Really good hotel. Probably the most hygienic hotel I've stayed at. Everything was spotless and constant maintenance being carried out to keep the high standards they have set themselves.

Food was good, plenty of places to eat within the grounds and all made fresh in front of you.

My only problem was almost all of the pools are freezing cold. A few more with hotter water would improve the facilities massively.

Staff are amazing. Nothing was ever to much hassle for them. Friendly and happy. Very welcoming people. I'll definitely be back again.

I spent a week in this beautiful resort with my family for new year. The atmosphere was great , my family room was spacious and the quality of each service was great ! Highly recommend.
Only negative note : mostly of the swimming pool were unheated so wasn’t a pleasure diving or being in the acqua park.

We liked this hotel very much! For the first time in my life, I had the experience of checking in and being told that we are staying in the best suite in the entire property. And it was great: a huge suite with a large living room, two bedrooms, two large bathrooms, walk-in closet and 3 balconies looking at the pool and the sea.

The hotel is modern and well kept. The activities are nice, but the weather was a bit cold to fully enjoy the water park. Tennis courts were being repaired, and I had an injury, so we skipped playing, and the mini golf was a bit underwhelming. The beach is very nice and the pools are nice too. We spent most of the pool time in the heated pool. We also had fun playing pool, but were a bit turned off by the fact that it was a paid activity.

Food was good, but at some point we got a bit tired of eating at a buffet. It would be nice to have an "a la carte" option. Drinks were not very good, as juices and alcohol used to make them was cheap and you could tell by the taste.

I stayed in Albatros beach resorts Hurghada with family and friends very recently. It’s an awesome, excellent location and resorts to stay. The staffs are very cooperative, friendly and supportive. The stay was very pleasant, enjoyable here and makes us to wish to extend our stay. The front office manager Amir’s service was excellent and he is completely supportive. Over all an amazing, entertaining experience. Really every penny worth here to spend. They give all inclusive which gives a complete piece of mind. We don’t need to worry about anything. We really miss this place and wish to come back. Everyone must visit and get experienced here.

The resort has a privileged position in a beautiful bay with a sandy beach, cristal clear water and a small but very rich house reef. Our room was beautiful, with a great side view of the sea. We were especially impressed by the cleaning and maintenance staff, hospitable but not obtrusive and highly professional and accommodating. Restaurants' offer was varied and abundant, cuisine on a very high level. The resort offers numerous activities throughout the day, however it is very quiet and peaceful after 11 pm which we highly appreciated! If we decide to come back to Hurghada, this is definitely the place for us.

Our stay was wonderful, there is really hardly anything to criticise. The accommodation was very good and very clean, as was the whole resort. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after. The food and choice was also very good as also the atmosphere of the restaurants, especially the outside areas of Culina and Le Marché, but also the other restaurants served very well. The waiters were very polite and very courteous. Only the cocktails were not so much of a hit. The slides and pool area were great, only the water in the pools was borderline cold for the children. We hardly took part in the show and event programme, but what we did see of the show programme in the evening was varied and good.

We had a great time in Beach Albatros, the restaurants had a good choice and service was great everywhere. I just missed softdrinks or juices in the fridge. Only for water which we just used for our teeth there s no need for a fridge at all. The service at the pool was excellent over all. Just one thing I really missed was any kind of interest when it comes to tourists birthdays. It would habe been nice finding anything that the hotel thinks of its guests.
