My experience of this Hotel rates as a two star but to be fair to the hotel I’ve made it three. It’s perfectly functional. The hotel is very well taken care of, the swimming pool opens as early as 9, saunas at 15 but during the weekend at 9! The breakfast is tasty and there are alot of options there! Definitely overpriced hotel for what you get. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. The room was cold and when asked about it, was told there is no more heating in May. Very nice lady receptionist, whatever we needed immediately arranged, šikulky. Weekend wellness, with procedures were a bit confusing, but in the end ok. For me, the massage only in quotation marks, but the bath and peat poultice down to - 1 at the young lady great. Our stay at this hotel left only the best impressions. The location is excellent — right in the center, with no climbs or descents, everything is close by. We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

Classic hotel with comfortable rooms. We really liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the welcome glass of prosecco or juice on arrival. The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day.

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.

Disappointing stay. Rooms are not soundproof , you can hear everything from next door. The bed was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Staff seemed uninterested and struggled to understand English. I asked for help with the vending machine and felt dismissed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb as it's located in a quiet area of Marienbad. We stayed 2 nights, not in a weekend. We had a big room with a nice view over the city. The furniture and carpeting in the room are in moderate condition. The breakfast buffet is perhaps the most extensive buffet we have ever had in a hotel!! Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. This was my second stay at the Icon hotel in Prague and I would stay here again. The location is very convenient for a city trip and you can walk easily to all the sightseeing spots, museums, theaters and opera. There are many restaurants and bars closeby. Directly opposite the Astronomical Clock tower, if there's free breakfast, it's at the Mozart Café on the second floor, with a view of the Astronomical Clock from the window. Not all rooms offer a view of the clock; if you want to see it from your window, book the most expensive room. However, booking a standard room is well worth it and highly recommended.

Here's a tip for visitors to the region who want a little bit of the "Spa Experience" but can't afford to stay at the wonderful Nove Lazne...
