They really have the patience of saints! They made the pool bars fun and made excellent drinks! Kelvin at the bar in the theater was THE SWEETEST! He was very friendly, had the best smile and always had our drinks ready for us

He even checked to make sure we got home safely. I would recommend him 1000 times again! Jency! He looked for us every morning for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have him as our waiter for dinner a few times

This would be our first time in Punta Cana and all inclusive. Looking for something all inclusive and adults only. After looking at different resorts, reviews and even YouTube videos

We were looking to get away for some sun and relaxation. We started looking at different areas and some friends have visited Punta Cana in the past and just recently

He made us feel truly special and it was so nice meeting him. We will look for him every time we go! Luis, Jimy and Charley at the adult pool bars were phenomenal

We came for the beautiful property and will continue to come for the wonderful staff that makes you feel like family

The restaurants were good – I especially enjoyed Bordeaux for its elegant dining experience and Himitsu, which had a great show from the Chef’s cooking in front of you

There were plenty of options to choose from, so I never got bored with the food. The entertainment team was outstanding. They not only kept me entertained but also made sure I had company throughout the trip

If you're seeking a luxurious getaway where every detail is taken care of, I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It's a place where you'll be pampered, indulged, and treated like royalty

I recently stayed at Secrets Royal Beach as a solo traveler, and while I was a little nervous at first, the staff immediately made me feel at ease

My experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was excellent from start to finish. The resort felt like paradise—beautiful pools, a stunning beach, and spacious suites with every comfort

I loved the variety of activities during the day, from water aerobics to dance lessons, and the nights were full of energy with live shows and themed parties

They were always available to help with our requests and questions, and their warm, professional service truly made a difference

We stayed for 8 days and on day 3 finally got to use the swim out we paid for and day 8 finally got hot shower! Pool wasn’t filled water was stagnant shower water cool

Had a wonderful time at this resort. It is in a wonderful location, just a few resorts down from a national park if you want to explore some trails, with a gorgeous beach that is surrounded by tide pools

Room was nice and was cleaned daily with the mini bar consistently restocked. 95% of the staff were absolutely lovely and service was excellent for the most part

We only got a butler the last three days of service who wasn’t really able to do very much for us but apologize for the pool and apologize for lack of warm water because they needed to get parts to fix the water system, but that should’ve been told to us upon check-in which the room wasn’t even ready at 4 pm

The food was mediocre at best, mostly passing for just edible. The drinks are clearly watered down. Some of the service workers were rude. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all

The only downside was room service food was not good and not enough breakfast options, just one buffet and we felt the food there was always cold. All other restaurants for lunch & dinner were awesome

Awesome experience here, smaller resort compared to others but it dosent feel small. Great beach location and excellent staff

The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable and a fully stocked bar and fridge. The cleaning service came twice a day once in the morning then mid afternoon they did a great job

Great drinks!! We stayed in the Tierra suite and it was amazing, private pool and beach front. Our mayordomo was awesome, David C. & Angelo at the beach service was amazing as well

After COVID, we finally returned to celebrate my birthday and decided to stay at Live Aqua and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very clean, and the weather during our stay was perfect

A special shout-out to Delvin, the manager of the pool area, whom we’ve known for many years from our previous visits to Dreams. Seeing him again made the trip even more special

Not only does the entertainment team work their butts off on stage, but they run around running activities throughout the day, with enthusiasm, while also having a bit of time to stop and say hello; a fist bump or a high five with a big smile

com provided amazing customer service when I needed to make changes to the guest name on my reservation prior to my arrival, they went above and beyond to make this happen

This is our second year in a row visiting and I think we’ll be back next year. Kids love it and the second year was even better, we easily acclimated and jumped right in with an excursion in buggies, second day there

Whether this is a Dominican thing or Hyatt is using fantastic motivating rewards, I’m not sure, but these people work really really hard and the majority genuinely want your stay to be amazing

This would be a great resort for families, there are kid friendly pools and activities each day. We took advantage of the spa and it was beautiful and relaxing, highly recommended

Shout out to Victor OG, Baby Face and Johnny Bravo to name a few. The two ladies working the drinks by the preferred pool closest to the buffet, amazing little team

Doors open up the bathroom to the main room and it’s open and airy or you can keep it private and cozy

Breakfast was excellent, dinner restaurant for everyone choice and good quality The service staff friendly and eager to help

Room was clean. Property nicely maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch and dinner was OK. 24 hour cafe was very nice. Room service was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I’ve never been to an all-inclusive where I’ve actually lost weight before the only restaurant that we’ve found so far where we can find anything that’s reasonably well done is at the steakhouse

The room, just a king with ocean view was so comfortable. Very very clean! Comfy bed, great balcony, The bathroom was GREAT! Jacuzzi tub separate toilet

When we left we were told they provided transportation, we had to pay the driver because he said that was not something the resort does. I felt very mislead and upset by the management

Their friendly and fun personalities make this the best night time spot at the resort!

