Staff were great and buffet had variety for picky eaters and others alike. Music at pool and shows was very loud so we had to sit far away but overall great family trip

Food was ok but not the greatest in taste and quality. The beach water was not clear at all.. could not see my feet even in ankle deep water and I was stung by jelly fish and got random rashes my whole visit aswell as upset tummy and diarrhea. Other beaches such as Mexico beach are a lot clearer.. was unable to see any coral reefs or fish from the beach or pier.

Honesty I didnt have big expectations for this resort but it is small and eash to navigate than the Punta Cana big hotels and you really get to know the staff. Had a great time. Food was hot and so much selection. Food being hot at a buffet is crucial and it was great here.

Cheap hotel and cheap experience

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

The environment is great. The fifth floor is the executive lounge, which offers breakfast and snacks, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat on your way home from work. Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

This place is something else. I would have to advise for the people coming to visit this resort who are American it is quite the adventure to get to this side of the island. Clean, overlooking a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent. Did not give it a higher rating because at times there was nothing to eat. For an all inclusive, this is not the standard. However the food options were good when the buffet was open.

The TV did not work and was small , some of the property appliances were out dated , the room service was limited . The drinks were cheap brands . Expected more out of this experience. But the view in our room was beautiful A plus for that .
