This is my third time using this Hotel in our trips to DR and every time that me and my husband came here our experience is better with All of you guys.

Good location, limited parking, great service and attention. Nice pool with no heater but nice view. Good service at bar, good breakfast and the view of high level is amazing.

Nice hotel. Wouldn’t stay again. But it was nice. The restaurants and the bar on first floor are very elegant. The 3rd floor rooftop pool wraps around the building which is pretty cool.

Good area and spacious rooms. Don’t connect your Dyson in the rooms because electricity will get into protection mode and A/C won’t work.

We have stay here a few times and is a top notch hotel . Highly recommended. This hotel is very well located and very well maintained. Highly recommended

Rooms don’t open so it’s impossible to get outside fresh air and change the one from inside the room. The pool instead of being a quiet place where to relax it’s a disco with a DJ that blasts the music at very high volume. I asked to lower it a bit down. The people at the bar and the DJ rolled their eyes, lowered it for a minute and then they raised the volume once again.

Very good family experience and not far from airport, or santo domingo for those that want to venture into the city, or bring your family over.... it is a good retreat for resting, the food is dominican, and it is in the best spot in the boca chica beach.

Clean, great food, amazing service, a lot of entertainment options, plenty of pool areas… I loved the stool under the pool with a swim up bar. People were super pleasant. We were there for a honey moon and they made it very special, the welcoming to our room!!

The staff are friendly and the pool and beach are clean. My room was large and comfortable and the food has been some of the best buffet style hotel food that I’ve had while visiting Santo Domingo. Unfortunately, the hotel seems fairly outdated and my bathroom was dark and needed repairs.

Beautiful property in great location but it shows its age. Many hallways and fixtures in disrepair. They offer a premium dining service that is not that much different than the regular buffet. A fantastic hotel. Very clean. The concierge Pablo is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large pool. The hotel is in downtown Punta Cana which is a huge plus. Close from every place.

The rooms are clean up-to-date. The price was amazing located next to the popular bars. Must try the pub bar.. the bartenders in the hotel were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends reserve a room again.

This was a very nice hotel. Courteous reception staff. The room was clean and big. The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Across the road is a shopping and restaurant area. The hotel staff are quite friendly and speak both English and Spanish with clarity. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very reasonably priced. On-site restaurants were convenient and quick with service. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the city.

The stay at the Barceló Hotel was great. The lunch (buffet) for dinner and breakfast was exceptional and the service employees were always eager to help. We were fortunate to stay in one of the three villas at Eden Roc. The stay was perfect. I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham in Puerta Plata is a great choice if you have HIGH EXPECTATIONS and a MEDIUM BUDGET. Resort outperforms on all areas for the price. We got the higher end room, nice and confortable. Even if it's outdated, it's big and very clean. The food was excellent. Room 4104 The bar fridge needed to be stocked but the cleanliness of the room was very well kept. The air conditioning was working very well.

Nice hotel and relatively affordable

Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.

I only recommended this hotel if you need to stay in Santo Domingo for one or a couple of nights. We had leaking in the bathroom and the shower was old. The staff very kind and helpful, except when I was going to use the swimming pool as everyday they was questioning me if I am a customer.
