Loved the hotel for it's location. Rooms could be improved though, there was some noticeable amount of dust around. Breakfast is great.
Location of this hotel was ideal to tour the lovely old town in Tallinn. The room size was adequate, although sparce on furniture . Beds were too low to the ground, and no air condition during a very warm summer. Breakfast buffet options were adequate. Staff helped us with providing a fan, after we asked for it.
Excellent location within the old town walls. Pretty facade. However, no air conditioning, so my room 204 feels like a sauna in July. Room faces street, so is noisy at night with windows opened. Breakfast well laid out, and nice breakfast area. Hot food doesn't get refilled, so you need to be there earlier to have the full choice. Room is clean. Bed mattress is old, thin, and springy. Table lamps not...
Our room wasn't quite as luxurious as the website photos, and was small, and a little faded... It was however warm, clean and comfortable and the reception were friendly. One thing though, calling at five minutes past check out to harass us into leaving doesn't make a great impression! Come on, we were on our way out! It wasn't exactly busy either! Breakfast was fine but the omelette was bizarre and...
What a beautiful hotel! True craftsmanship in both wood and stone. The rooms are very nice, clean and we'll maintained. Service is excellent. Staff is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Kind of old-fashioned hotel, very close to everything (Tallinn is rather small anyway). Good welcoming, nice room. Breakfast (included) with a lot of choices. A few free (for customers) parking places in front of the hotel.

Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying
Good hotel but bad room design Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.
Lovely place. Cost 15 euro to park you car so be aware! Aside from that it was a nice clean and presentable hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Also located right over the road from a few lively eateries! Handy! Also located right on beach which was ideal!
This hotel basks a little too much in the glory of bygone days. There's no question: The hotel's location directly on the sea and its history are fantastic. The room was also tastefully decorated with good beds. The breakfast was plentiful. But: as a guest, you don't really feel like you exist. You check in, and that's it. No further information or anything else. In bad weather, the hotel offers no...
This was a nice surprise. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but inside and the rooms are so nice! Our standard suite was spacious and very quiet, which we appreciated. The room also had a kettle with tea and a fridge, which is great if you are travelling around. The breakfast options were also great. Mostly we appreciated the option for a gluten free bread, 4-grain porridge made with water...
A very pleasant stay! To our surprise we got our room upgraded. The suite was spacious and clean and we slept unbelievable well. The decoratìon inside the hotel is very stylish. The breakfastroom is also spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast much-there was everything we needed. The location is perfect. I believe the summertime is fabulous. It was good value for money. Functional and inexpensive. The room was comfortable enough and the hotels location very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of choices
Good location, average hotel A little bit outdated but overall nice and good located hotel. In our room there was a carpet, which had seen its best days. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean (ecxept the stains on the carpet). When we arrived to the breakfast an hour before the ending many of the serving dishes were empty, there was two very young persons trying their best to maintain everything...
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean except for a stain on sofa. They put us in building across street which needs some tender loving care, wish we were in main building. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!
Great location in the middle of the city & parking The hotel has seen its time and the stains on the carpet on the entire floor showed it badly. Otherwise, with air conditioning, a great location and parking, it's a good choice. The breakfast was quite ok.
Room was very big and in a great location. There was a coffee machine in the room but no milk was provided. It wasn’t a major issue but there also wasn’t shampoo or conditioner provided.

Imagine spending your Wednesday in a cosy spa and sauna centre. 2 steam saunas, one with healing mud masks and salt scrubs included. Traditional finnish sauna where you can whip yourself with the birch branches (Yes, it's allowed in this sauna!). There's a 60c sauna that overlooks the sea (väike viik). You can just stare the beautiful swans and array of birdlife. It's quiet and peaceful. There's couple...
The place is stunning especially if you got the room from the sea side, spa is small but it’s got all the features, hot steam, Finnish sauna, long pool, and cafe near where you swim. Absolutely great stay for me :)
We got here just before the sunset and enjoyed a nice walk around the property area. Rooms were ok but overall our stay was really good. The SPA was just great: just a note - when there is the what you call "quiet SPA", ensure this is also respected by the people, it was rather noisy when we were there. Breakfast was good too with nice view on the lagoon
The location is great, near the castle and the promenade and on the shore of the lake, where you can see many birds and enjoy the silence. The room was very basic, but clean and with effective air conditioning. But the shower was small even for a normalsized person and there was no fridge. The spa is nice, but quite small compared to the size of the hotel, so it can be quite crowded, especially during...
Amazing breakfast options. Spa & sauna included in the price, plus a Haapsalu mud for face. Clean rooms, although very small. There is possibility to open the windows and the parking is for free, although there is no surveillance. The city is interesting and ok for a 1-day rip
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hestia Hotel in Haapsalu. The location is stunning, right on the edge of a small lake on the peninsula, with spectacular views from our suite. The room was spacious and perfect for four people, with a jacuzzi bath, a separate bedroom, and a living area with a fold-out bed. The hotel does feel a little dated—for example, there were no power sockets by the bed and no...

