But what I really want to highlight — because it often goes unnoticed — is the incredible work of every single person who makes this place run so smoothly. The housekeeping staff, working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything spotless. The waiters and waitresses, always attentive, respectful, and warm, making every meal feel welcoming. The chef (or chefs!), who clearly cook with passion — every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. And the front desk team, greeting you with a smile, always willing to help, ready to solve any need and make you feel right at home.
None of this would be possible without a dedicated, professional, and genuinely kind team. And that’s why I felt the need to write these words — because behind every clean room, every perfectly served meal, every kind welcome, there are people giving their very best so that guests can have a truly memorable stay.
So thank you. Thank you for making this more than just a place to stay — thank you for creating a true experience of hospitality. And thank you for showing that hard work and genuine care always shine through. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
We had an amazing experience staying in this hotel for 7 days while visiting Egypt. May was perfect time for visiting and staying there. Not too crowded.
The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Nice balcony with the sea view. The beach in front offers amazing snorkeling, definitely recommended, and has a private sunbeds, free to use.
Hotel has several different restaurants, so it is easy to change every day, as well as bars and swimming pools.
As it is the all-inclusive hotel, it was great to have served beer and cocktails at all the time on the swimming pool and the beach.
The service was great!
Entertainment is also very nice, every day there are different events and live music.
Definitely not 5 star and not really ‘all-inclusive’ (extra charge for things like cocktails and even certain ice cream flavours).
The food and drinks were the most disappointing part of the stay. Meals were just incredibly average, bland and unappealing. The buffets seemed to taking quantity over quality to a new level. Most annoyingly every alcoholic drink we had was so obviously watered-down.
The pools are terribly looked after with visibly broken and loose tiles all along the pool floor.
Upon entering the spa to see what was available, we were immediately forced into an awkward and quite forceful sales pitch. We were told to ignore the exorbitantly high prices and negotiate down to an acceptable price instead.
We decided to give the spa a miss, however within 15 minutes of relaxing on sun beds at the beach we were approached by 3 spa salesman trying to sell us the same pitch.
The ocean and snorkelling is great, amazing coral and sea life, this was the best part of our stay.
The resort is aging, too big for its own good and poorly managed.
I wouldn’t recommend.
This was our first-ever all-inclusive experience, and it exceeded our expectations! The service was excellent, and the food had plenty of variety, ensuring we were well-fed throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, adding to the overall comfort.
The only minor downside was that the pool wasn't as warm as we would have liked, but aside from that, everything was outstanding.
The airport transfer was seamless—the driver was already waiting for us as we stepped out, holding our names, and the return shuttle was booked effortlessly with no issues.
The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. The views were spectacular, and the spa was definitely a highlight of our trip.
For our first all-inclusive, this was an amazing experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a similar holiday in Egypt!
Would recommend to anyone, looking at booking a return visit but for 14 nights and not 7 nights .
Beach excellent and snorkeling great on house reef.
A great relaxing holiday 😌 😎 ☺️
