He even helped organize a surprise for my boyfriend whose birthday was the day after our arrival which was so appreciated!! I also want to mention that the staff at the private priority member pool on the beach was amazing! They were so attentive and made sure that I never spent a moment without a drink in my hand lol

We booked the priority member Junior suite with the private pool and everything was perfect! The room was very clean with a beautiful/clean private pool and had a breathtaking view of the garden and two of the pools on the grounds

Our butler, Irving, was so amazing!! He was very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. He sent us daily itineraries for the resort activities and always made sure that we had everything we needed

Every thing and everyone one was perfect kind and professional at all times. The treatment was like I was from the Royal family. Especially our private Butler Brian and the desk clerk Leonardo

Second time there, will go again. Food was very good- not the same as a 200$ us meal every night but delicious

Sammy at the inside bar was our absolute favorite! You will not regret staying at this resort. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back very soon!

The food was outstanding, fresh fruit, especially the passion fruit, mmmmm. We also booked into the other restaurants on the grounds, simply delightful

You must make reservations one day in advance for restaurants other than the buffet. Way too many people trying to sell you "adventure packages". Different country be aware laws and "norm" are different here

Though there were one or two things we disliked, the 10 days I've spent there were honestly the best 10 days of my life, I've been in a few places around the world, but Natura Park and Punta Cana as a whole was the best vacation I ever had, I felt the true meaning of relaxing and forgetting about everything bad in this world while I was there

Big pools to swim in, alleys to stroll, wonderful (private/guarded) beach with sufficient sun beds, a perfect small bar with local music and paradise like water

Rooms: Very big rooms, with balcony and clean bathrooms with bathtubs (not showers), TV, AC and fan, cleaned daily, minibar stocked daily

The resort: As the name says its a true garden, with lots of exotic birds, flowers, trees, closest thing to nature you can get

Very clean and family friendly. The buffet has lots of options for every pallet. Waiters for drinks and meals at the pools and the beach. Activities for adults and kids all throughout the day

The a lacarte restaurants were hit or miss

He was great about restocking our drinks and snacks. Whatever extra we asked for he was happy to give us. Everyone else on staff is so friendly and helpful as well

Surf and Turf was by far the best restaurant but it’s only opened 3 days a week. It feels like Finest has been cutting corners when I compare to my experience in finest in Cancun

I came from another resort in Punta Cana, where on my last meal there, I got food poisoning. I would probably never get it if I just stayed here the entire time

It includes private check-in rooms, a welcome glass of margarita or champagne, and a delightful spread of hors d’oeuvres—meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, cookies, and mini sandwiches

Bloved was our favorite dining establishment i the whole resort. I discovered some delicious Dominican food, as well as some familiar dishes. The staff are all happy, kind and very accommodating

They have lots of fun things to do- and it is also a great place to relax! The beach was absolutely beautiful. This was our first trip down south and certainly did not disappoint! We would 100% come back here again!

A couple of issues but were made up for other people. The happiness, Coordinator Hanzel was incredible. Him and his team made our stay 10 times better than it would’ve been without them

Beautiful place, food very tasty, service was brilliant. People were very kind, helpful, smiling a lot. Just a pleasure to communicate with her. Just what you need for all inclusive vacations

there is no reason to go to an all-inclusive and not experience the very best, and the staff here will take the very best care of you! Yes, tipping is appreciated by them and when they go above and beyond, they deserve it

these guys are great! Alejandro and Riccardo at the Wok restaurant, this was our favorite and we were able to get in twice! Amazing service, amazing food, and the reason we slept so well with full bellies

We had so many great experiences while we were there, from karaoke and singing, to the pools and beach, to the restaurants and quality staff. Never had a negative encounter, not once

We dined at Casa Bella, Steakhouse, and Wok, but couldn't get a reservation at the Italian restaurant, a common issue at resorts since you cannot book before you arrive. The food was good with diverse options

awesome activities coordinator, along with Maria! Luis Mario, Ismael, and Omar were the most amazing wait staff for our days on the beach. Get by the beach and you will never get up to get a drink while you're there

Lastly, but not least, Olga and Brillis at the Coffee Bar every day with the Frappuccino Passion was the best way to start the day (even before breakfast!)

There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool)

Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach

On the positive side- Hotel is big and updated, rooms are quite spacious and stuff is very nice. We had a small issue with air conditioner and it was fixed in 15 minutes

If you have kids - they have kids clubs, evening movies with popcorn, kids pools etc But - if you like good food, that’s not your place to go

Our daughter got food poisoning the first day we came;( And in general the variety of veggies and fruits is very poor

Amazing all inclusive. Great service, good food. The beach is stunning. Plenty of activities throughout the day. Can’t wait to go back.

