Excelente hotel at good price and well located

Room was clean but I didn’t get the balcony. They didn’t offer it to me and I did notice when I was leaving the hotel

I mean it was technically listed as a balcony room and we didn’t have one but I also didn’t pay any extra money for it. I was sooo glad to find an affordable hotel with hot water and A/C, and the staff were excellent

The only downfall is there is no coffee maker, they should add an extra desk for space. I was there for 11 days, I had to buy a kettle to make my instant coffee. Besides that room service people were super nice

They went above and beyond as I arrived early and they accommodated us with early check in was told go have breakfast and your room will be ready in an hour and it was . I would highly recommend.

Stayed here from December 31st - January 4, 2025. There is a restaurant next to it. Parking is free and the attendants are helpful. Service is quick to respond to some issues.

The buffets were good, had themes and good variety. Some of the restaurants that didn't need reservations had long waits.

I enquired where we could get food and was told we had 15 mins before the restaurant closed ! The app was pretty good although does have some inconsistencies mainly locations are known differently on the app vs reality

Such a beautiful gorgeous and tropical place to enjoy with family and friends safe and fun.

Our 3rd time in this hotel and we don't have any reason to try another place

I did wish there was greater entertainment that didn’t include guest and something included for the kids to get them out of the sun… like a game room that was not for money

Enjoyed our stay immensely! This is a quieter resort perfect for families and people looking to relax. If you’re expecting nightlife this is NOT the resort for you. They try but the shows are lame

The weather was FANTASTIC, the beach is beautiful, and the pools are very warm. The only complaint I’d have is that the only decent coffee was from an espresso machine in the lobby that didn’t open until 9:00am

This is an older resort but they are working at updating rooms

The main buffet was good (most food was tasty and not very repetitive) and the bars served a good selection of drinks. The hotel doesn't have a single normal espresso machine so espresso, latte, cappuccino etc

Well, if you go to a budget hotel you don't expect luxury but the 4* have to be justified. I'm not that type 'it ruined my vacation', you are the only one who can ruin it and we have had a good time overall

Join into every interactive activity you can. So much fun! We also enjoyed the nightly shows. Classes inside are also decent. The pool is good and the beach nice. Unfortunately, not enough chairs at either so go early

Food was fine/ok at the buffet. My favorite was the local Dominican food served like their rice, beans, platanos etc. Best to grab freshly made foods at the chef stations like omeletes, meats, churros

Their french fries are delicious! Fresh fruit and juices are excellent. Everything else was just okay. We pretty much ate the same thing everyday

Room was spacious and amazing everyone that worked there was super nice

I've been to Punta Cana several times at a different property that has closed down so this is in comparison to that. The property is small but well kept. Grounds are very nice with great wildlife

Once and IF you find a great server or bartender, tip them and treat them well and they will be great to you. There are definitely a few great ones. It worked best at pool area but rarely in the room or other places

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of august. Great hotel in the centre of sosua. Water pressure in the shower is very good. Air con is strong and works very well. The queen size bed is very big and comfy

I had a very nice room next to the pool, A/C was very cold, the restaurant was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely staying here again. See ya soon!!!!!!

New Garden is the best hotel in Sosua!!!! I’ve stayed at New Garden since last April of 2024 13 times. The hotel is clean close to both beaches and the Staff is the Best in Sosua

Friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. Central location only 10 mintues to the beach.

Only 2 things I will recommend to change: allow guests to change AC temperature in the room since for us it was too cold; Quality of soap - it wasn’t good - ran out after 1 shower

The place feels very safe and is very close to the center and the beach. Good WiFi and reliable hot water. The check-in process is a bit too manual and could be better automated

Well run, well maintained small hotel in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the downtown area. But, not so close to the main drag that you hear all of the loud motos and ATVs

My room had a very strong AC, and I can only complain about the water pressure in the showers. The water pressure is not the best, but the bathroom itself was really nice and clean

There's no beach (like no sand) but many swimming pools and direct access to the sea with clear water. Unfortunately the place doesn't have a gym which is really a shame. There is a spa available with massages only

