Great hotel, limited amenities..small drawback is that you can hear people outside of the hotel arguing in the bathroom. Probably staff memebers who had a big argument.

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Every afternoon there is a free chocolate buffet, which I did participate in on one of the afternoons I stayed there - what a great idea.! I had a corner room and it was beautifully clean and modern and the bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in. Excellent.

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

The hotel is amazing. The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. The lamps and lights the rooms had were very warm and cozy. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here.

Had an excellent stay in Tallinn. The location is wonderful and convenient. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and The Old Town is also not far away. The staff is helpful and friendly. My room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is limited parking spots. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain.

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach. An added plus is the parking.

The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.

The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. The reception did not know answers to quite basic questions about public transportation or things to do, and did not offer to help in finding out information.

The staff is young and, while solicitous, could still do a better job of being responsive. The room was small - our king size bed was barely a queen - and the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. The dining room and food were top quality. The ambience was very good.

Hotel Inger was an ok hotel with some shortcomings. The room was very warm and open windows helped. A fan helped copl down a bit. Some things were in disrepai, eg the thing holding the shower head. But beds were comfortable, service nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the city center.

Exceeded my expectations! I” for me and my 3 kids and paid 92euros per night and received a room with sauna and very nice, rich breakfast! I recommend ! Is very close to the Russian border , so for me was very convenient. There are a lot of grocery stores, playgrounds and restaurants around

The hotel is located next to the bus station. So, it's really easy to access for bus travellers! there are no amenities in the room so i recommend you to bring things you need (like toothbrushes...)

Just next to the bus terminal and river leading into the old town. Both are important as it’s during the travel and in and out by Lux Bus. And it’s next to the market, where you can get all kinds of fresh berries. Decent breakfast choices.

Overall good hotel in a great place. Very little info available. No signs, no labels. Have to guess where the breakfast is, had to use Google to find out where the gym is. Few labels wouldn't hurt. For example next to elevator buttons.

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in. Most of the rooms have sea and city view! We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

There should be one more step in the sauna to make climbing onto the benches easier. The shower head was uncomfortable.

I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!

The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.

There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.

Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.

This can be considered a budget hotel but it serves its purpose well. It is a good 20-minute walk to the old town area but only a 5-10 minute walk to some nice restaurants and bars. Great selection of saunas and many varied relaxation options in the water. The entry level hotel room was clean and with a delightful design. TV runs surprisingly good software and supports apps/screen sharing. But the room was a bit too warm and the AC didn't seem to do anything.

Good hotel with good SPA services and aqua park. Food is also good (although not cheap). Would be good to have more hangers in the bathroom: two hooks is definitely not enough for 2 adults and 1 child. No inner or outer playground for children, the closest one in 10 minutes of walk.

The room was for the most part clean and the spa was good. Probably had the best steam sauna i have been in so far. Price was abit steep, but understandable. Our view had nothing special, but then again it was the standard room.

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

In centre of town, near sand beach, near shops, market, restaurants and caffees, bus stop, post office, pharmacy, city goverment - all this in 300 meters or less. 3rd flloor restaurant has an interesting view and it is very good place for parties.
