lavish and luxurious breakfast. all day free coffee/juice and snacks in the lobby. the breakfast is even better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in the Nordic region. the photos speak fke themselves

200 meters from the station so the best choice if you plan to arrive or depart by train. a comfortable and memorable experience. front desk people are awesome and helpful

We booked a King Bed room with private sauna ...which was thrilling. Quite nice and quiet place. Hardly 150m from railway station Very good spread for breakfast

We had sauna in the room even for the same price as without sauna and of course we had to go for it. When was the last time you had morning sauna in your hotel?

For the location, price and rooms I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast was one of the best I've had for this price, very diverse buffet table

The restaurant was excellent, staff very courtesies and professional, and rooms were more than adequate for me and my needs

All in all a great stay and hope to return to Helsinki one day and would happier stay here again

Rooms are fair enough. Not every room has a bathtub, but all of them have an iron. Good and tasty breakfasts. Hotel has swimming pool, saunas and gym. Located near to shopping mall.

Our usual family weekend in Helsinki. Tapiola has great access to metro and friends near too. Car parking in underground is recommended, old gate system has finally removed. Breakfast was usual Sokos hotels style

Nice and cosy hotel. Friendly staff, quiet, tidy and well cooled rooms. Excellent sauna and nice little pool. Easy to reach Helsinki city center by metro. Just next to brand new shopping center.

We like the heated bathroom during our stay in Dec. The breakfast is good. The staff was very kind to lend us the sledding equipment in the baggage storeroom

It was a nice place for few days of stay, easy access to transport. Clean room and good beds

The location is within easy access to walk to the river, bus services, and pick up directly out the front for most tours. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean, heating worked, bed was comfy

For a workshop, the place is rather nicely accommodative, with conference rooms which have sliding walls for separate parallel tracks. Wouldn't turn down an invitation here at any rate

The buffet varies from day to day but overall is a solid experience. Getting here and getting away from here are probably the key problems, though they're still pretty minor gripes

A very enjoyable stay, especially with stellar company. The activities are tailored to cater to a wide range of fitness levels. Geocaching was especially fun

The rooms are perhaps the weaker aspect, they're a bit small and not necessarily very bright. There is a washing machine but not a dryer

Rooms met the expectations. No noises during night so I slept really well. I worked remotely from the room and hotel internet was really fast which was a big plus.

It is important to consider that the diner (buffet) and the parking are included in the price, so at the end it is a good value for money and Hotel Vallonia is a perfect place to stay

Although about 4 kms from the City Centre, the hotel offers a homely environment specially for those who prefer a calm n quite place, little more closer to nature as one can enjoy nature walks in evenings!! SPECIAL NOTE TO HOTEL STAFF & OWNER

Parking is perfect, only a few metres from the Reception. There is an inclusive buffet in the evening, light salad and two hot dishes with vegetables, perfect light healthy meal

A very good hotel, delicious breakfast, and since we were there in the low season, the sauna and pool were completely empty, just for us ;) and the receptionist Ragna was very helpful and friendly! Thank you ❤️

We chose this hotel for a one night stay mostly for the vicinity to the port. It was a plus that it had a sauna and indoor pool as well. However, it exceeded our expectations

There are also bikes which you can take for 3hours (it wasn't busy at the time so they let us have them even longer if we wanted) for free! The bikes are really comfortable and amazing way to explore the town! Such a nice gesture!

A quite basic hotel with a pretty boring look from the outside but updated on the inside. Good room with nothing to complain about. Convenient with a oizza place/ bar next to the lobby with good beer and pizza

Our room wasn't marked as a sea view one, yet we still could see both the sea and the ships docking from our window which was so cool! The staff was super-friendly, stored our luggage after check out

The room was oke but we had to take care for getting clean towels. There is a very nice swimming pool

My first ever holiday experience in Finland, any it was so relaxing and calm, just what my family and I needed. Kids had an interesting program planned, they made friends pretty fast, and were always busy

Hotel is not a 5 star one so do not expect that but it is good value for the price, It was so nice to lay down next to the pier/beach and relax. The lawn next to water is full of duck poop

We arrived here to do some hicking. This hotel is near the Nuuksio park and well situated to do some nice walks. We were at the end of the season and diner options were small

We found that hotel at the midnight. The staff is very professional and friendly. We were greatly appreciated by room and service. I will recommend that place as one of the best that I visited

On the last day we left hotel very early in the morning and could not eat breakfast at the hotel, the administrator provided a breakfast box with us, which was a big and pleasant surprise

Good place to stay, great food We stayed in an apartment across the street from the hotel. A little dated, but lots of space. A large kitchen, two bedrooms and a private sauna

The only fault with my room (101) was a very loud buzzing strip light over the window but I didn’t use it so it didn’t spoil the stay

Location is great. Right next to a lake and the lake will be frozen in winter so you can see the aurora on the lake.

It was very fun and the bus took us to all the things we wanted to see, the pool was cold tho. But that did not matter because the sauna was great

Finland is such a beautiful country in the snow, I loved seeing all the local houses decorated for Christmas. The locals are very friendly too. The huskies were are favourite I’d do it all again in a heartbeat :)

One added feature (in addition to a nice communal area where guests hang out by the fire near the entrance and a conference room) is a relaxing northern lights viewing / games room with comfy chairs

This is a very charming place to stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast has good variety and the food that should be warm is warm. I would stay again.

Absolutely Fabulous! Comfy, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Good food throughout and beautiful bar areas to meet with other guests. Would have no problem staying here again, everything for us was perfect.

) The room was tiny but okay if you’re a traveller who doesn’t care much about the accommodation I left 3 stars because 2 sockets were not working, the room was clean when we arrived but that’s it, during our stay (3 night) no one touched our room for cleaning or at least changing the towels and the mugs we used So overall the stay was good but me and my friend expected a bit more

The receptionist was very helpful. when we picked up our luggage, we went to the Rudolph and it was different, but quaint and clean enough. no problems and stores close by for something to eat

It's a little far from the hotel where you check in, but considering the cheap price it wasn't too much of an issue, and once you're checked in it's pretty close to the center.

There were also facilities where you can learn about the Northern Lights and Finnish nature, as well as a large supermarket, within walking distance, so there were no problems

A good hotel for a quick stop, have laundry and washing facility. Located in central Kemi.

The other one was hanging on the wall. So we got the exclusive cruise feeling. Breakfast was not included but you could easily get to the restaurant downstairs using one of the three exits

There are at least three entrances and exits so it's easy to get in and out. The room and bathroom were clean. But at first we were a bit disappointed because we found only only one bed

I was really amused and laughing a lot. The reception is actually in a hamburger restaurant which means that you can have a meal while waiting for the check-in

Lovely space, super comfortable. Sauna and swimming pool available. They were super nice and provided everything despise our arrival time being later than expected and also our call availability

The kitchen was broadly equipped, the living room filled with details to make our day superb. The only thing I would complain about is the wide of the bed, being a bit narrow in my opinion

The B&B is very good and the environment is very good, but the check-in and breakfast are not in the same place. I have to drive to the supermarket to get it separately

Breakfast is a few km away in the Shopping Center - No Problem If you have a Car as you can start your acitvities directly after breakfast from there
