Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.

Clean bed and bathroom. Properly heated day and night. Easy accessible thanks to unlocking doors via app and free wifi.

Perfect location — just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only downside is that you have to pick up the key at another hotel, which is a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage.

Lovely modern hotel in an old building. Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Was a little surprised that the bar closed as early as 10.00pm on a Saturday night (there were plenty other options for a drink nearby). Was particularly impressed with the breakfast. The pancakes were excellent and I have never had the option of ice cream with pancakes for breakfast before. Highly recommended.

Viljandi is a very small town. The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The room is comfortable with lots of space. I was disappointed that they wanted to charge 50 euros to check in before 3 pm although rooms were available when we arrived at 1:30.

Veeriku Villa is a cozy, quiet place with comfortable rooms and a large smart TV. The location is great, with a large supermarket and Lidl nearby. Loved the convenience of using the microwave and tea kettle on the first floor. We bought breakfast food and enjoyed it in the dining room. Highly recommend for a peaceful, homely stay in Tartu!

Very good rooms, staff very friendly, has a good location - near airport and port. But pillows were too soft so for it was hard to fall asleep, but next day I woke up, I felt i had a perfect sleep.

We stayed at this hotel because it is pretty close to the airport. It's a very basis hotel but has everything that you need for a short stay. It's on a pretty busy road but als the malls are nearbye. Also public transportation stops are close to the hotel.

A cozy but slightly worn-out place to stay, right in the heart of Rakvere. If you’re just looking to rest and recharge, it does the job well. The food was simple and tasty.

Great breakfast. Cozy small spa, just two hot tubes and three sauna. Room was good, but the walls are thin, so you could hear everything that was happening on the other side.

Hotel had good features such as parking, breakfast, beds. But these were negated by heat in the room (no cooling, so sleeping sweaty), poor bathroom (was flooded after showering and only warm water came from the tap), but the worst was the crappy WiFi. Lost power and was extremely slow.

Cozy and unique Charming and unique hotell in Tartu city centre. Was visiting friends who had a car, so don't really know how easy or not it was to get around, but it's a small town. Tried to use the room as an office one day, but table and chairs were not perfect for that. Otherwise cool design and all.

There is a station behind, and the station in front is under road construction, so please be careful of vehicles passing by. One and a half stops from the central area. Opposite Tartu and Tardov is the central bus station. The hotel environment is quite atmospheric and suitable for self-driving.

Awesome little multilevel mall with a cinema, shops and supermarket under 1 roof.

Good shops many telephony shops, clothes shops, household goods, chemist etc. and of course Selver supermarket.

Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. Room was clean, hotel breakfast was ok, travelling with kids, so there was plenty for them to choose in the morning. Sauna options were really nice, different options. Slide for kids, kids loved it. Location is great, best restaurants a short walk away, Kuressaare castle is near, also playgrounds.

Rooms are dated and tired. Rugs are worn and reception stops working at 7pm. Breakfast in the morning is sad.

The hotel has an excellent location. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food tasty (although it is probably better to arrive early, not during the last breakfast hour). All in all, would recommend and revisit.

Excellent Hotel, Walk Anywhere Young lady at front desk is wonderful. Very professional, courteous, helpful, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the front desk staff were very kind and I was able to leave my luggage smoothly. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, which was convenient. There were no problems with the cleanliness either.

Our room was clean and enough for a couple. The position of the hotel is really good, 8minute walk to the Old Town of Tallin. When we’re checking in and out the lady who’s working was really quite. Rooms are tired and need renovation. However the rooms are reasonably priced and have free access to a large spa 900m away. Their own hotel breakfast is ok but unfortunately the food runs out before you arrive and they start cleaning before the meal time is over. The food in the restaurant was not edible at all.

Overall it's a great experience but some complaints are: the rooms are very nice and tidy but I wish they had some basic stuff like a kettle and the glasses there are very small. The service is good and constant but was sometimes lacking. Overall a great hotel.

It's quite a big hotel, kept clean, economy rooms are very small, as well as the bathrooms, walls are pretty thin and you can hear the TV next door. Big parking around the building. It's walking distance from Kardiorg park, the bus stop towards the city center is close but the one from the center is a little bit further, shops close by.

Fully automated hotel, no need to wait someone or interrupt with stuff, everything can be done using tablets in the lobby. Great SPA, peasefull and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing, it is location, there are no any restaurants nearby, the nearest is about 30 mins on foot.

This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight. There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Outstanding boutique hotel situated in castle. Interiors and decor are restored with great quality and attention to details. Main house suites are absolutely fantastic. Restaurant provides great culinary experiences. Views of the Keila-Joa faall and massive park with lots of pathways make this place ideal to relax and feel yourselves as a part of nobility that used to live here some centuries ago.

Bad sleeping in a modest hotel Clean room. Fairly central location but next to one of the busiest streets in Tallinn, thus constant traffic noise from cars, buses and noisy trams, making it impossoble to sleep. I had ear plugs but I was still able to hear the traffic noise. Also bed was super soft with plastic mattress cover making it even more uncomfortable to sleep. Mainly cold breakfast was ok.
