I got food poisoning and was sick for two days because of it. Housekeeping is simply awful! Whether I left a tip or not, absolutely nothing was cleaned. Instead, the lady helped herself to the drinks in my minibar.

Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests. Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. Beach was great till the seaweed came in but that is not the hotel's issue. They did clean it up. Very irritating that people save chairs at the crack of dawn making it next to impossible to get one. The roome and the staff here are fine. Nothing relate to complain about there. The beach however he’s not very nice and the preferred club section is nothing more than a small roped off area with crummy loungers, and only three cabanas. The room, just a king with ocean view was so comfortable. Very very clean! Comfy bed, great balcony, The bathroom was GREAT! Jacuzzi tub separate toilet. Doors open up the bathroom to the main room and it’s open and airy or you can keep it private and cozy. Very very clean

I reported a guest stalking us and being rude to my 2 daughters and myself. I text the concierge, talked to the front desk and they did not even respond or talk to me. When we left we were told they provided transportation, we had to pay the driver because he said that was not something the resort does. I felt very mislead and upset by the management. I feel a phone call or email is due.

Staff were very friendly. Pool and beach are beautiful, and rooms are clean. Only negative is it’s very hard and almost impossible to get restaurant reservations. So we had to stick with the main dining hall food for majority of the trip which wasn’t the greatest/hit or miss. But overall a great time!

The hotel is more on the older side however they do a good job to maintain the the grounds clean and offer great amenities like towels, entertainment and food. The restrooms need a little more attention. The value came in the price.

Rooms need to be updated and there were a few minor maintenance issues. swim up bar wait staff was not friendly and ignored alot of people when they came up for a drink.. The grounds, beach, and pools were well maintained and beautiful. Food was good and alot of variety at the buffet.
