Good hotel for the families. Nice Spa and Aquapark. Better to go during the week days to avoid the rush during weekends. Disappointed by the room that we had, some mold on the roof and bathroom sink was dirty, all look very tired. Food good basic. We had a two nights family spa holiday in Noorus at the beginning of January 2025. Food: I want to start with most terrible service experience in my life. We have booked a table in a restaurant, but they booked it in a pub. It was no problem for us at all where to eat, we were hungry. But it was just a start of our "good" night. Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Waterpark, pools, saunas... here u got everything for everybody. 3 different places to eat, bars, exet. You can choose all shorts of rooms. Beach is close on summer time. With kids or with out nice place to stay.

Really nice SPA and waterpark, lots of activities for children, nice and clean room, but the breakfast was not good at all. We wait our dinner in pub almost an hour, dishes were there okay but nothing special. So when eating somewhere else, then it is okay :)

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Tallin.

We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. In particular the spa area was very good. The room was specious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was spacious too. Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Breakfast was good. Excellent spa facilities. Beautiful, quiet location. Only negative thing is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only minibars that don’t cool enough to keep drinks and snacks cold.

The room is old fashion but clean and comfy, spa and sauna are the best, also the beach near the hotel. Great place for family vacation.

Everything was great, the only thing missing was a kettle in the room and at least one microwave on any floor.

Small old room. Clean and has Pool in door out door. Nice place for Family. But the Bed does not support our Backbone. Little bit Creepy. The Tap of our bathtub suddenly turn on without nobody touch it. The water was so loud so I woke up and go to the Bathroom to Turn it Off.

We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

I was pleased with the well-equipped spa. Breakfast was a 3, and the reception staff wasn't the friendliest.

Good hotel especially for families with children. The water park was really good, many activities for children of different ages. Convenient to go by car. about 10min from the port.

A super lovely place and good services. I don't really like the hustle and bustle of the city center and there was plenty of choice for breakfast and great food in the restaurant in the evening.

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

On 3rd floor of hotel for day passes for 3 hours sessions closes at 10pm. So clean and all on a chargeable watch. You can get drinks and pay whwn leaving so can leave everything in lockers. We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly. The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms. The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean.

Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. The breakfast buffet is kind of dismal, I would just stick to the poppyseed rolls and coffee, but maybe it depends on the day.

Quaint and Charming Hotel with Smaller Rooms Breakfast was good..sufficient variety. Room was small as well as the bathroom/shower was tight. We could hear the next door neighbors' conversations, so the walls were not very soundproof. Overall a quaint hotel with a lot of charm, but don't expect the larger rooms and bathrooms of the newer built hotels.

The location and front desk service were also pretty good. There were many artisan gardens and other workshops nearby, which I enjoyed seeing. There was also a cafe next door that served delicious pancakes. However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn't know what caused it. Since it's an old building, perhaps there are various issues?

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious. The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature.

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat. All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff.

Close to the inner city and the technicsl university lies this nice hotel where you can you get a room fpr a small price. There were some complains about the interior in the comments but i personally prefer they gray and cozy style over a neon color modern hotel. Okay hotel with good rooms but spa is lacking. A bit cold and there is one super small area for kids. If you're travelling without a kid, it's fine. With a kid not so much even though there is a huge playground for them, so that kind of saves it.

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast. Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel.

Comfortable staff. Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool . Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs. Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna . Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The rooms are clean, but showing signs of wear and tear. A pleasant view of the harbor. Breakfast is quite varied and served until 11:00. The staff seems depressed and less attentive to hotel guests.

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. We found finding the entrance a little difficult to begin with as it is on the side away from the water at what we would consider the back of the building. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). Very spacious rooms. Our twin suite included an actual sauna, (we didnt use it). Centrally located, within 10 minutes walking from all major attractions and landmarks of Narva.

Everything is good with the hotel, only there was no hot water in the shower. Funnily, in the tap there was hot water. We told the reception about it and next day we had hot water in shower. Breakfast is very rich, staff is friendly, speaks Estonian and English. Located close to town hall.

Hotel Inger was an ok hotel with some shortcomings. The room was very warm and open windows helped. A fan helped copl down a bit. Some things were in disrepai, eg the thing holding the shower head. But beds were comfortable, service nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the city center.

Location of the Hotell is excellent for families with kids, because AHHAA center and AURA water park, APOLLO cinema and McDonalds is just in minutes away from it. Also Maxima and LIDL are within walking distance. But rooms are always lottery! For a same price (same "family" room) they could give You bigger room with a large bathroom and a partition that divides the room into children's and adults'...

I liked my stay at Tartu hotel. Location is excellent, I visited AHHAA, Aura, museums, shopping malls, and everything was within 15-25 minutes to reach. The service at the hotel is superb. Thank you.

on 26.12.2025, a maid had not arrived in hotel room 442. Didn't top up toilet paper! There's no air hood working in the toilet, ventilation!

No frills hotel, clean, with comfortable beds and a food breakfast buffet. The absolute plus was the sauna area (by the way free of charge in the morning for hotel guests). Excellent facilities, super clean and early in the morning almost entirely for us !

A convenient business hotel with plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel also features a sauna on the 5th floor, which is a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. However, the soundproofing could be improved, so light sleepers may find it a bit challenging to get a good night's rest.

We couldn't ask for more for that price. Super clean and spacious room with all amenities we needed during casual 3-day trip of three friends. It's located close to the center and has great bus and tram connections with airport/bus station.
