Tipping is essential here or your holiday will be ruined !! very clean rooms lots of verity of food the restaurants are the best food , make sure you book straight away , but also tip again !! if your English tour definitely second best so just remember that

My first time in Dom rep. Hotel is great. The staff are excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. David is a great guy, very professional. The pools are beautiful. I would like to come back next year with my family.

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

My family of 33 went to this resort early August, it was gorgeous! Sandy at the front desk is the best. She is so patient and provides amazing customer service. And Pedro the server is amazing as well

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the room services were great, beach was great, and it was an overall fantastic experience. But for me, the animation team was what made my stay here so good

The activities, entertainment, and shows were so much fun. We had the best time during our stay thanks to the entertainment team. Extra thanks to Peluche for taking the time to make sure we enjoyed our stay

A real honest review: This resort is really nice if your trying to have a chill week. The rooms are exactly what the photos on the website look like, the food is a huge buffer with a lot of selection

Every night theres rice, chicken, beef, pork, lots of salad, vegetables, fresh fruits, a taco bar, and a pasta bar. They also have cool local dishes they serve at the buffet

Always had a pick of sun loungers! Food at the buffets were good and lots of options especially for vegetarians ( which is usually hard to find at these resorts)

100% recommendable! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always smiling. They even gave us a complimentary late check-out because our flight was very late. A big thank you to all the staff.

Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests

I don't remember the name of the person at the reception who changed our hotel but we'd still like to thank him. It's also worth mentioning the drinks at the bars, which were of excellent quality and the very clean pools

The best resort I've ever stayed at!!! I booked the Majestic Elegance but at the reception I was given an upgrade while staying at the Majestic Mirage, simply SENSATIONAL

We recently stayed at the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and overall had a good trip, though the experience was a bit mixed. The resort itself was generally clean and well maintained, and the grounds are very pretty

Despite these issues, we still had a good time, but I think that has more to do with us than the resort. If food and service are not priorities for your stay, then it can be an enjoyable stay

the buffet in particular (the only option for breakfast) was generally not very good, and the options felt repetitive and limited

The biggest one was that the toilet ran constantly during our stay, which was a little frustrating and made the room feel less polished than expected. The food was one of the more disappointing parts of the stay

The pool area in particular is beautiful and a nice place to spend the day. However, we did notice that the pool tended to get a bit scummy as the day went on and actually stained our bathing suits

The food tasted okay and there was a good variety at El Carey & La Tortuga buffet, but after a few days it became repetitive. Sometimes the hot food was cold or cold foods were warm

From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help

The team communicated effortlessly in both English and Spanish, which made everything feel smooth and comfortable. The beach was absolutely stunning, just as beautiful as the photos online, if not more

We used the Privilege pool and the 2 attendants, Carlos and Daniel, were superb! There were plenty of towels and both Carlos and Daniel made sure we always had plenty of drinks and food! I recommend if you want pool chairs with umbrellas, you need to get them early as most are taken by 9:00 AM and only chairs without umbrellas are left

Additionally if you have a medical condition making it difficult to navigate stairs, please note that there are no elevators in the buildings so you may want to ask for a room on the ground floor (we did this at the time we made our reservation and the staff was great in accommodating the request)

The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion

My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room

I’ve only tried 2 restaurants here so far but what I’ve tried at Oregano and The Grill has been decent. Wish I would’ve come with someone but Overall I will be coming back

My recent visit to Excellence El Carmen was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all expectations! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that everything here is top-notch

Overall, Impressive Punta Cana is a good hotel. The rooms were clean, the organization around the resort was nice, and the beach was amazing — definitely one of the best parts of the stay

The hotel grounds are well maintained, and the staff was generally friendly and polite. Plus the activities are very good! The biggest negative point was transportation, especially to and from the airport

I believe that is due to the fact that they allow people to upgrade when they arrive and don’t prioritize those that have these rooms already booked

Our stay was ok, only issue we had was them not having our room we booked available on checkin