Overall good. On the second last day they cleaned our room but no towels, toilet paper, or Kleenex. We called the front desk to get some sent. No one came…. I had to go to a public washroom and take some…

We had a great swim out room - it was amazing - pool water was nice and warm - the deck has been remodeled with new materials - just fabulous!

Very clean and family friendly. The buffet has lots of options for every pallet. Waiters for drinks and meals at the pools and the beach. Activities for adults and kids all throughout the day

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for New Year’s Eve. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive

Amazing stay with great activities! I did the coconut palm hat and bowl making and it was so much fun! Great guy who taught us and was really patient! Also beautiful end product, great as souvenire as well! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent at Quimera restaurant, we ate there almost every day! Maximo Mendoza, our waiter at the restaurant was always so kind and smiling, did great service

The staff here are the reason why people love this place. The customer service is exceptional. The nicest and happiest people I’ve ever met. Alejandro Soriano are the best bartenders and honestly such great human beings

Yadenny from the entertainment team invited me to play volleyball and I had a lot of fun. She made my brother and me laugh a lot. Without a doubt, a good experience. Rafal Nadal Pickleball was fun too

Drinks were made perfectly—especially the mojito, which was one of the best I’ve had. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do

They made me and my best friend feel so welcome

All the cart service men were great too. Made sure to take us back and forth safely to our rooms and lobby. DJ Carlos played great music and could spin. The cleaning staff work so hard to make the rooms look clean

The staff was great everywhere! The steak was amazing at all the restaurants and we all (teenagers included) liked the grill by the beach. The New Year’s celebration was fun and the whole family had a good time!

If you have food allergies, they do a great job at the restaurants helping you make good food choices. I would say, however, that the buffet isn't quite as well marked

I've read many reviews where the beach was loud, and patrons were constantly being solicited by vendors. That was not the case on this beach. It is very quiet and there were almost no vendors and they left us alone

We had such an amazing vacation at Dreams Royal Beach. There are so many staff that are always happy to help. We were very spoiled by the kindness, friendliness, and willingness of the staff to help with any need

The pools are also beautiful and quiet. We have three children ages 19, 21 and 23. We were looking for somewhere that wasn't a party scene but would be enjoyable for our family. This place fit the bill perfectly

I've never been anywhere with such great staff. Another great feature of this hotel is the location. The beach is gorgeous and quiet

The room was great; the staff were wonderful and helpful. We appreciated the all inclusive package very much and found joy in walking on the beach

Stayed as a family of 8 with 2 people per room one room seemed very clean but one had a very strong uncomfortable molding piping smell 2 rooms only had a lamp as lighting not sure if it was set that way but pretty dim when getting ready loved the double shower heads very convenient when rushing to get ready only problem water went out to closet and wet luggage even having the small tower on floor was...

The staff is extremely friendly, the food is good however the restaurant “Lolita” was extremely unorganized

Due to hurricane flooding in the past many first floor rooms smell like mold. Changed rooms with about an hour of headache when we got there. Room we were moved to was not cleaned

The food was outstanding, fresh fruit, especially the passion fruit, mmmmm. We also booked into the other restaurants on the grounds, simply delightful

Do not go into town by yourself. Beaches are "owned" by resorts with 24hr security. Strolls down the beach are permitted but you will be "stopped" at each resort

If you don't have american dollars or local currency you will have to exchange. Heard many visitors complain about currency. All and all for the cost good experience

Though there were one or two things we disliked, the 10 days I've spent there were honestly the best 10 days of my life, I've been in a few places around the world, but Natura Park and Punta Cana as a whole was the best vacation I ever had, I felt the true meaning of relaxing and forgetting about everything bad in this world while I was there

Staff was nice, room was small and extremely dated! Restaurants were "fair". Overall I would say if you wanted a last minute deal and could get a good price

You will be eating a lot of bread & cheese & fruits, nothing healthy enough like a balanced meal. Food was all quite oily in general

I had an amazing week at Excellence El Carmen, a week that I will hardly forget. The resort is amazing and the atmosphere is just so relaxed and exclusive, especially if you're part of excellence club

We had an amazing time at Excellence resort - they have various activities, amenities & events on site that you can participate in

  However, there are very limited options for vegetarian esp if you think about your protein intake, there is hardly anything

  Somethings that are commendable & really stood out:  Cocktails - Excellence has by far the best of the best cocktails & bars! Their drinks are creative & everyone can find something they enjoy

Shoutout to their famous Coco locos! Special mention - Senor Diaz at the Prelude bar for a memorable experience!  Activities - really fun activities at the resort - bag painting, aqua trampoline, aqua bike, ping pong tournament, bingo, karaoke, poker, silent disco & so many more!!!!  Amenities - they have a wide array of amenities - gym, darts, tennis, archery, volleyball (pool & beach), board games...

