The location is breathtaking: the long sandy beach, crystal-clear Red Sea, and amazing coral reefs made every day feel like paradise. I tried windsurfing and snorkeling, and both were fantastic experiences — the water sports team was so helpful and encouraging.
Food was another highlight. Every meal felt like a celebration, with an incredible variety of fresh dishes, themed nights, and so much attention to detail. I especially loved being able to enjoy local flavors alongside international favorites.
What really stood out was the atmosphere — it was the perfect balance between relaxation and activities. Whether I wanted to join a yoga class, play sports, or simply lounge by the pool, there was always something to enjoy. And in the evenings, the entertainment brought everyone together in such a fun way.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel and can recommend it without hesitation. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable – the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.

The gastronomy is outstanding, by far the best I’ve experienced in Hurghada and Makadi. Every day there is a wide variety of fresh dishes: perfectly prepared meat and fish, creative vegetarian and vegan options, and delicious desserts. The taste, quality, and presentation are excellent, and the service team is extremely attentive and friendly.

The staff truly makes the difference – both the Robins and the Egyptian team are incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready for a friendly chat. You feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.

The entertainment program is also top class, with professional evening shows in the theater and plenty of daytime activities, never pushy, always fun. The beach is a highlight: crystal-clear water, pleasant temperatures, a beautiful house reef with colorful corals and fish, and breathtaking sunsets behind the mountains – simply paradise.

I also joined the day trip to Luxor, organized by the hotel, and it was perfect: a small group of just six people, excellent guiding, and a great mix of culture and history. We left after breakfast and were back in time for dinner – an unforgettable experience.

Great club concept. The hotel itself is not brand new but well maintained. Food is great and plentiful, entertainment is extensive and they put a lot of heart in it. It's a very safe place, you can even leave your bag at the table when getting food, or when swimming in the pool and nothing bad ever happened.
Do keep in mind it's primarily German speaking guests and staff but that's what makes it so safe. Love it, we are returning customers.

Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine.

Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable.
