I had an amazing time in the Draakon Hotel. The location can't be better. As for the service, I felt that I stay at my dear friends house. Huge room, comfy bed, amazing 3 course breakfast and lovely hosts... I highly recommend it for anybody who visits Tartu. Oleg

I enjoyed my stay at Draakon Hotel. Their rooms are well-ventilated and clean. I spent two days there. Their service was very satisfactory.

I was very happy with my stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. Excellent location just next to the Town Hall....... with lot's of amazing foods and nice drink's with an affordable price.... customer service was awesome...

Rooms are bit tired, but the staff and the breakfast were great.

Good place, parking spot just beside the corner. Bathroom has a strong smell of mold, very poor breakfast. All in all not bad with some quirks which someone may find too disappointing.

Overall good, but far from perfect. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Everything is cold. I don't remember them offering coffee/tea either and there is no kettel in the rooms. Furthermore, the receptionist was really creeped out by me. I'm a young tan man so it's obviously weird I came to Kuressaare. But she kept looking at me everytime I passed her as if I was an elephant.

I enjoyed a nice overnight stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. 5 stars easy!

A cozy but slightly worn-out place to stay, right in the heart of Rakvere. If you’re just looking to rest and recharge, it does the job well. The food was simple and tasty.

My room was next to the very bright „Hotel“-sign and the curtains didn‘t help to make it dark. Fortunately, the reception lady was able to give me a new (dark) room with no questions asked. Thanks for the great service.

Great breakfast. Cozy small spa, just two hot tubes and three sauna. Room was good, but the walls are thin, so you could hear everything that was happening on the other side.

Had the room with a sauna – overall nice experience. The room was on the third (highest) floor, the sauna heated on arrival. I wish the windows had had blinds. They were unable to accommodate vegan options for breakfast. Location was great, close to the police museum which I enjoyed.

This is a good value-for-money hotel in Rakvere. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything, especially with our two little kids’ needs. Administrator, breakfast & cleaning staff were all great. The location is central and you can reach the main places and restaurants in 5-10min.

We had a lovely room with windows on three sides. The air conditioning was helpful because it was hot. Great location.

Buyer beware! Yes, I knew I was getting a room that may often be difficult to book. Sure enough. I got a pretty small room with a window a few feet away from two of the cars in the parking area. So I had to keep my curtain closed.

This was a great hotel, the beds were truly separate, which was nice for a change as I’m traveling with my mom, not my husband, lol! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spectacular! The dinner we ate at their restaurant was also absolutely top notch. Beautiful area next to a park and right between the old town shopping area and the beach.

Hotel is literally built within a section of the old city wall. Amazing!! The location was perfect. We were literally within 100 to 950 metres of every sight we wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Room very comfortable. We used gym and spa everyday which was amazing. Best spa in Tallinn in my wife's opinion. Very large gym. Breakfast is minimal but functional. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Great location - it takes 40 steps and you are in the old town, literally. Friendly and helpful staff. You can make an online check-in, receive a room number and access code to your room door, so you can go directly to your room after you arrived, no need for assistance from the receptionist unless you decide differently. Same with check-out. Car parking 15eur/24hrs, but outside you will pay more....

A good hotel. Right by noisy tram tracks and near the big market, however, somehow, I still slept very well. It’s not the Ritz, but it is safe and clean, and will do the job for a night or two. If you’re just looking for somewhere basic, this will be fine. Fairly priced and good staff.

Handy for the rail bus and tram. No lift but our room was more than adequate for a budget hotel. Recommended

Been here twice before, so nothing really suprised. Or, actually the receptionist was so kind and organized earlier check- in and later check-out both for free. Rooms need to a bit updated. Excellent hotel! Not the first time staying there. The location of the hotel is excellent and the prices are friendly. The staff is attentive and responsive. I highly recommend it to travelers!

It is a great location just a few minutes walk from the train station to the old town. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. they allowed me to check in early. The room has the basic amenities and it's clean. The building is old. but it will not be a big concern to stay here.

Wonderful and relaxing seaside environment. Beautiful even with bad weather. Hotel room was modest in style but spacious and really comfortable. My room had also nice balcony with beautyful sea and back yard view. Breakfast was delicious at boufet table.

A really lovely location on the coast. Really quiet and remote. There is very Friendly service at reception. Free WIFI is offered throughout the hotel but with limited stability. We had a Memorable dinner at the restaurant in the evening watching the sun set over the horizon. A varied breakfast is served in the morning. We would love to go back there one day to visit.

