Beach was fabulous, flat walk out with minimal seaweed. Not much to do onsite, minimal entertainment and few food options. If you are looking for something quaint and quiet, this is an ideal option.

Cheap hotel and cheap experience

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

The resort itself for the price was great IMO but they didn't clean our rooms for 2 day. Food was honestly 7/10 at the buffets. We never made a reservations ( which have to be made at the lobby between 9&11am) soo many pool including some adults only pool which was nice. The environment is great. The fifth floor is the executive lounge, which offers breakfast and snacks, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat on your way home from work. The Jacuzzi in the room is also fantastic, a great way to unwind after a long day. The pool is nice too, but unfortunately I didn't have time to swim.

Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface. Other than food, the place was clean and reasonably priced.

This place is amazing! Great resort! The room was very clean and it was nearby the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess resort. There were lots of friendly staff and they were very organized. The resort is big with lots to discover yet simple to navigate on the map they gave us upon check-in. The beach was clean and magnificent! We would highly recommend this resort

We love the tropical feel of the resort. We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. Excellent great Services by Employes recomment it for families is very quiet and food has a big verities.

Rooms are clean and stocked with may amenities. The spa is nice. On a scale from 1 to 10 i give the staff a 1,00%

The staff was the key! Everyone here was so nice. The food was good and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The inclusive bar was a bit deceiving because there didn't seem to be much available but it was okay.

The bar was okay, I didn’t use the spa. I don’t know why they put me away from the group that I formed. Everybody was in the same place. I was not allowed to visit them. All of them used a black cord and mine was purple.

The bar staff were great especially at the essential section as well as Toni at the adults main pool bar

The staff and amenities were amazing. Rooms were great!!! I was in the adults only section closer to everthing and my friends had a private pool with their room. The service was incredible and really made me feel comfortable. I will come back!!!

Everything was rusty in the bathroom and sink. The housekeeper enters the room without knocking. Only receives 1 bath towel no wash clothes.
