Nice experience. Close to different touristic places. Clean rooms, and a variety of food in the breakfast buffet. The service was also kind and friendly. The casino is under reconstruction, but I'm not into it.

Property is not well kept. The view and the surroundings are beautiful but the rooms need work. Needs maintenance and better care. Room did not look clean. Refrigerator looked dirty. Shower felt like it was going to cave in and sink had a never ending leak. Water drops were like a torture through the night. You could also hear everything going on next door.

The property really needs a full renovation, most of the pools are in bad conditions. The estructures look old and out of maintenance. Food is good. Staff was nice.

Staff is good so far, but some issues with the room still waiting for someone to come to get it fixed

Customers waited for 1 hour for check-in. The room did not have air conditioning and changed room, the other room neither AC and only have a fan.

Nice hotel with very basic small rooms. Thin walls then you can hear everything, small refrigerator is included. It’s also very safe area located near to all tourist actrations. I enjoy the breakfast which is served at La Marchanta restaurant at Colon Park. It was very nice.

The staff was very courteous and although small the room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hotel floors were extremely clean and shining and the pictures created a nice ambiance. It was a very short and enjoyable stay.

I love the room, but the pillow is thin and not thick enough. I wasn't comfortable sleeping because my neck got stiff. Also, please make sure the cleaner cleans the water tap to keep it shiny, and the window needs to be kept shiny.

Hotel La Casona Dorada certainly rolls out the red carpet with a great welcome! 🏨 Its good location and cleanliness are spot on. Great place and affordable , beds are a hard and uncortable

I like that the hotel is super quiet and the staff is friendly. But I went with my husband in the second floor to dine in the restaurant and the dinner took forever to come. After it arrived instead of eating there we take it to the room but at least it worth the wait ‘cause it was delicious. I would like to come back again.

Very nice place, but!! the A.C in the rooms are never working properly, even if you reported to manager, the problem never get fixed, D.R is always hot and humid so to sleep comfortable in a hotel you need a good A.C

Have to be early for breakfast every limited, the simple room is nothing special.

Great location, great staff, the only issue i had was i spilled wine in my room and used the bath towel to clean it, don't do that, lol call. cleaning. The hotel has great potential and is located right across a very nice beach. But I found two cockroaches on different days in our bedroom, and the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi did not work. Also, no hot water! We had to turn on and off the shower constantly to get hot water for a bath. Asked for a credit at the front desk for this and I was told that they were so sorry, but no credit. They have a full kitchen, so you’re able to cook your own meals. Otherwise, right outside you have local restaurants that offer fresh fish.

It was the best part of our trip, we felt so welcome, the staff at the desk, the huge smile of the doorman, the managers and the ladies in the breakfast area, the pool was clean even after rainy days, we would love to go back next year

We stood two nights villa 37. Our Villa was on the second floor ( no elevator) but it was okay we could manage. The villa has a private porch, the villa had a very authentic old school carribean feel. Bright colors. Spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very good location to explore the Colonial area. Close to the park, entrance of the Conde. Safe, not fancy but good. All the essentials are there . A bit dated, but maintained. Roof top pool and roof top breakfast are very nice. Personnel helpful and nice. I'm been here few times and is always my first choice when I need to go in Town.

Everything was perfect for the agreed price. There were worse places in the area. I liked the lobby. No problems at all.

It is close to everything you need. Stores, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. The only issue I had was the lights in my room did not work. Other than that everything else was good.

Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Very spacious rooms/apartments, very convenient location with shops and restaurants at your door steps. Worth getting the ocean view. Full of life - can get a bit noisy.

Highly recommend this hotel. Amenities, staff and uniqueness of this hotel will make it the ONLY place I stay in Las Terrenas !

I Stayed At The Property Two Times So Far And Everything Was Great I Planned To Revisit Again Soon

Clean. A/C works 100%... Only issue is that the main Club is right in front so be ready to club n dance to the music n noise till 2am.weekdays.

My stay has been amazing. The views are unforgettable and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The area is secluded from the main street so it is safe and quiet. I would definitely come back here when I return. 11 out of 10.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach , shops , restaurants . The rooms are fairly clean, but several things need repair, such as the ceiling, showers, and hairdryers. The staff speak little or no English, which can make communication difficult. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of its location.

Room was large, hotel is overall tidy. Generally the furniture is on the older side but at this price range it does exactly what I expected it to. Great location near the beach too, however if you plan to chill in your room during the day, there's a busy road right under the windows and it gets very loud. It gets quieter after sunset.

The location is a bit complicated but very quiet.

The location should have been closer to the city. You must have transportation for outside shopping, restaurants, etc. The location is secluded, but nice if you want to just stay in one place. I would recommend Casa Linda for this area.

Everyone made this stay the best one yet. I had no issues and everything went smooth. The shuttle bus was very convenient. And the restaurant had many foods to offer. Pools are very clean and it is a very quite resort.

One of the best vacation experiences I’ve had. The place is beautiful, the staff is excellent, the food is great and the area is fun to explore.

Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. So quiet and serene. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating. The breakfast is a true feast. You are steps away from the beach or you can choose to relax poolside. This truly was what we needed.
