Ok resort - either twenty-somethings or older retirees for the most part. Food was excellent but service was not. If you don't speak French or Spanish, you will be ignored. Objectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a ** downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for bathing, and the facilities are relatively old. Food is pretty good but the service staff here is exceptional. I had just a minor little issue and they went above and beyond to rectify it and make our stay even more enjoyable.
