Great hotel, limited amenities..small drawback is that you can hear people outside of the hotel arguing in the bathroom. Probably staff memebers who had a big argument.
Perfect location, really good rooms, friendly staff only remark to make: Slow internet connection

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Every afternoon there is a free chocolate buffet, which I did participate in on one of the afternoons I stayed there - what a great idea.! I had a corner room and it was beautifully clean and modern and the bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in. Excellent.
Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!
The hotel is amazing. The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. The lamps and lights the rooms had were very warm and cozy. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here.
Had an excellent stay in Tallinn. The location is wonderful and convenient. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and The Old Town is also not far away. The staff is helpful and friendly. My room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is limited parking spots. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain.
My stay at Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn was wonderful. From the moment of booking, everything went smoothly. I was warmly welcomed at check-in by very friendly staff. Since I celebrated my birthday during my stay, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the spa was also relaxing and pleasant. Reception staff were extremely helpful...
Fantastic property and professional, friendly staff have made this a memorable experience. I will always be choosing this property when staying in Tallinn. Wellness facilities are superb and I really enjoyed the sauna in my room!

Room upgrade after complaining. Average breakfast. Very small TV, no Netflix
I asked the receptionist for conditioner and they gave me some. Also, I asked for slippers to wear inside the room, so be sure to ask if you're staying there.
Hotel is ok but not that special, I would give it 3 stars.
the room not too small, but the shower head is broken. overall quite good
Very clean and comfortable sir conditioning hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Totally recommend it.
Good hotel. Slightly outdated design, furniture and equipment, but everything is well maintained. Very clean. Great breakfast. Not far from the old town.

Good location. We had asked for a children’s bed, but waited all evening for it to arrive. Spa was full on Saturday, breakfast very delicious.
An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach. An added plus is the parking.
Very nice architecture of the interiors -- lobby, restaurant. Good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful location, very green and pleasant, with nice nearby walks to the beach and natural park. The rooms are a little basic but comfortable and OK overall. A nice stay, we would come again.
Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.
Over-priced dated hotel with lackluster spa. We stayed in a Junior suite in the beginning of July 2024. While the hotel is clean and decenly decorated - considering the age - it was clear the rooms could use a bit of maintenace or renovation. The two-floor suite was rather inconvenient with the main bedroom and the only shower located in the 2nd floor behind a climb through a spiral staircase. For...
The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

Excellent location. Easy access with bus. Near to the airpor
Good location with easy access to the tourist areas
We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.
The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. The reception did not know answers to quite basic questions about public transportation or things to do, and did not offer to help in finding out information.
I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time. But I was so pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said my room was ready and let me check-in early. She was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size and I liked having a large, deep bathtub in the bathroom. I stayed for three nights and...

Outstanding staff and location. First time to Tallinn from America and were a little apprehensive about the accommodations and location. Both were exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great. We walked to downtown and the Baltic Sea. Entire stay was 5 stars. Can't recommend strongly enough whether its your first trip to Tallinn or a previous visitor. Thanks for...
Schlössle Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Situated in a peaceful side street, offering true old town charm. Overall customer service was magnificent from the minute we walked in. We had a second floor corner room (number 16), that we loved. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good location, close to sites, shopping and restaurants.
The staff is young and, while solicitous, could still do a better job of being responsive. The room was small - our king size bed was barely a queen - and the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. The dining room and food were top quality. The ambience was very good.

Nice, clean and affordable hotel and friendly service, great for a short stay and well located to main sights in town.
Comfortable hotel close to the center of Narva, very close to Fama shopping mall, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Bathrooms in the rooms look outdated, but clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good.
Very spacious rooms. Our twin suite included an actual sauna, (we didnt use it). Centrally located, within 10 minutes walking from all major attractions and landmarks of Narva.
Everything is good with the hotel, only there was no hot water in the shower. Funnily, in the tap there was hot water. We told the reception about it and next day we had hot water in shower. Breakfast is very rich, staff is friendly, speaks Estonian and English. Located close to town hall.
Hotel Inger was an ok hotel with some shortcomings. The room was very warm and open windows helped. A fan helped copl down a bit. Some things were in disrepai, eg the thing holding the shower head. But beds were comfortable, service nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the city center.
Exceeded my expectations! I” for me and my 3 kids and paid 92euros per night and received a room with sauna and very nice, rich breakfast! I recommend ! Is very close to the Russian border , so for me was very convenient. There are a lot of grocery stores, playgrounds and restaurants around

very good location...good service
Just next to the bus terminal and river leading into the old town. Both are important as it’s during the travel and in and out by Lux Bus. And it’s next to the market, where you can get all kinds of fresh berries. Decent breakfast choices.
Hotels in Estonia are always of high standard, so I am more critical towards this hotel. Most of the things are expected: plenty of food options for the breakfast, good quality service at the reception (plus the convenient online check in in advance so the actual process is easy and fast), well decorated hotel. The only improvement is the quality of the cleaning in the room: when I arrived at the room...

It is such a nice place to spend time and to enjoy scenario of nature from the hotel territory.
Built for the olympic games in 80s. Quite ok place to stay. Good prices
Friendly and helpful service! Big hotel and even though is dated is well maintained. Good prices and great for families.
It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.
Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.
Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

There should be one more step in the sauna to make climbing onto the benches easier. The shower head was uncomfortable.
The hotel is centrally located, just in front of the old city wall, which is a UNESCO site. All around plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, gym and coffee shops. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and two big windows. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower. The room on the 4th floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, therefore there was no road traffic. It was overall not noisy...
The most basic expectation of any hotel stay is a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The bed and mattress felt like sleeping on a worn-out ten-year-old futon. It was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the floor. To make matters worse, there was no water available on our second day. When we reported both issues to the reception staff, we were told...
everything was great. We didn't expect such a nice window view which was a biiig bonus for us! and a huge bath!! wow!
Everything is fine except for the beds and mattresses. One bed had a completely sagging mattress. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, very good location, friendly staff.
Rixwell Viru Hotel is a clean and well-maintained property with a great location—very close to the main attractions, which makes exploring Tallinn easy. I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!
The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.
There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.
Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.
Excellent location! Comfortable rooms and very modern bathrooms. Great breakfast. Will definitely return.
Beautiful hotel in a great location, the breakfast room has stunning medieval style decor. Excellent service from the lovely ladies during breakfast, great location, very close to the old town

Nicely located at the port, right next to the ferry ⛴️. Rooms were very basic but clean. Quality to cost ratio was very good. Two major downsides: Rooms have very poor sound-insulation, which is why you permanently hear someone move chairs Or the bed. Very annoying! Also as this was among the cheapest hotels in Tallinn, there were many drunken people, which you could easily tell by the smell in the...
Nice hotel near the seaport. Rooms are okay, service is okay, hotel breakfast is sub-par. The hotel is not near the city center, but the bolt-service makes travel times short. Due to the location the area is quiet at night which I think is a plus.
It's super close to the port, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast includes delicious handmade cakes. Most importantly, the price is incredibly reasonable – awesome! 👍
Super close to the port, very nice bed and good room space, and delicious hand-made cake at the breakfast. Most important of all, the price of the room is very favorable. Best choice!
This can be considered a budget hotel but it serves its purpose well. It is a good 20-minute walk to the old town area but only a 5-10 minute walk to some nice restaurants and bars. So, if you are just planning on staying there for a short trip or sleep-over it is just fine. Great selection of saunas and many varied relaxation options in the water. The entry level hotel room was clean and with a delightful design. TV runs surprisingly good software and supports apps/screen sharing. But the room was a bit too warm and the AC didn't seem to do anything.
