My stay at the Dream Flora resort was amazing. From the time we arrived the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The food was the best I have ever had at a resort in the Dominican Republic. I will be returning.

Staff were very friendly. Pool and beach are beautiful, and rooms are clean. Only negative is it’s very hard and almost impossible to get restaurant reservations. So we had to stick with the main dining hall food for majority of the trip which wasn’t the greatest/hit or miss. But overall a great time!

The hotel is more on the older side however they do a good job to maintain the the grounds clean and offer great amenities like towels, entertainment and food. The restrooms need a little more attention. The value came in the price.

I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. Loved our stay. A couple of issues but were made up for other people. The happiness, Coordinator Hanzel was incredible. Him and his team made our stay 10 times better than it would’ve been without them. He was great and engaging. Super energetic. Made the difference. We will be back again because of him and the rest of the happiness crew at the beach.

Food was ok but not the greatest in taste and quality. The beach water was not clear at all.. could not see my feet even in ankle deep water and I was stung by jelly fish and got random rashes my whole visit aswell as upset tummy and diarrhea. Other beaches such as Mexico beach are a lot clearer.. was unable to see any coral reefs or fish from the beach or pier.

Honesty I didnt have big expectations for this resort but it is small and eash to navigate than the Punta Cana big hotels and you really get to know the staff. Had a great time. Food was hot and so much selection. Food being hot at a buffet is crucial and it was great here.

Love the whole resort, everything was up to par with the beach, pool, food. I wish they had more activities and the room's AC was always breaking down and turning off. The AC was at 80-85 the whole time and I had to keep complaining.
