Rooms are clean but not new( i dont mind that, cause they are cozy and big enough ) a really fair price for what you get👍 dog friendly, easy parking,super friendly staff

Place where you can rest your eyes, good company, good food, upstairs sauna&bed, downstairs pub (quality live music) breakfast with My favourite Tea, always karaoke before going to sleep

Very basic hotel, the room toilets where renovated, but overall the building needs extensive renovation.

A cozy Finish hotel directly on skiing tracks (one does not need a car if comes here for cross country skiing as the bus from the airport stops directly before the hotel)

The rooms, the service, the food, the meeting facilities, the staff, everything was exceptional and we would most certainly come back. Also very quick communication

Rooms are very clean, sauna is rather small and old but still ok. Breakfast buffet is very good, dinner buffet is a bit less good (especially for the price)

We sent several requests for the quote, and Lomakeskus Seita responded within a couple of hours, resulting in us selecting it for our meeting

We hosted a small conference here. Everything worked out very well, and we were all very happy with the resort

The hotel was easy to reach with a car, with just few turns after a highway ramp. They had a large parking lot and it was free

Just to set your expectations, this is an old boarding school converted to a hotel. It's that in both good, and bad

Everything was as promised, clean and functional. The room was a bit cold and the antenna cable or its plug was tripped, so the TV could not be seen well

Reconnecting the cord helped, but it had to be repeated every time it was opened

The breakfast, while not with the widest selection of options I've seen, was adequate for the economy theme. The service was very good all the way, with every staff member we encountered being very helpful and polite

The design goes practicality first, which gives you no-frills rooms with dedicated bathrooms and toilets. The rooms themselves are simple, but fine for short term stay for the area

Very friendly owner and a great homely atmosphere in the restaurant. Definitely a great meeting place for locals and tourists

The public buses to Levi stop right outside the hotel, and although there were a couple of occasions where we experienced quite significant delays, the service was OK Top tip - use Uber taxis rather than the (often twice as expensive) ‘for hire’ ones if needing to get back from Levi after the last public bus

Our twin room was fine/functional, with a well-powered shower. Breakfast was included in the price and was pretty reasonable although there wasn’t a huge choice. The bar (same area as for breakfast) was cosy at night

All the staff we experienced at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, although often the reception wasn’t manned so you had to go to the restaurant (which was fine). Overall a great no-frills choice

22 year-old daughter and I had a 5–night stay at Hotelli Kittila, arriving on New Year’s Eve. We were looking for a cheap(er) alternative to staying in Levi as we were skiing on a tight budget

There was a games room and a small communal kitchen with a microwave/kettle which was handy

Host was kind and agreed to set a tent free of charge.

Absolutely delicious lunch - normal buffet lunch prices. In addition great meatballs as typical 'homemade food' dish. Wide assortment of salads / side dishes. Elegance old stylish furniture and surroundings

Just perfect accommodation in a beautiful old villa and its a bit newer side wing. Rooms and decorations nice, Clean. And close by some magnificent industrial ruin and working factories

Beautiful villa tucked into the grounds of a wood products factory on the Kiimijoki river. Acceptable lunch buffet. Ambience better than the food.

They have a pool - it might feel a little cold, but it’s the perfect temperature for after the sauna (just please shower before jumping in)

Hightly recommend, would stay again! One side note, the hotel pool/sauna was only open until 10AM in the morning, closed during the day, then open again after 5PM, not a deal breaker but it's nice to know ahead of time

But it was nice that the depth varied on the sides of the pool. I can imagine families travelling with children could also enjoy the pool. A nice touch was also the fridge and the kettle in the room

Dirty room (finger nail and sticky stuff on bedside table, hair in bathtub). Pool only open 5pm-9:30pm - so basically during dinner time

Wonderful hotel we booked on a trip. For a 1 - 3 night stay the hotel is perfect, very elegant entrance and clean throughout. The beds were comfortable, the washroom was modern, and the room even had a tiny kitchenette

Love this hotel, staff couldn't be more friendly and amazing. We lost our bags and they went above and beyond to help us out. The buffet breakfast is amazing, so much variety and something for everyone

The place is very peaceful, quiet and surrounded by the beautiful nature outside . We enjoyed very much the pools inside and at the same time the serenity of the nature outside.

Quite a lot of selection for breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is not so friendly, charged price wrongly, and still with some attitude.

Located in the Holiday club Saimaa. Sports bar with fast food type menu: burgers, nachos, fish&chips etc. Menu is fairly priced compared to the quality. Lots of pictures hanging from a wall

O'Leary's, the same as pretty much expected. Some servers very attentive, some not so much. Our dinner went well overall, however.

Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas

The cottage having a sauna was absolutely fantastic! The late 12 PM check-out was also a huge plus. They even offered free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The staff were all incredibly kind.

Reception is very welcoming and helpful. Minus 1 star for location due to public bus frequency from airport to the hotel is only once every hour. Also no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside

The swimming pool here has side pools: one +6C and the one next to it +30C. Alternate after workout and feel great!

Even the restaurant closes at 9, so we had to get cold sandwiches instead of ordering a warm meal from the kitchen. If we didn't have to drive back to Tromso, Norway I would have loved to spend a week here

For anyone not staying at the Santa sport hotel, you can still come here and use the gym for less then 10 euros. Great if you are a tourist who is just looking for a gym thats open

It's a wonderful, authentic yet modern spot here in Utsjoki. Very personal and welcoming. Unlike the large resorts, here you live in harmony with nature. Wonderful!

The view to the Tana river and to the big hill on the Norwegian side of the river is truly beautiful especially from the cottage terraces

Spotless clean and new rooms and cottages. I had a very comfortable one week stay here in one of their cottages

Nice quiet location. Extreme good possibility to see real nature . Hotel location is beside the Teno river.

This is unlike many other Finnish cottages where you need to bring and do this yourself

The house was in the best location, our family's favorite area. The house was very different, at least from the outside. The inside was nice, spacious, with lots of windows and the bedrooms were spacious

We came across a very good house, my grandparents lived here in 2018.

In addition, the showers were bad, water splashed everywhere and/or the water pressure was a bit weak. In addition, there were dead flies on the floors and in the beds in the rooms

Nostalgic place that has been a joy to Mikkelis kids for a long time.

The outside play area has a lot of bouncy castles, a large balance action route, a large play castle, a few long slides, motor cars for kids, a softball shooting arena called dino arcade or some such, and two rides

Such a wonderful place! Anja is a lovely and caring host. We slept in the tent „flying“ between the trees. Its a magical spot to experience nature. And Anja thought about everything, we could possibly need.

A very friendly family lives in the courtyard itself and felt very welcome. The peaceful and beautiful milieu and the wretched people enjoying themselves in the fields were especially memorable

We loved everything about this place - the host, the view, the surroundings. It's a lovely vacation house almost in the woods, with many nearby lakes and attractions to explore

The spacious cottage is very convenient with all equipment (of course a good sauna!) and information that we could have wished for. There were even some toys for the kids

There was a small playground and trampoline near the house, as well as a beautiful place to BBQ. What really stood out for us was the hospitality of host Anja

We stayed in the Satukurki courtyard cottage for two nights. The cabin was very clean and the yard cabin had all the necessary equipment for a yard cabin

Great location and good price. Having a kitchen and sauna a massive bonus. However, our room could have been cleaner and was a bit dusty.

Very nice hostel! You have everything you need there and that’s close to most important places to Rovaniemi (travel agencies, bars, supermarket, bus stop)

There is an external door to the overgrown garden but there is covered seating just outside, which we made use of. The room was clean enough and the beds reasonably comfortable. There are some annoying things though

I did nor like the kitchen ,it was unsanitary ,refrigerator was filrhy and putric smell.. no dishes ,no eating utensils pots and pans were filthy

• The shower had no divider on the floor, so the whole bathroom got wet when I had to shower. Pros: • Unlike previous reviews have claimed, the place had no rats, roaches, flies or other animals to speak of

I can't in good faith give this place 4 stars, but I would give it it's a solid 3: it's what you expect for the price, yet it could be better. I would call this a motel rather than a hotel

• Plates and cutlery in the kitchen are limited, the washing up liquid hadn't been topped up during the week I was there, and there were no drying racks or towels

Top tip: get the A-B zone travel ticket from HSL to travel to central Helsinki. It's 40 minutes to the centre and not at all expensive. Remember to flag down the driver as they don't stop unless you do

It is 40min away from the city centre by bus. For the price (I paid 20€ during a weekend on high season) I would come. Only thing could be better for me is more ventilation in the rooms

I wouldn't even have given those points without the help of the Russian speaking woman whose patience I admired

There is no self-service check-in. There are shared bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens. You need to bring your own ingredients. The price is high and it is only about 1. 5 kilometers away from Vantaa Airport

For a hostel without a private shower and toilet, it was totally fine for one night. Personally, I wouldn’t stay longer. The rooms were very cute, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature was good as well
