If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! Just got back. We had good time but there’s a lot of room for improvement. The restaurants service needs to be a little more quick but the food is great

What an amazing resort! The food and the staff are fantastic and I can’t wait to return. The entertainment staff Henry and Carlos keep the resort laughing and make sure you are enjoying yourself

The staff in the club room Olvi , Santa make the best drinks and give top notch hospitality! Can’t forget Alendrea and Benito at the pool Bar and the housekeeping staff

My first experience at this resort exceeded all my expectations It was clean, friendly, loads of entertainment with delicious food and drinks. I really enjoyed the yoga classes with Cathy and the aqua fit with Henri

The staff really go out of their way to make everyone’s vacation great. I highly recommend this resort ! I can’t wait to return

Jacqueline who does the excursion is wonderful. So many options and things to do. The food was good, you just have to make sure you make reservations in advance for the restaurants or you'll be at the buffet

Entertainment is very limited, making the resort extremely quiet. There is no convenience store on site, and communication before arrival was poor, as emails to the reservation department were not answered

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. This hotel is best suited for travelers looking for a modern, clean, and peaceful place to relax rather than a lively all inclusive experience

The room was spacious and very clean, the food was excellent (healthy and delicious. keto/Paleo compliant if you want). And there was always a spot - no beach towel bingo trying to stake out a spot at the crack of dawn

Check in was fast and smooth, and the staff is generally friendly, although service can be slow at times and English is not widely spoken. The rooms are the strongest point of this hotel

Food quality at the buffet is acceptable, but variety is limited, and items are not always refilled later. The resort has only three restaurants, with average overall quality

They are spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The balcony with a jacuzzi overlooking the pool is a great feature

Another amazing person was Jaime in the grill area, he made the best grilled seafood I’ve ever had. I recommend this place 100% as is family oriented, cleaned, and amazing staff

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, the service is amazing and the location is perfect. The amenities provided are beyond exceptional, the service is wonderful and the pool is shallow but good

Bautista Romero provided great service as did Christopher in the pool bar. Hotel was perfectly located, clean and lively. Pool was pretty and relaxing and family friendly. Room service was attentive.

Staff members were awesome. Made my birthday special, by surprising me with a personal cake after massage. Food is excellent and amenities are top notch

Bautista Rowero was very friendly and helpful, gave us a big smile and offered us immediate help with our luggage which made our stay so much more pleasent

It was truly a relaxing experience- from the amazing, friendly staff we got to know over the course of our stay, to our private pool in our villa, to the fantastic spa day we had (one of the best massages we have both had)

We had the best 3 days at the Eden Roc Cap Cana. Incredible hotel, service, beach, pool, food- amazing experience and will definitely be back! Our concierges Miguel and Braulio were incredible and went above and beyond

It was so fun having the golf cart to drive around cap cana, we stayed in the villa with a private pool which was incredible! The villa itself is a little dated in style but really beautiful and clean and so private, we loved it

I would say to skip the full board and just order everything a la carte I think we would’ve saved some money there just ordering individually because it is a ton of food, but you can’t go wrong either way

The beach is amazing! It has lots of waves so there’s no water sports or snorkeling on the beach at the hotel but it was incredible. Very very chill relaxed vibe at the hotel not at all a party vibe

We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Blue and it was all amazing! Highly recommend also ordering the beach snacks, was so great to have kosher food on the beach

The hotel is located in a convenient area. The best thing is that this hotel is inside the mall and we thought it was a wonderful idea. The staff and the customer services include the services in general was amazing

It was the most expensive per night among the foreign hotels in Santo Domingo, but to be honest, it was just in a good location, and I felt that the price was not worth it otherwise

Breakfast was good. However the hotel had a lot of deferred maintenance.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Veronica front desk manager I believe went out her way to help us rent a vehicle. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, food was really good and prices were reasonable

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and organized. The pool wasn't crowded but it was a bit difficult to get to without going through the restaurant. The gym was also nicely equipped

The restaurant is incredible! The Grouper is by far the best I've had in ages! They also know how to make my cocktail perfectly, thank you! The casino is a manageable size, safe, secure and fun

Big shout out to Raphael and Maximo at the front desk, Hillary, Pedro S and Pedro R, Domingo and Diana at the great breakfast who treat us like royalty, and Aymet and Maciel at the pool bar who great us every day with a smile, and serve us fantastic drinks and food while treating us like royalty

The Unique club was completely worth it- the unique beach club restaurant as an option for breakfast and lunch was excellent- food selection was great! The Unique dinners select days of the week were some of the best meals we had

Traveled with toodler they had sofa bed set up with toddler blanket. Beach clean, had good beach service for drinks

We stayed at Lopesan in the Unique category for my 40 birthday. When we arrived , we were greeted with champagne and there was a private check in. They let us check in a little early which was great

He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack

At the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!

Excellent service my entire trip, everybody was extremely welcoming and kind! Jose Manuel made sure that we were satisfied at breakfast and had everything we’d need. The pool was beautiful and had a wonderful view

Pamela del club lounge was just exceptional. She was so polite and ALWAYS kept a smile. I don’t know Spanish, but she and the staff did as much as they could to keep communication going and clear

localisation is perfect, the building and bedroom need a refresment. but it is clean, the breakfast is excellent and raphael prepare the best omelette. for the price is correct , I will come back

This has been my go to hotel for Santo Domingo for years. It’s perfectly priced and in a safe location. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

The food was really not good. The hotel finishes are very nice but the whole place had the best odd smell combined with mustiness in the room. It was a weird cleaner or fragrance. Also the drinks were not great either.

