Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. Our stay was ok, only issue we had was them not having our room we booked available on checkin. I believe that is due to the fact that they allow people to upgrade when they arrive and don’t prioritize those that have these rooms already booked. Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests. Always had a pick of sun loungers! Food at the buffets were good and lots of options especially for vegetarians ( which is usually hard to find at these resorts)

My stay at the Dream Flora resort was amazing. From the time we arrived the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The food was the best I have ever had at a resort in the Dominican Republic. I will be returning.

We stayed for 8 days and on day 3 finally got to use the swim out we paid for and day 8 finally got hot shower! Pool wasn’t filled water was stagnant shower water cool. I tried the spa it was very disappointing they talked me into the longest facial and massage to say I would get the Hydro water treatment but they told me no in my scheduled day and to come back another for it they overbooked. It is in a wonderful location, just a few resorts down from a national park if you want to explore some trails, with a gorgeous beach that is surrounded by tide pools.