All the drinks are exceptional for an all inclusive hotel (I’ve stayed in all inclusive and they’ve always been really crappy) but these ones are nice, they do slushy pina coladas and daiquiris and whole menu of inclusive cocktails, rums, tequilas, gin and tonic and so on

The pools are great, warm and they have activities in the pool to keep you entertained during the day. Though the floor is very crumbly and paint chipped everywhere but doesn’t ruin the overall experience of the pool

The nightly shows were very entertaining - like having our own Coco Bongo experiences! They have an entire team dedicated to entertaining the guests with games and parties, so much to do! The food was fantastic - 5 restaurants to choose from and we never had the same thing for dinner twice! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience for a family vacation. Teppanyaki at Ma+Suri, and Le Gourmet are the best restaurants here. The buffet food is average, nothing phenomenal, but nearly on par with any buffet back in the states

The towel cabana worker is a bit of a grouch, but it is easily made up for by the service of Edwin and Yohanny (two of the bartenders). Can't state my appreciation for those two enough

And the Gourmet was EXCEPTIONAL!! As I don't eat breakfast, they treated my husband with kindness everyday. They also decorated our table with flowers each time we came for dinner

As we were checking out, we were given fliers, requesting we give the resort 4 stars or higher on each category, and the workers strongly push for us to leave Google reviews

I recommend getting the buffet items they cook in front of you. The other items tend to sit out for a hot minute. 90% of the staff was beyond friendly and courteous

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single employee stood out as professional, and incredibly helpful

Paradisus by far had the best kept stretch, and the largest seating area. Our beachfront room on the reserve side was beautiful and our son’s room over the main pool was freshly updated and beautiful

The room cleaning service did an outstanding job every single day, keeping everything perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurants and buffets were excellent as well

Clean everywhere but the best part of my stay was the attention of the bartenders. Unfortunately, i cant mention their names, but I will be sure to send an email so they get the credit they deserve

Staff was amazing and accommodating. Antonio was our concierge and helped us throughout the whole trip providing anything we needed and extra excursions at a really good price

5 Facilities where really nice and manicured 3 stars for food in general, breakfast was the best, we tried some of the a la carte restaurants like Bloved and Toscana, in one of them they offered grouper and gave us red snaper instead without telling us, The food in general was just like banquet hall food Very lame

I would rate this resort with the following stars: 5 star for personel service and kudos to Angel the golf cart Driver, David the time share Promoter, Bartenders Jessica, Gabriel and the Best one not sure of her name at the main adults only pool Mariolis? the bartender

The drinks were great, and overall BEST employee there was Luis, he was mostly working at the inside bar

A very nice and clean resort. Every staff member we talked with were very pleasant and cheerful.

Food- We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the adult buffet (Monday and Friday only for dinner; daily breakfast). Lunch at La Isla-chicken burger and potato wedges were our favorite. Dinner at Tao Cat was the best

Drinks- Caipirinha with double Leyenda rum was our go to. Margarita & champagne were also good. Lobby bar closes at 1am! Entertainment- there was usually live music or some type of show until 11pm

Over all the resort was great! The food was good! Customer Service was outstanding! The only thing the WiFi wasn’t that great. The Riu party was lit we definitely had a time! I would definitely stay again!

The hotel grounds beach pool were beautiful, the rooms were average, beds not that comfortable, low grade finishes in bathrooms and rooms, the restaurants were average, but the food buffet (breakfast dinner) was excellent with plenty of variety

It was OK. The food could’ve been better and I definitely came back sick because the water was not good.