10/10 Experience! Staff were excellent every single person on this resort is extremely friendly so accommodating! The staff really is what made this trip a 10/10! Clean rooms beautiful hotel grounds beach was great soo many pools ! Recommend getting the app to make requests on every request was granted very quickly ! Would 1000% go back !

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the rooms were kept very clean and the best part was the staff. They were so kind and welcoming. I have never had service as great as it was here at LOPESAN

great entertainment at pool, music was nice and fun to dance to, room is nice and ac works well, food and drinks are very good! beach entertainers wolf and carry made volleyball and darts very fun!

9- I realized that the bother of waiting for the train to take us where we going is not at all restful when On vacation 10-Good even though it was plentiful was not really tasty 11- we had to wait in line 5 - 10 minutes at the omelette station, by the time we ate food was cold 12- Buffet style is a lot of work when you vacation with a young family, sit down dinners was a bit better 13- in 8 days...

Great property, clean and well taken care of. Rooms are dated, bathrooms (in family rooms) are very small. Blankets on kids beds are hard.

Well let me tell you : on day 1 we found out we couldn’t use the waterslide with my grandchildren! How ridiculous is that? Children if 3 and 18 months needed us to be with them on the waterslide!! 2- When we called guest service NO ONE ANSWERED EVER! 3- The beach was way too strong for young children to play in the ocean! The restaurant only open at 6 pm for dinner we had to stop at guest service...

5- Service at breakfast was so slow we had to fectch our waiters everyday 6- The smell ( cooked meat was so bad I couldn’t go on the patio ! 7- The room had a moldy smell

All the staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really attentive and always with a smile! You leave your room and the house keeping great you with good morning! We had the most amazing experience.

The room itself was spotless, in excellent condition, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint

Everything was delicious, but the Sancocho (Dominican‑style soup) truly stood out. The drinks were excellent as well—the margarita was great, but the piña colada was honestly the best I’ve ever had

Great location if you need to stay near by the airport. The room and the pool was good. The breakfast was good I would recommend to add more options.

the service and food was spectacular. our server was the absolute best. the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. there was a few people selling souvenirs. they weren’t too aggressive which was nice

they sold cigars, bags, scarves at a reasonable price. surprisingly they offered cigar samples which was very nice. i would definitely go back again

The food is outstanding, the facilities and the staff are phenomenal and the setting is lovely. Transportation to and from the beach, where you have dedicated bar facilities as well as food

However, it is as advertised: quiet. The entertainment shuts down at 11pm, so if you're inclined to want to want to stay up late, you'll have to find ways to entertain yourself

The lady who is now at the front desk downgraded us “because that’s what you paid for”. The balcony lock is broken in our new room so we can’t go outside but I can see how nice it is from the window

Enjoyed our stay immensely! This is a quieter resort perfect for families and people looking to relax. If you’re expecting nightlife this is NOT the resort for you. They try but the shows are lame

The weather was FANTASTIC, the beach is beautiful, and the pools are very warm. The only complaint I’d have is that the only decent coffee was from an espresso machine in the lobby that didn’t open until 9:00am

This is an older resort but they are working at updating rooms

The main buffet was good (most food was tasty and not very repetitive) and the bars served a good selection of drinks. The hotel doesn't have a single normal espresso machine so espresso, latte, cappuccino etc

Well, if you go to a budget hotel you don't expect luxury but the 4* have to be justified. I'm not that type 'it ruined my vacation', you are the only one who can ruin it and we have had a good time overall

Join into every interactive activity you can. So much fun! We also enjoyed the nightly shows. Classes inside are also decent. The pool is good and the beach nice. Unfortunately, not enough chairs at either so go early

Food was fine/ok at the buffet. My favorite was the local Dominican food served like their rice, beans, platanos etc. Best to grab freshly made foods at the chef stations like omeletes, meats, churros

Their french fries are delicious! Fresh fruit and juices are excellent. Everything else was just okay. We pretty much ate the same thing everyday

I've been to Punta Cana several times at a different property that has closed down so this is in comparison to that. The property is small but well kept. Grounds are very nice with great wildlife

Once and IF you find a great server or bartender, tip them and treat them well and they will be great to you. There are definitely a few great ones. It worked best at pool area but rarely in the room or other places

The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby, the room was very quiet, and there was parking available. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport

Amazing hospitality all around! The only issue was the lounge on the 8th floor—it seemed understaffed and focused mainly on serving large groups. I had to get up and seek out service myself, which wasn’t ideal

This hotel is the best they remember there guest and the Dominicans are so pleasing it just happens to be my birthday and the front desk went out of there way to suprise me with a birthday cake I was blown away

Good service, friendly, fast. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and doesn't cool well; both elevators are out of order.

Overall good, but! I originally booked a suite, when we got the suite we checked everything and the closets had a moldy smell, they had us go to all available suites and they had the same issue

Breakfast is pretty good with the option to ask for omelettes that will be done for you at request and very good pastries (yet not that many)

So this hotel fitted my style well, though I needed to put the AC off at night because I could not handle the degree of noise it makes. I know a local who helped me some errands I needed to do

Charlie was a great at his entertainment and keeps you very informed and personable (he knew us by name) the swim up bar is the best victor martinez, Louis and Oscar were great and there is a young lady (la ruvia) she was my buddy and was so good at her job! Overall I will be back for sure and I give this

Some excursions also dont pick up from this resort. But overall I would say 9 out of 10. The food selection was top tier and our room was on of the best on the property

The quality of the service from staff overall was variable ranging from very poor to excellent. The service is the restaurant Gaucho was very poor. Thankfully we were fortunate to have Esmerlin with us by the pool

We throughly enjoyed the fresh food options at Baia Lounge and the Sun Club. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The grill master that cooked on the beach and at the Sun Club is amazing