Johnny also scheduled all our reservations for the restaurants and helped with the bell hop for our luggage to be picked up from the room to the lobby for our return trip home

The rooms could use some work from maintenance. I saw several spots that had water damage and they attempted to repair but it was a bad repair job. The light switches are tricky too. The swim-up pool was really good

Johnny Solano was the most amazing host. He made our stay absolutely great. They have 4 pickle ball courts. He got us the equipment to use when everyone else, didn't have a clue as to what we were wanting to play

Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good. Was looking forward for my birthday to be memorable but sad to say I was disappointed

Which was to be reserved and additional charge and that didn't seem worth the cost and after being there I felt I made the right choice. Pool had plenty of lounges and so did the beach

During the day, there’s a buffet snack bar, coffee shop, and icecream bar available, plus a sports bar that’s open 24/7. In the evenings, the lobby has entertainment, including shows and a DJ

The water near the hotel beach is restless, there is a lot of algae, although the staff carefully tries to get rid of them. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This resort was beautiful and had lots to do. Children are allowed, there’s a kids area and even a teen hang out. There are multiple pools and a beach

There are about 5 specialty restaurants that open at night, but require reservations—I ate at Fogo and it was delicious

They each had a balcony, and really could have been great, but cleanliness could be greatly improved. I had to change rooms twice—first due to the AC not working, then because the balcony door wouldn’t lock

I wouldn’t consider this a party resort; it’s more geared toward families and low-key fun. Definitely check out the beach bar—John and Gerson are fantastic bartenders, very friendly and entertaining

Unfortunately we found that the atmosphere in the bars and restaurants is very 'cold', since the areas were lit with cold white LED lighting

We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge

The only thing that was disappointing was I had to keep telling reception that my drinks were not replenished instead of 2 days it was more like 3 or 4

The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms

We're currently staying in the hotel and the price-quality ratio is good. Lots of variety in the food each day. And enough choices in beverages, within the all inclusive formula

We were there last February and loved it we did not encounter anything like some of the reviews say we were there for 2 weeks and it was perfect pool was always clean and I would give the food a 9 out of 10 great places

Our stay at JOIA Bávaro was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay

You will be eating a lot of bread & cheese & fruits, nothing healthy enough like a balanced meal. Food was all quite oily in general

Super professional driver, clean car, wifi and other amenities. Another aspect to imorove is the wifi which is often not that strong in the resort

We had an amazing time at Excellence resort - they have various activities, amenities & events on site that you can participate in

  Somethings that are commendable & really stood out:  Cocktails - Excellence has by far the best of the best cocktails & bars! Their drinks are creative & everyone can find something they enjoy

Can't say enough positive things about Excellence El Carmen! From the incredible grounds to the beautiful rooms (we're working outlr way through all room types); from the amazing food and drinks to the absolutely unbelievablely friendly staff (shout-out to follow), Excellence El Carmen DOES NOT disappoint! It has become our home away from home and our go-to resort when looking for an escape

Our least favourite was Chez Isabel - the French restaurant - extremely gimmicky & absolutely bad quality as far as vegetarian food

I’am so thankful I stay here and plan to stay at another Royalton in the future. Please don’t forget to tip staff works hard and should be showing appreciation

Everyone from Juan at check in making sure everyone went smooth and stress free to Jancey taking checking in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis and Hugo at the pool bar keeping my drinks full

We had read other reviews and were a little nervous but we are really glad we chose to book anyway. The food was great, our room was spacious and the bed was extra comfortable

The beach…the beach was amazing! We had arrived right after a storm but it was cleaned up by the next day

After spending 7 days there with my family of 4, I would say that those negative reviews were from people that perhaps have very high maintenance issues

We loved going to the bubbles pool as it was quieter than the Splash pool. The drinks were also really good over at bubbles. We loved this resort and our experience so much that we will come back

We ate at hunter steak and enjoyed our meal. Service was great had to send steak back and they were kind and brought back a perfectly cooked medium rare with no issues

The food could be better, however it is an all inclusive so perfectly understandable. Staff is AMAZING, helpful, nice and always trying to go above and beyond for the guest

The food service and the whole experience at Jade restaraunt was exceptional, from the the initial contact with Yeilin, and the service from both of our waitress who’s name I didn’t get which I do apologise and our chef Victor were all exceptional and the food was honestly amazing

