While the mosquitos in the rooms were tiny uninvited guests 🦟, a repellent needs to be installed. I like that the hotel is super quiet and the staff is friendly. But I went with my husband in the second floor to dine in the restaurant and the dinner took forever to come. After it arrived instead of eating there we take it to the room but at least it worth the wait ‘cause it was delicious. I would like to come back again.

Very nice place, but!! the A.C in the rooms are never working properly, even if you reported to manager, the problem never get fixed, D.R is always hot and humid so to sleep comfortable in a hotel you need a good A.C

Have to be early for breakfast every limited, the simple room is nothing special.

The Hotel is in the heart of everything the beach and restaurants all in walking distance. The place is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast here is great and has a great view of the beach. The pool is kept pretty clean and even lights up at night. If you're staying in Las Terrenas I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've been coming to the Villa for almost 12 years now. It's like home away from home. Just got back from a 5 day stay and it was great!!. The staff and new amenities are amazing.! There is a new dining space for guest with ocean views I might add.!! Yes.!

The hotel is in a really lovely location overlooking the Caribbean. The most expensive rooms are superb - not sure about the others as I have not seen them. The meals could be a bit better. The pizzas are very good, and some dishes were great, but we had a couple of disappointing meals.

Simple hotel, nothing fancy, but the room was awesome. Very clean. The only inconvenient was a lady smoking in the breakfast area restaurant. I spoke to the owner, but apparentely it was normal

On our birding tour of the DR our group stayed here for two nights. My room was fairly small but comfortable with good AC. The bathroom was fine with hot water in both the sink and the shower. After the first night they serviced the room nicely. Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent. Ate dinner in the restaurant twice which was acceptable. Bed was comfortable

Pleasant welcome, pretty exterior, well-maintained swimming pool. However, the room was a bit dated with a very rusty fridge, smells coming from the bathroom and above all, the main problem was a very uncomfortable mattress for my partner, so he had a bad night's sleep!

Because the hotel is close to the beach they really need to do more updating. But I was able to sleep even though the bed and the pillows weren’t comfortable

Perfect for the price, they have rooms for 1500 (i paid 1900 online) or 1000. I've stayed in both and there was very little difference in the two. My stay has been amazing. The views are unforgettable and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The area is secluded from the main street so it is safe and quiet. I would definitely come back here when I return. 11 out of 10.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach , shops , restaurants . The rooms are fairly clean, but several things need repair, such as the ceiling, showers, and hairdryers. The staff speak little or no English, which can make communication difficult. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of its location.

Room was large, hotel is overall tidy. Generally the furniture is on the older side but at this price range it does exactly what I expected it to. Great location near the beach too, however if you plan to chill in your room during the day, there's a busy road right under the windows and it gets very loud. It gets quieter after sunset.

The location is a bit complicated but very quiet.

The location should have been closer to the city. You must have transportation for outside shopping, restaurants, etc. The location is secluded, but nice if you want to just stay in one place. I would recommend Casa Linda for this area.
