In the reception they was not friendly, they was hiding behind the desk they didn’t ask how was your stay. When we left the hotel not even say hello same when we back to the hotel. The room was beautiful but the mattresses was uncomfortable, the mattress was lying down they need to change it.

The location is a bit far from the City center, but, it is still acceptable. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. However, the room ventilation is not good enough.

The rooms are totally forgetable, though you get all what is expected. Kind of cheapy equipment, but rooms are larger than currently seen. Noisy outside, so difficult to open the window. The Walter in the restaurant gets you wine without asking what wine you like, bottle or glass. This was really strange. On the other hand, the chodce for breakfast is pleasant.

For my needs I used this hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. Otherwise I was out all day. My main issue with this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. I arrived and it was 32C outside with only a flimsy fan that I had placed so close to me while I in bed you might think I was wearing it like clothing. Clewan modern hotel right on Lazensky Park and near the middle of Podnebrady; has a small swimming pool which the other local hotels don't. Quite large rooms with comfy beds. Nice powerful showers.

Well, it's now closed but it seems very nice place. Outside surroundings so beautiful, in front of the hotel, is large area with cultivated park, in the middle of it, is summerhouse, of course it is spa town so something you would expect it, but this so gorgeous. And inside is awaiting an excellent service, well that was my impression.

Simple but okay Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar.

Bit of a mixed feelings hotel. Some doors (eg toilet) are so worn down it is impossible to give that a clean feeling. But the hotel is really clean. Bed linnen had some holes in it but it is super clean. So it needs more then some paint. We enjoyed the tradtional Czech cuisine during our Christmas stay. Compliments to the cooks! The rooms were quite spacious, the bathrooms were clean and the service was overall great. The location is a little bit away from the city, recommend some transport to it if you have a large baggage. The mountains around the hotel are great and there are many things to explore.

There's nice place with couches and free Wi-Fi where, you can spend time with friends. It's close to slope, from where you can get to anywhere you want to ride. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the city center. The room has everything you need, except the refrigerator didn't work, but that was the case in all rooms. This is a common technical issue that I hope will be resolved soon, as this is a 4-star hotel. The power went out in the middle of the first night without any notice. The room facilities were inadequate, there was no kettle, no manual indicating what facilities were available, the safe was unusable, and the batteries had expired.

The hotel facilities are insufficient, there is no kettle, the instructions are insufficient, there is no brochure in the room that tells you what the hotel provides, and there is no information about breakfast. It turns out that I have already paid for the room I booked.

Environment: Located next to the road, it's a bit noisy, but the hotel is thoughtful enough to provide earplugs. The location is excellent, a prime spot, convenient for getting around. Facilities: Water in the room is chargeable. Cleanliness: Has a strong odor. Service: Okay. When I asked them to call the airport to inquire about baggage check-in, they just said it was my problem.

A great location with a great view of everything. The National Museum is right next door and the central station is nearby. Transportation is also very convenient and easy to get around.

Very nice location, about 10-15 min walk through the park to the city center. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient. Everything except the beds is alright. What they call double bed is actually two single beds shoved together. So prepare to sleep in the hole between. Ruined our cuddle trip quite seriously. Lots of problems in the reception with everything. Good hotel, good area!

But my family have received a matress that felt like it was from the 80’s 😭 it had huge springs and was impossible to sleep on (we got it changed).
