Its ok for short stay. Breakfast could be better.

I am not happy as I asked someone to fix the radiator and he never came.  It was too cold at night

Hotel entrance and Customer service was really good. Disappointed with the room though. It was very small, outdated and bathroom was the worst - it could do with a refurb. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Although the room was clean but as it was outdated and old, it felt dirty. The view from the room was amazing!

Stay was good if you just need a place to sleep. For amenities, basic items expected was missing like cups to have water. Also, we had an issue to get hot water to drink, where the staff mentioned we charge if you ask for hot water. (no kettle provided). There was no shampoo in the bathroom. I stay for 4 days but there is only 1 change for towels. No room service and have to live with 2 small paper cups & 2 small bar of soap throughout. Service staff are friendly but not their service.

We used the parking facility which was very useful , car park was easy to use and lift to reception easy. Loved my stay at ibis Styles! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was bright, stylish, and really comfortable – I slept so well. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and the location made it really easy to get around. Great value for money, and I’d definitely come back!

We have stayed here a number of times now and it has been consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and it is easy to get to from the major roads through France. It is in the centre of Amiens close to the Cathedral and shops and bars and it also offers secure parking on site. Also the breakfast is perfect. We will definitely be staying again

We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel close to the catedral and the old town, as well as to the train station, with underground parking. The restaurant of the hotel was good choice for us for dinner, too.

Arrived very late but was warmly welcomed by Eytan super friendly, calm, and even recognized my F1 shirt. Great breakfast, room a bit small but perfect for a short stay.

Friendly Reception Staff. It’s only a few steps from the Christmas mark and it’s 10 minutes walk from the train station. Thank you so much for the coffee machine and the water and the water machine as well. If I would come back to Strasbourg, I would definitely Stay here again 😊

Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist - room clean and above all hard floor (no carpet) - parking in front of hotel is a nice addition - the location of the hotel is excellent for travellers

We loved the pool. Towels for the pool would be great, as opposed to using our shower towels. We were able to borrow a kettle from the front desk.

Avoid at all costs! The apartment is very poorly maintained, and according to the staff, it's not the only one. First bedroom: questionable toilet bowl (limescale and dirty bottom). Second bedroom: previous guest's clothes left in the wardrobe, bathroom cabinet drawer jammed and unusable, towel warmer rusty, toilet flush buttons dirty, bathroom ventilation system broken with mold on the ceiling, shower...

The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly. Since it's a chain, I plan to use it again when I travel to other areas. There's a small kitchen, so you can cook. Breakfast is available for an additional 11 euros, which is convenient. The check-in process is a bit slow, but I hope they improve it.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is really nice and in a great location only about 8 minutes from downtown by tram. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, even when some guests in front of us weren’t as kind during check-in. We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and large. The breakfast atmosphere was very quiet, and the food was very good. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro station, and you can take the bus right outside the door.

The hotel breakfast is average, it's purely for accommodation without any supporting facilities. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, but the surrounding environment is quite complicated. There are many homeless people and unconscious people, but they will not enter the hotel.

Convenient location and comfortable room. We were able to check in at 1am late at night, the night manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a good night rest including A/C and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

The location isn't central but is excellent for getting around. The cleanliness of the room and the building in general is terrible; the hallway is carpeted and smells foul. Parking is free but is often full, and one floor was closed. The room was really poorly maintained, dirty, and dated; it needs a lot of maintenance.

A superb hotel, with clean, modern rooms, a small, refreshing outdoor pool, and very upbeat, friendly and helpful staff. It also is the perfect location and moderate price if you wish to visit the Halle de Machine (a five minute drive). We did not eat at the restaurant because they were hosting a very large tour group, but the food looks delicious and everyone was happy. Breakfast was absolutely amazing...

Hotel is dead, half empty. Menu of the restaurant in lift and customer online ePages - but never open, not even have the lights switched on. Room is dark. Minimum of furniture in the room. OK if all you want to have a wash then sleep … Never worthy the name of Ibis Styles … maybe a bigger room than a Ibis Budget 🤷🙈

I found this hotel by searching on parking space and electric charging available. The parking space was perfect but there was no possibility to charge my car. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The bed was hard but somehow I slept really good and felt refreshed the next morning. The biggest plus was breakfast. Polite and helpful reception. just one slight criticism that the cleaning of the bedrooms was rather slow, We had to vacate our room on two occasions late in the afternoon to have the room cleaned and the second time we had to actually request a room clean. The location was ok. The staff were friendly enough. However, our room was really tight for a 3 single bed room. The table was not big enough for 3 people's stuff. The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside.