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the bus station and the port. There's also a small market next door selling souvenirs. Downtown is about a 20-minute walk away.
Great location 5 minutes from ferry terminal and 15 minutes from old town. Clean room and bathroom. Would stay there again.
It was very nice stayimg at this hotel. Centered location and close to everywhere
The hotel boasts a convenient location, close to the subway, airport, and city center, making it ideal for business travelers. Rooms feature desks and charging outlets, and the internet speed is fast. The front desk staff are efficient and provide excellent service. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and it's the perfect choice for business travelers.

“The pool is warm and really enjoyable, and the saunas are very nice and relaxing. The dressing rooms are quite small and don’t offer much privacy, but overall it’s still a pleasant place to visit.”
My rating is based on emotions we got staying here with family, and services we enjoyed. You must expect that it is *** hotel, therefore keep your expectations not as high as for **** and ***** star hotel. Place nice and clean. Solid breakfast and dinner (one evening was poor, but next day excellent). Spa procedures more like at rehabilitation center not SPA, but SPA area very nice, especially we loved...
Clean hotel, Nice beach, buffet food’s salads were the same for 3 days, water in the spa was not so warm as I imagined. We rent bicycles - 15 minutes to the Promenaadi.
Nice view, great outside pool and spa. But the pools didn’t look very clean so I just enjoyed the outside views from the pool. A lot of people as well. Hard to find a chair to sit and sunbath. Breakfast was nice and they had an option for a dinner as well. Room was not the best. Good place at all, next to the beach.
Fantastic experience in Fra Mare, as usual! We are visiting this resort for the last 20 years and it is always a nice and relaxing holiday. The treatments in the spa are tailored to your needs, the food is always freshly prepared with plenty of choice, the staff is very attentive and friendly, we particularly liked Sille and Galina, their attention to details and care was amazing, and very kind hearted...

It's a nice hotel located in a former post office. The rooms are nice, but are a bit impacted by the building not really designed as a hotel. The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. I highly recommend to book a massage in the spa even if you are not a client of the hotel. Very professional masseuse!
Really nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, free parking. Clean rooms, it had everything you need on a short stay. Breakfast was good, selection was enough. The spa was small, but cozy and warm, almost private. Recommend, would visit again.

We have stayed at Georg Ots Spa Hotel several times this year, and the staff and atmosphere always make us want to return. This is probably the only hotel in Estonia that is truly child-friendly. Room was small but tidy. Not sure why it needed a wine fridge though. I unplugged that because it was noisy, the music from the restaurant below can be a bit much but they shut it off at a reasonable time. The location is good. The main downside was the lack of elevator and some very steep steps. Try to pack light if you’re going to stay here
Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.
Nice older hotel in middle of Main Street Old Town Tallin. Lots of stairs to get to room, bath/shower very slippery. Otherwise nice people, good food (including breakfast) & good service!
Well-located within Old Town Tallinn. Walkable. Good breakfast. Clean room.
Our original premium room had a dangerous deep step in the middle of the room. Awful. We switched to a regular room, which was satisfactory. No elevator. Breakfast was OK. Hotel restaurant is excellent: Osteria il CRU.

Nice hotel. We stayed for one night and could not complain about anything. But - in Estonia there was 18 C and we did not need air conditioner. But if there is like 25 C, it would be a problem. Breakfast was good, especially I liked coffee. Free parking. Very good quality for that price.
A cozy but slightly worn-out place to stay, right in the heart of Rakvere. If you’re just looking to rest and recharge, it does the job well. The food was simple and tasty.
My room was next to the very bright „Hotel“-sign and the curtains didn‘t help to make it dark. Fortunately, the reception lady was able to give me a new (dark) room with no questions asked. Thanks for the great service.
Great breakfast. Cozy small spa, just two hot tubes and three sauna. Room was good, but the walls are thin, so you could hear everything that was happening on the other side.
Hotel had good features such as parking, breakfast, beds. But these were negated by heat in the room (no cooling, so sleeping sweaty), poor bathroom (was flooded after showering and only warm water came from the tap), but the worst was the crappy WiFi. Lost power and was extremely slow.
Good stuff: Clean, well located, quiet, good breakfast, sauna in a room. Not so good stuff: There were several power outages, the reception was already closed, they could not care less. Comfortable, professional, elegant, classy boutique hotel. The rooms are quite comfy and little details like cotton have been thought of. Beds are clean and comfortable. Lacking air-conditioning but it's OK as Tallinn isn't so hot. Parking space also widely available.

Cozy and unique Charming and unique hotell in Tartu city centre. Was visiting friends who had a car, so don't really know how easy or not it was to get around, but it's a small town. Tried to use the room as an office one day, but table and chairs were not perfect for that. Otherwise cool design and all.
There is a station behind, and the station in front is under road construction, so please be careful of vehicles passing by. One and a half stops from the central area. Opposite Tartu and Tardov is the central bus station. The hotel environment is quite atmospheric and suitable for self-driving.

Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. Location was great for the fortress. Breakfast was good.
