it was comfortable enough. The mattress was too stiff for my own preferences at least. The building's layout makes it hard to navigate, if you wish to go from your room, to the pool, or spa facilities, as it is old, which was expanded through the years, so there is no harmony inside, it's like more like a labyrinth...

Family stay for 3 nights. Very nice hotel in a very charming spa city. We really enjoy our stay. Stuff is very nice. Breakfast is very good. In good weather you can even sit on the terase. Good location. We received a wellness voucher from our dear friends and really enjoyed what the wellness &spa had to offer. We started at the private section (cheese, champagne, jacuzzi and a spa) which was very romantic and it got us relaxed and then we joined the public section (5 different spas, whirlpool, pool, bar and relax area) We loved it.

Superb hotel best in the area perfect for your luxury needs

We had a coffee and a Strudel outside on the terrace. Service was pleasant, and the Strudel very nice. One comment though: like quite many east European luxury hotels, staff were not trained enough to radiate cheerfulness and helpfulness.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, which was very convenient. The only slight drawback was the small bathroom. Both the hotel's dinner and breakfast were excellent.