There are a couple of things that could be improved, like having more areas where people can hang out longer, or places to play games such as volleyball or something like that—but that’s just my personal opinion

Food quality at the buffet is acceptable, but variety is limited, and items are not always refilled later. The resort has only three restaurants, with average overall quality

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. This hotel is best suited for travelers looking for a modern, clean, and peaceful place to relax rather than a lively all inclusive experience

The beach is beautiful and clean, with shuttle access from the lobby that works well. The beach bar and restaurant are enjoyable

We were also told to go to the restaurant at 9:00 in the morning to make dinner reservations. Which we did, later we overheard people talking to their butler about making reservations which he did for them

Entertainment is very limited, making the resort extremely quiet. There is no convenience store on site, and communication before arrival was poor, as emails to the reservation department were not answered

The room was spacious and very clean, the food was excellent (healthy and delicious. keto/Paleo compliant if you want). And there was always a spot - no beach towel bingo trying to stake out a spot at the crack of dawn

I saw good reviews on this resort and decided to try it out. This resort was better than I expected. It was very open and beautiful coming into the lobby. Our concierge was very attentive of our needs

The resort was lovely , small and well maintained, pool was so fun and food was great , staff was also amazing, we will definitely be back 🎉

The food was delicious on all restaurants offered and they did provide a variety but you could also find similarities from the other buffets so you won’t have to walk far

Punta Cana Princess was a great resort. The staff was excellent all around. The beach and views were excellent. Our room had an amazing sunrise view. My only comment was that the buffet food was only ordinary

It would be great to have a good coffee shoppe on the property but at least you can walk to the other Princess resort and get that. You can even bood dinners at other Princess resorts nearby

But the nice thing is that you can have them custom grill eggs and chicken, so nice! The dinners were great, especially the Italian and Swiss Fondue

The Unique club was completely worth it- the unique beach club restaurant as an option for breakfast and lunch was excellent- food selection was great! The Unique dinners select days of the week were some of the best meals we had

Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time

The unique experience is very worth it for the beach restaurant, towels, beach chairs, and generally elevated service

Traveled with toodler they had sofa bed set up with toddler blanket. Beach clean, had good beach service for drinks

We stayed at Lopesan in the Unique category for my 40 birthday. When we arrived , we were greeted with champagne and there was a private check in. They let us check in a little early which was great

Clean room nice staff i only ate at the buffet but the food was very good i just wish breakfast options were different bar was good drinks were good and strong i love the key card waterproof bracelet they give you to access your room water park was awesome the only thing is check in is at exactly 3 so cant check in and freshen up have to walk around the resort until 3

Something important to know about the property is the Royalton Resorts are all bunched up together, and Hideaway is simply one specific building with its own pool and bar, and also access to a restaurant for Hideaway guests only

Everything was great and our butler Manual was awesome and took care of everything from dinner reservations throughout our stay.

We’re just at the end of a two week vacation and have had a great time. William and his team are absolutely brilliant. William runs the pool bar and gave us a warm welcome and always greeted us with a smile

We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music

PROS: Beautiful BIG campus immaculately manicured. CONS: I didn't think you were supposed to tip at an all inclusive. but everyone was! I did not bring ANY cash

I had Mayeli personally attend me she was on top of everything such and amazing friendly person she made sure me and my guest had a great time very helpful with recommendations for food and activities around the area and helped so much i give her 5 stars and 10/10 loved her

9- I realized that the bother of waiting for the train to take us where we going is not at all restful when On vacation 10-Good even though it was plentiful was not really tasty 11- we had to wait in line 5 - 10 minutes at the omelette station, by the time we ate food was cold 12- Buffet style is a lot of work when you vacation with a young family, sit down dinners was a bit better 13- in 8 days...

Well let me tell you : on day 1 we found out we couldn’t use the waterslide with my grandchildren! How ridiculous is that? Children if 3 and 18 months needed us to be with them on the waterslide!! 2- When we called guest service NO ONE ANSWERED EVER! 3- The beach was way too strong for young children to play in the ocean! The restaurant only open at 6 pm for dinner we had to stop at guest service...

Great property, clean and well taken care of. Rooms are dated, bathrooms (in family rooms) are very small. Blankets on kids beds are hard.

5- Service at breakfast was so slow we had to fectch our waiters everyday 6- The smell ( cooked meat was so bad I couldn’t go on the patio ! 7- The room had a moldy smell
