I was transferred to this hotel after it's sister hotel the La Rosa Boho was shut down by by the owners after I'd only been there for 2.5 days. The foyer is nice the aqua park has 4 slides although the biggest one is closed. the private beach is fine. Now for my room, on arrival the safety deposit box, fridge (fridge was very dirty see photo), TV and toilet were all broke The curtain was hanging off. (it took 1.5 days to get them sorted apart from the toilet and curtain that never got fixed) It took a day to get towels for the room. The shower was always cold as was the sink. The food is disgusting, cold bland and flavourless, the only fruit was melon. Luckily there's a KFC, McDonalds and mini market shop all within 5 mins away. This is the 1st holiday I've had that I was pleased when my last day arrived. So in summary FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do no box this hotel

I had the disadvantage of staying at this hotel with my teenage son, just for 1 night due to a cancelled flight. Had to make our own way to the room without knowing where it was, bar at the included beach you have to pay, bottled water you have to pay, small 100ml fizzy drink or hot drink available only. The main pool is green with the lining ripped in multiple places, same as the pool connected with the slides. Room is dirty, tpilet leaking, my pillow smelt like someone had been sleeping in it. Staff rude, the list can go on and this is less than a 24 hour stay. Restaurant looks unsanitary. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Currently here. And doing everything we can to try and get another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend. Definitely not a 4*! Rooms are dirty, beds ripped and linen stained. Dusty dirty floors and mouldy showers. We asked for a clean room and viewed what they had and if possible it was even worse then what we have. Smelt like urine and all Floors were coming up. Honestly it’s disgusting here and I could cry. Can’t wait to come home already and only on our first day of 10.

I do ignore reviews but don't this time cause what people have said is true it has dirty rooms broken shower screen plug sockets not screwed to wall mould in the shower rooms dirty linen room floors are a trip hazard all the pool is all torn and lifting love holidays don't show you that when you pre book only thing good are the staff friendly the food was alright but not much variation very repetitive all I can say try to avoid at all costs !!!

Good hotel. Situated on the main street. The rooms are good. They clean every day. The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone to swim. I recommend it.

After reading the reviews I was worried a lot, but luckily I had a great week there. This is a nice budget friendly hotel. The hotel itself is not very new, obviously could use some renovation, the food is average, the staff is friendly, they asked every day if we are happy with the cleaning. They are doing the best to make sure we had a great time there. Sometimes we had to wait for a table, the breakfast was my favorite meal. Finding sunbeds can be difficult. Overall I was happy with my stay there. Don't expect 5star experience then you don't get disappointed.

Very NICE and CLEAN hotel. Don’t know what some of the bad reviews are about ??
Food very nice and always cooked well. ALL staff very friendly and give as much food and drink as you ask for
Beach was beautiful clear water with a few small colourful fish swimming around. PLENTY of space on the beach and in the water, obv get up early for the best sun beds, plus you get to see the sunrise
Great location, near all the shops. People very friendly on the street. Yes everyone is trying to sell you something, but no hassle at, just smile and say no and they’ll smile back

Would 100% recommend this hotel. Was a bit worried by some of the reviews before I went, but found them not to be in same view as me. That’s why I’ve wrote this long review, as I think the bad reviews are untrue
Room very nice and is cleaned everyday (our cleaner was great and everyday we got some cool “towel art”) AC in the room working and gets very cold

If you want to stay in a super super luxury hotel, then go. For me La Rosa Waves was worth every penny, far exceeding my expectations

Terrible place, not recommended at all. The rooms are very dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. The bed linen and towels do not inspire confidence (mite nest). As soon as I arrived, the staff tried to trick me by changing my room, according to them, for a better and larger one, even a double when I had paid for a single 15 days before. They do not respect the do not disturb sign on the door. The nights are quite boring, there are few options (referring to shows and entertainment). Anyway, I left for another place.

I recently stayed at La Rosa Waves during my holiday, and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several disappointments.

Let's start with the drawbacks. Firstly, the check-in process was painfully slow; we arrived at 10 am but didn't receive our room keys until 2:30 pm, which was quite frustrating. Upon heading to the restaurant for lunch, we found it overcrowded, with not enough tables and chairs. As a result, we had to eat standing up, and there weren't even enough spoons for everyone. Additionally, our room had maintenance issues, including a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly and a poor view from the window. The beach area was disappointingly small, and the staff seemed indifferent to our requests, even something as simple as providing water. Another inconvenience was the lack of a dryer in the bathroom.

However, the resort does have its merits. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions easily. Additionally, despite the issues, the food served in the restaurant was quite tasty.

Awful and disgusting in everything

The pool is dirty and doesn't have the minimum requirement of health and hygiene

Food is unhealthy with rotten vegetables and bad taste

Staff is non-professional and not friendly

Room is very dirty as well with very bad smell everywhere

I stayed for only one night and canceled my reservation for the first time to cancel and leave a hotel, but staying in such dirty place is not affordable