I stayed in Tähetorni hotel for only one night and it was pleasure to be there. I had never been there before. Quiet location and the customer service was particularly great! I would say quite average but cozy and small hotel with a great customer service. They told me bus timetables, reserved me breakfast earlier than usual, wrote down different bus stops so I know where to hop off etc. Only minuses...

Very good place. Bar working 24 hours. Transport connection is very comfortable. Very close to city. And very good price. Personal is always helping. The soup with shirmps and fish is the best with pepper and lemon!!!!!!!!

Nice quiet location and a great bang for your buck! The beauty of the scenery comes out with a nice weather, there are multiple health sports trails nearby like a newly paved cycling and walking track and the health centre with millions of activities in Trummi.

OK hotel, not the best in Haapsalu but for one night, good, new part of building has a view straight to sea, so nice view is there. But it's not a hotel you call cozy, rooms are ok, nothing special but ok, couple of thing bothered me, there was no extra pillows and strange smell coming out of bathroom. Breakfast is good, fish, sausage, cheese , if you are a fan of crispy bacon then this you can't find...

It’s I think mostly a restaurant with not good food. They have like 10 maybe 15 rooms. All rooms suppose to look medieval but I didn’t like them. Rooms and toilet are clean but the only way to get to the rooms is by staircase. And the way they look and feel is a bit off. For that price would never choose this place again. I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel part is good, but the breakfast was VERY DISAPPOINTING. We read a lot about the great restaurant Hansa, you do not experience it in the morning. Coffee was very bad, eggs are strange, everything is below the standard quality that we have experienced during our 15 days road-trip across the 3 baltic states in similar ranges of hotels.

Excellent hotel for a stay to discover Tartu & nearby attractions , the hotel itself is like a museum with a very interesting collection of tools and many other items from the past, a nice central courtyard garden and luxuriously furnished rooms...friendly & helpful staff.

Interesting old manor house once owned by one of the many German aristocrats who ruled Estonia for centuries until the 1920s. There's an interesting huge chimney/cooking space on the upper floor. Nothing else is that special inside when compared to other castles. Nice garden to the rear. 5 euros entry for adults.

The building is located inside the national park and consists of a museum, hotel and restaurant. Our hotel room was clean and spacious but the smell was uncomfortable. The building and courtyard are beautiful.

Place that leaves you amazed how much history lies here. Stayed for one night. The hotel rooms were not in the main building and they were not as nostalgic as the manor itself but I would say fine and good looking rooms. Had the superior room on the first floor with balcony and bath. Very roomy and comfortable with all the facilities. We also had a dinner and breakfast. The dinner was good but maybe...

Friendly reception staff, nice room always warm and cosy. Liked the use of the kitchen to make hot drinks and the Xmas tree was really nice too. Easy to access the hotel which was in a great location in the old town in a quiet street.

I loved my stay in Taanlinna Hotel. Maria is the kindest and most helpful person, also the whole hotel stuff. The location of the hotel is great, at the downtown and walking distance to all the sights. The Rooms are spacious and the bed are comfortable. I can only recommend this beautiful hotel!

It was nice to be in the heart of the old town, especially in such a beautiful town. Breakfast was served near an old tower, which was a real plus. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, the room very quiet and the bed comfortable. On the negative side, the room was a bit too small and there was no space for anything on my side of the bed! Also, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room...

Great welcome and very personable . Lovely decor and wuanit , safe location . Attention to detail . Shower stalls high enough for very tall people . Pressure good for toilets and showers. No lift . Breakfast was good . If you will be after 5 pm , a detailed email is sent to you . Everything worked according to directions . Quiet enough after 11 or so . I was there on a Sunday and still a bit noisy...

The location is good, though there was no admin visitor friendly, the sauna eisaanud, though proneerimisel Pold letter to the sauna should use the time to make an appointment and for an extra charge yet, Breakfast Yeah, something still was not left to starve.

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

Only stayed for the night but beds were great, room was cozy and breakfast was delocious. Would visit again.

The beds are comfy, rooms were clean. But the TV shows only a few Estonian channels, so you can't really watch it. And the rooms 104 and 105 are really close to some bar there, that played loud music at night, which didn't let us sleep. The staff was nice tho and its not a bad place overall. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

Here is very quiet and calm. In some rooms there is a sauna or bubble bath. In apartments there are lots of space. There are bathroom ant television to. Here is free wifi. You eat breakfast in special place to eat. You can eat there "till you die" (or drink to). Here is very delicious food.
