They were very helpful in accommodation pre arranged very late access to hotel and room after hours. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean.

We were only in sauna and pool section. Reasonable price, pleseant atmosphere. But it were no avalaible towels and inside the sauna was no possibility to record time.

At the old building site the rooms are cozy, tastefully decorated. View to the lake. Minibar, coffee machine included, the bath is clear. But the shampoo cartridge was empty 😂. The bad is comfortable.

Pretty quiet place practically in the center of Lappeenranta. We stayed in the new building. They give us two bicycles for two hours for free

DINNER IN RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS GOOD. TOO MUCH MOSQUITOS AT NIGHT TIME. TAKE A WHILE TO REACH THERE OR LEAVE. SWIMMING POOL IN THE SPA IS SALTY. VANTILATION IN THE SPA IS FAIR, SOME ODORS ARE ALWAYS THERE

There is a small ski area nearby and one of the lifts runs right up to the hotel. The evening buffet was so-so but the à la carte selection was fine. The best part was the cake selection at the bar during daytime

We didn't book any excursions, but took long walks individually through the snow-covered landscape behind the hotel. As the hotel is very remote, the activities around the hotel are limited

I've also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it's truly amazing. I booked a room with a sauna, and it was amazing. The sauna was amazing, and the view from the window was so beautiful it's indescribable

The main building has wifi, but not or apartment. The apartment has very much in ~25m2; washer machine, dish washer, shower, sauna, drying cabinet. Levi centre is within walking distance

The color scheme and furniture of the rooms reflect Kallio's urban city atmosphere, without forgetting the earthiness. Some rooms have a view of Kallio's lively streets, others of the peaceful courtyard

The location is also really convenient and not far from the city center, and there’s a direct tram right in front of the hotel that takes you there easily

There are a couple of nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and the main shopping area near Stockmanns is about a 10 minute walk as is the railway station