HONEST REVIEW: Beautifully maintained place! Very, very clean! I highly appreciate that. The food was great, the beach is clean and well lit at night which is great as you can spend time there even after dark

Staff were great and buffet had variety for picky eaters and others alike. Music at pool and shows was very loud so we had to sit far away but overall great family trip

If you are a beach person and are expecting clear water- this is not the resort for you. There is a river nearby and that causes the ocean water to be murky. The water is not clear like other resorts in La Romana

Honesty I didnt have big expectations for this resort but it is small and eash to navigate than the Punta Cana big hotels and you really get to know the staff. Food was hot and so much selection

Excellent!! The buffet was excellent! The grounds immaculate. The room was large and had a refrigerator stocked daily. The pool was large and had a swim up bar

The grounds are beautifully designed and very convenient — pools, bars, sun loungers, and walkways are all well organized. There is plenty of space, yet everything is within a short walking distance

It includes private check-in rooms, a welcome glass of margarita or champagne, and a delightful spread of hors d’oeuvres—meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, cookies, and mini sandwiches

Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach

There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool)

Shout out to Areilles at the pool and Ramon at the Italian restaurant. Everyone is nice but they are next level. Room 5 People 5 Food 4 Landscape 5

We tipped at the end of each day, they appreciate it so much and are well deserved of it. We got a really good deal through Costco, package price for plane tickets, transportation to and from resort, and room

Bloved was our favorite dining establishment i the whole resort. I discovered some delicious Dominican food, as well as some familiar dishes. The staff are all happy, kind and very accommodating

HUGE THANK YOU! We arrived and were greeted by the lovely Anderson at the reception. He was so friendly and welcoming; we felt right at home! The service overall is just so warm and caring

They have lots of fun things to do- and it is also a great place to relax! The beach was absolutely beautiful. This was our first trip down south and certainly did not disappoint! We would 100% come back here again!

A couple of issues but were made up for other people. The happiness, Coordinator Hanzel was incredible. Him and his team made our stay 10 times better than it would’ve been without them

We’ll definitely be back 10,000 percent! A huge shoutout to the ladies at reception, Fanelis and Pamela, who always helped us with any questions and gave such great advice

And another note: he never did ask or even expect a tip, he done it from the goodness of his heart ❤️. When we return to this resort, he will be the biggest contributing factor to my return

Punta Cana Princess was a great resort. The staff was excellent all around. The beach and views were excellent. Our room had an amazing sunrise view. My only comment was that the buffet food was only ordinary

But the nice thing is that you can have them custom grill eggs and chicken, so nice! The dinners were great, especially the Italian and Swiss Fondue

It would be great to have a good coffee shoppe on the property but at least you can walk to the other Princess resort and get that. You can even bood dinners at other Princess resorts nearby

If you want to try an all inclusive for the first time to see if you like it, this is the place. Lots of good stuff and it won't break the bank

All in all the room, view, beach, location, and staff were great. Oh, please tip your staff well, they work really hard! The weather was amazing as well

This place is beautiful. The help is amazing. So many to recommend keep a eye out for the entertainment team of Teddy, Rocky and Manore. If you want the best coco loco ask for Luis Miguel.

Visited for five nights with two couples total and this place was definitely worth it! Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and amazing staff

there is no reason to go to an all-inclusive and not experience the very best, and the staff here will take the very best care of you! Yes, tipping is appreciated by them and when they go above and beyond, they deserve it

We spent some time at the Ocean Bar as well- shoutout to the bartenders up there but especially Christy! All of the staff was incredible! awesome activities coordinator, along with Maria! Luis Mario, Ismael, and Omar were the most amazing wait staff for our days on the beach. Get by the beach and you will never get up to get a drink while you're there

We had so many great experiences while we were there, from karaoke and singing, to the pools and beach, to the restaurants and quality staff. Never had a negative encounter, not once

The Good - the resort is well-kept, the food was fine, the drinks flowed, and they had plenty of activities for those into that. The room was well air conditioned and the wifi was pricey but stable

A good resort with lots of amenities. Apartments for rent and u get full services of the resort. Good place for kids and family visits.

But then he made it pretty clear that I owed him a drink in return, I ended up being whisked to some bar 10 minutes away and bought him and his friend a round of drinks for an absurd price, then ended up giving him even more money after he complained he can't afford diapers for his kids at what the resort pays

After directly saying I'm not at all interested whatasoever, I got glared at by them for the rest of the stay. The Ugly - There is no ATM in the resort, so I had to walk two blocks in town to go to a bank

We didn't have hot water for the shower so much as slightly tepid water. We had dysentery for a few days, we stopped using the tap water to brush our teeth which may have been the culprit

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and always ready to serve you. Rudy was the best! Huge variety of drinks. And beach is awesome! Steak house was so good. Definitely would go back.

Which was to be reserved and additional charge and that didn't seem worth the cost and after being there I felt I made the right choice. Pool had plenty of lounges and so did the beach

The food was not good at all, no flavor. All of the food including the room service was not good. We looked forward to Taco Bell at the airport and thats saying a lot

Johnny also scheduled all our reservations for the restaurants and helped with the bell hop for our luggage to be picked up from the room to the lobby for our return trip home

The hotel didn't really explain the difference between a standard stay and paying for the Diamond club stay. I only caught the pool side cabana on the website
