Would recommend Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Bed was a bit harder than we are used to which was a tad uncomfortable. Other than that, it was top-notch

Good service, but the rooms are quite basic. There is no Smart TV or fridge, and no shampoo products are provided. However, the parking space is small and not included in the price (14€/day)

The bed is a little softer than other hotels, and the pillows are looser. Apart from these two points, there are basically no flaws. We did not buy breakfast, which is on the second floor and cannot be seen

The front desk in the lobby helped us print our boarding passes, and there is free coffee and tea, and a microwave

Cozy hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor. Small playground for children in the backyard. Spa 3.5/5, water cool. So there are activities to do. Good holiday destination

Mid-range old hotel We visited on 7. The hotel is old and does not meet the requirements of a four-star hotel. The corridors have carpet and the walls are old and in poor condition. There is only soap in the shower room

It was just a 10 minute bus ride from airport to hotel

Food is OK but service is very slow (took about an hour to receive my order). Luckily I did not have to pay because the buffet at the hotel was closed, but I would have been angry to pay those prices

The next day we did not have the opportunity to visit the pool, only for an additional fee. A small old hotel without additional services, but the price is high

The reception was fast and friendly. The hhotel itself is oldish and nothing fancy, but has everything you need. There is a pool are in the basement and a very small gym

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the food, the lohikeitto for dinner was delicious and the mustamakkara served at breakfast was very tasty.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel itself feels quite old and not very clean – especially the bed, which was disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and even the TV was not functioning well

There are also two small cozy beaches just around the corner. The hotel offers free parking for its guests. You have to get a parking permission from the lobby and put it in your car's windshield

They have everything I want from a breakfast, different types of eggs, bacons, cheeses, ham, bread, rolls, veggies. They also serve black sausage and carelian pies with egg butter, so delicious

A simple, practical Finnish hotel with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a calm, minimalist style, but all cabinets and surfaces to place your stuff are there! Friendly staff and a tasty local breakfast make it a reliable, budget-friendly base for exploring the area

They had porridge, every type of spread and condiment you could think of, eggs, chicken meatballs, falafels (it's rare for hotels to have both warm meat and veg options), different types of bread, cheeses and meat slices, a salad bar, hot drinks bar, biscuit area (so many different types), yoghurt station, cereal station, different types of juice, fresh orange juice, and porridge

Easily one of the best stays I've had at a hotel. Even before arrival, I was contacted by staff who wanted to check ETA. Once I got there, staff were welcoming and lovely. The hotel room was nice and spacious

The breakfast area also had a children's play area. As this is not as common these days. Staff were also quickly replenishing any food. It's clear the staff have very carefully thought about their services

Had a TV and even a bidet in the bathroom. Because you couldn't even enter each floor without the key provided. Each floor has a communal area and kitchen. And there's even a sauna on the top floor

What's even more impressive is that they share a building with university accommodation. You wouldn't even realise because the service was that brilliant. please ignore the negative reviews

Hotel ideally located to where I needed to go for business meetings. Also very close to the airport. Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from the hotel or Uber will cost about €6. Cabs from hotel may cost more

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. Beautiful room with great decoration and furniture. Everything was functional and spotlessly clean. The rooms were extremely quiet too

Close to airport with a shuttle to/from. Easy walk to bus stop with very regular schedule to Helsinki city center. Rooms are super clean with appropriate amenities

The rooms are decorated with very nice, Scandinavian touches. The breakfast was the best one we got in all of Scandinavia. And the hotel has 3 bikes which you can ride for free

The family room was great, with a large bedroom and a separate bunk bed. It's a five-minute walk back to the hotel after skiing, and a three-minute walk to the shopping street. A perfect choice for Levi Ski Resort

We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

Nice stay at Kemi Scandic in Ski week. Couldn’t use pool because of cold water(around 20 degrees) but sauna and breakfast was nice. Illumination inside rooms could be enhanced to feel more lively rest everything was fine

I used this as a base to go to Rovaniemi. Our family of 4 had a lot of fun in the junior suite on the first night. It’s spacious, has a sauna, and 3 beds (1 larger, 2 smaller), enough for parents and their two kids

The other night we changed to a standard room and it was much more cramped. The difference was night and day! A room that deserves five stars, and another three. We thought the breakfast was just ok

The front desk manager lady was very helpful and professional and made our stay pleasent. The rooms are plane but nice and clean. The food at breakfast and dinner was quite good too.

As many have commented, the facility is not brand new, but we can see that the bathrooms are renovated, and the linens are as clean as other Scandic hotels. Their Spa facilities are also excellent

It is nice that sokos hotels remember the pets with a goodie bag but a shame it's always only dogstuff. The room was great, clean, good bed, the big tv with chrome cast was a nice surprise

The only thing we have to complain about in the room is that we heard the cars and trains noises loudly. A jacuzzi in the saunadepartment was also a nice surprise

We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option in Turek during the August long weekend. There are plenty of attractions here, but they come at an additional cost

If you have the time and inclination, you're sure to find something to enjoy. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. There's also a pub, restaurant, and pizzeria on-site

Believe there's also smoke saunas but unfortunately missed that. Mini golf & the two treasure hunts (in lobby & pool area) were also a hit, as was the games area. Apartment rooms were nice & clean with all you would need

Only downsides would be the spa area - water very cold small pool more ideal for children than adults. Also the hotel charges entry for music / club nights which is discouraging

There were sleds around the property which guests could use. Close to a lit hiking trail around a lake and small ski resort. We skied at Pyha about 25 min away and saw the northern lights on our drive home late at night

We stayed in the family room with a sauna. It has a small kitchen as well. The shower leaked a bit but otherwise room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection

It's a shame it's so deep that even an adult can't reach the bottom with their feet and they're learning to swim with a child in traffic, who is too big for a small children's pool

There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort

The family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night

The jacuzzi is mixed-gender, so be sure to bring your swimwear. Downside: Guests must bring their own towels from the room, as towels are not provided at the sauna/jacuzzi facility

Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki was just about a perfect hotel for our stay. The room was lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean and you didn't need anything added to the room

Junior sviit has two big separate rooms and two bathrooms. Good breakfast. Swimming pool bit cold. One sauna in womens and one in mens sauna.

Location is wondeful! You're away from city center in peaceful and quiet place but also you're there in 15 minutes if needed. Breakfast was good, hotel staff very nice and polite, room a bit small but it was OK

The best night's sleep! Such friendly and helpful staff welcomed us. Our two dogs were welcome at a more reasonable cost than many other hotels in the area - charged per stay, not night. I highly recommend this hotel.
