Everything was great during my stay. The hotel stuff is very polite and welcoming.

Our room was clean and enough for a couple. The position of the hotel is really good, 8minute walk to the Old Town of Tallin. When we’re checking in and out the lady who’s working was really quite. Just want her to raise her voice a little bit🤭. Everything else was really good. For couple who’ll stay 4-6 days we recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The location was very good to walk to the Bund.

We couldn't ask for more for that price. Super clean and spacious room with all amenities we needed during casual 3-day trip of three friends. It's located close to the center and has great bus and tram connections with airport/bus station.

Very good food with surprises in menu. Food is fresh. Staff is very friendly and can suggest you the best. Good wine list. Place is cozy and well accessible. We eat smoked macerel and food was nice surprise.

It’s good but not so close to the sea. So I prefer another hotel on the beach. SPA is spectacular and the best I’ve ever seen. Breakfasts were great

This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight. There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Clean and comfortable room! A bit far from the city center but it is very easy to order a taxi to pick you up at the hotel. It is very easy to do the online check-in with the screens. This makes the service more fluid, however, there is only one phone number provided to solve any issues (I didn't have one, I'm just saying in case of somebody needs assistance).

Amazing breakfast. Modern big rooms with a nice shower. You can take the elevator and get out in the modern shoppingmall with many restaurants and a cheap but good Gym. Hotel restaurant is also good. 10 minute car drive to the Centrum or take a scooter (3km)

Very nice hotel, great location next to a mall, good enough breakfast, and the staff were supernice. There was just one small detail that was not perfect. Sewage system in the shower was not able to cope with the water flow from shower and flooded all the bathroom. Water even started flowing into the room. It took some time after I took shower for the water to go away. Needs urgent fixing.

Very nice Hotel. Excellent value for money! I stayed there for a week and I have enjoyed the indoor pool the sauna and the hamam. The staff is very helpful. Even when a problem with the bathroom occured they fixed it in a blink of an eye! The restaurant is good also. I have enjoyed my stay there. Recommend for relaxing.

Good hotel, you can use spa and pool while staying here. Food is normal but there could be more chooses. Everything looks old but because of the historical interior. Cosy little spa with proper outside saunas. Children are not allowed in spa after 20 every evening, so grownups can enjoy peaceful time in pools and saunas when needed. Massages are great and staff is very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant offered yummy foods and delicious drinks. Breakfast was great as well, especially compared to your average hotel breakfast! Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

A great and relaxing birthday leads to this place. Sometimes people on cocaine enter the place and their laughs can be heard from the other side of the building. Cheap 70 euros alcohol bottles. The spa was great, you might see some drunk 40 year olds in locker rooms asking for alcohol.

It is a very worn down spa but it's also much cheaper than other choices. We came early in the morning so it was relatively empty, this is the only way to have a good time there. The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom! Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Outstanding boutique hotel situated in castle. Interiors and decor are restored with great quality and attention to details. Main house suites are absolutely fantastic. Restaurant provides great culinary experiences. Views of the Keila-Joa faall and massive park with lots of pathways make this place ideal to relax and feel yourselves as a part of nobility that used to live here some centuries ago.

I love this place - stayed there on numerous occasions in an all-female dorm. A very nice common space downstairs with kitchen. Perfect location for boats, train, old town. And, last but. not least: when I forgot my charger, they kindly mailed it to me!!!