New years eve Party was family friendly and a 10! Very fun and lively and free for guests. Scuba caribe snorkelling was great

The hotel was overall okay, but unfortunately it is clearly starting to show its age. I have been staying at Riu Palace Punta Cana for several years, and this was the first time I truly noticed a decline

Martine and Ana at the spa are absolutely wonderful. Orlando was always there to ensure we had the best excursions planned while staying safe

Maximo was wonderful at Quimera restaurant was helpful and attentive the entire experience! The rooms and the facilities were cleaned constantly and housekeeping did more than could be expected

The rooms could use some updates and remodeling but the friendly staff, sense of security, beautiful grounds, beach access, peaceful ambiance, fun entertainment and yummy food make it all well worth a visit! My family had to leave the resort we originally booked at because it was unsafe, dirty and absolutely horrible

Thankfully Jewel had vacancies on such short notice and we were able to book a room the very same day for the rest of our trip. We met guests that had stayed there before

But if you just love floating in the pool and drink and eat good food go here. The staff is super friendly and the resort is just gorgeous can't explain. I hope mother nature does her part and cleans the beach

Jewel palm beach must have the friendliest staff in all of Punta Cana! As soon as you arrive, the security verifies our booking at the front gate

Then as you drive up to the lobby entrance, the men that help you with your luggage greet you with smiles and warmth. The same friendly energy is felt all throughout the resort

Evening entertainment is captivating. Sports competition is fun way to intermingle with other people. Best part is 24 hr coffee shop with good snacks

Other than that, most staff were very friendly, as a woman i noticed I was treated poorly by some women staff while my husband had no issues at all

Honestly, I had the time of my life in Catalonia at first we were not crazy about the hotel or the food, but we got upgraded and privilege and it changed everything for us

Had some issues with the room that have definitely been issues for more than just our stay, whether the were brought up before and ignored or just over looked, these issues should definitely be resolved asap

Dining: Buffet options were somewhat limited, with a heavy focus on pork and fish. If you don’t eat pork, your choices may feel restricted, and steak or other meat dishes were rare. That said, the food was tasty overall

Beach & Grounds: The beach was stunning, with plenty of shaded areas and loungers. It never felt crowded, and the ground crew was up early each morning cleaning the sargassum, which kept the shoreline pristine

We just returned from an incredible week at Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, and we’re already talking about going back! We travelled from Canada and stayed in the Preferred Club — it was absolutely worth it

We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and there’s lots to do. The service was excellent throughout our stay

One staff member in particular, Luisito, really stood out. He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us calling us his Canadian family

He helped arrange transportation and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Luisito also had a fun little greeting he would do when he saw us a cheerful “cucú!” which always made us smile

He always made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did his work absolutely spotless every single day. He was especially wonderful with our children — always friendly, warm, and playful

Thank you Sopita for dancing with me and making me laugh. The rooms was also excellent clean, and always had the fridge stocked for us. The food was delicious always lots of variety to choose from

They are friendly and will back off, but there are many. They all have shirts with numbers. The city tour was a lot of fun 😁 All in all, a great holiday and will likely return

The resort is a pretty quick ride from the airport which was nice. The staff and service we received was excellent and very friendly. The nightly shows are well produced and were a lot of fun to go watch

5 stars just because the food offerts are not that abbondante and the rooms, even very clean, needs some renovations. And the internet, even covering including the beach, is not the best

The food is nothing fancy, but as long as you go early, there are lots of options. We booked spa couple massages twice (at the start and the end of our trip), and the entire spa staff was incredible

Good stay if on a budget & want to get away, service was friendly, sometimes a bit slow; room was clean upon arrival but during our stay it could have been better stocked in the bathroom, grounds, pool, and beach all very clean; bar staff below La Mexicana were Espectacular( Manuela & José (?); he’s been there 10years!) Main buffet was good- you must make a dinner reservation for all other restaurants...

The balcony was perfect, the bar was excellent. Most of all the staff was great like always. Julia Polanco provided us with an outstanding customer service. She kept us informed and she treated us like if we were family

The hotel is more on the older side however they do a good job to maintain the the grounds clean and offer great amenities like towels, entertainment and food. The restrooms need a little more attention

Because I’m an ******* platinum member we had the best concierge Juan Carlos. He helped us every day and made our very affordable vacation feel 5 star. He spoiled us and took care of our every need