Negative - this is not a hotel that has 24 concierge, no restaurants open after 9pm, I felt horrible because I booked it same day and staff had to come back and get us situated, (staff was awesome)

We truly enjoyed both the pool and the beach right in front of the club. Towels are provided, and there are lifeguards on duty, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of

The day pass includes your food and drink consumption inside the club, and if you go over the amount, you only pay the difference, which is very convenient

There are often high-end activities on the 7th floor, and beautiful women and handsome men gather. The large glass of the gym offers a panoramic view of the city. Unfortunately, the room rate does not include breakfast

My room was very clean and the staff were very kind. There is a rooftop restaurant, bar and swimming pool with some lounge chairs and You can look out the area since the hotel is one of the tallest buildings there

It was all good. The room was a good size. The hotel is beautiful, the rooftop pool amazing with an absolutely awesome view of the Monument. The rooftop bar great. Overall a great stay

The location seemed out of nowhere but I was able to uber to the nearby downtown to have brunch and also buy some local chocolate. Very close, only 5-10 mins away

2 Night Family Trip to Zona Colonial Pros: Good location, close to everything Pleasant check in lady. Cons: Room has no window Sheets poor quality but seemed clean Beds are very small and not super comfy

A very good value close to el conde. Stairs only to upper floors. Rooms tend to be on smaller side with hot shower and cold A/C. Have stayed here before due to cost/value.

If you stain the towels, they are nice & you'll have to pay for them, they're not cheap. I didn't like it but they the manager was so nice i hasn't mad

The pool and room were excellent, and the breakfast was good. However, the area is very loud both day and night, which made it hard to fully relax.

The warm welcome of the front desk , follow by a beautiful stunning suite, very clean ,sheets and towels had a fresh clean smell, i went for one night and decided to stay another one , fell in love with this place, thank you to all the staff , definitely will be back soon

They have a full kitchen, so you’re able to cook your own meals. Otherwise, right outside you have local restaurants that offer fresh fish.

Two bathrooms is always a plus!!! And they bidet and Hot Water ( this is a serious plus) were excellent. The beds were comfortable as well. The location is impeccable, right on the playa bonita strip

Toilet tissue and hand soap provided Cons: No paper towels or dish soap provided so you definitely have to purchase. Stove didnt really work great. Definitely buy water as you will only get a couple at check in

Sadly one soda was already open when we checked in. The fridge is a bit dated and rusted. There are pots and pans but not ideal for longer stays if you an on actually cooking. Just not enough to be functional

Clean. A/C works 100%... Only issue is that the main Club is right in front so be ready to club n dance to the music n noise till 2am.weekdays.

Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist and plenty of space

We were a group of four and booked one of their apartment suites — it was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a major plus

It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient

Great hotel right at the beach, and near all the good restaurants in Cabarete. The rooms are very spacious, for a double room we had 2 toilets! Everything is very clean and well kept

The views are unforgettable and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The area is secluded from the main street so it is safe and quiet. I would definitely come back here when I return

Pool had tile falling out, ac didn’t work in our suite, faucet was broken, phone didn’t work, needed help opening our safe… all requested multiple times and never fixed. Food was ok, Italian was really good

There was a lot of thought and effort that was put in for the guest to enjoy themselves. It seems to me that the resort takes good care of its employees and it shows. I would stay here again without hesitation

Let’s start off by saying entertainment team, beach and pool reserved restaurants are good! Now the rooms are humid do not drink the filtered water I got extremely sick as well as many others at the resort they gatekeep the water bottles and won’t provide it to you at all!!! Front desk is very stand off ish and rude the rooms have bugs buffet food nasty just overall wouldn’t go back again would go...

Drinks are ok for the price of the resort, there’s local rum and a wide variety of other alcohol brands you can choose from but if you want the best of the best, gotta pay extra for it (which is expected)

food everywhere and many many activities for adults and kids, staff was very nice had no problems my stay was great, loved that the balcony of the room had a place to hang clothes for after you get out the pool, would definitely visit again it was fun

It’s a great surfing beach where you can take beginners lessons or go to the more advanced side with sizable waves. Highly recommend staying here for a more peaceful all inclusive than the mega resorts

Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating. The breakfast is a true feast
