You go there for a value hotel. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. But it was clean. And the aircon was well working. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately. They are quiet hard. The rooms need some renovation. The hotel is updated. But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. The staff was friendly. Parking on the street is difficult the hotel has a underground garage...

Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

Room is spacious, good for a night stay. There’s no official drop of area, but you can temporary stop car by roadside for few minutes.

Located is an ideal place, with free airport transfer that comes from 5am onwards. The rooms was lovely, just what you would expect. Customer service was decent too. Breakfast was what it was expected to be. Great stay.

The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.

The hotel is nicely furnished, the food caters to most tastes. The rooms are not extremely grand but they have everything one needs, including an ensuite shower and bathroom. There is WiFi, but space to unpack clothes is limited. It is well located in the middle (ish) of Lourdes. I recommend it

Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit. I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. I asked the lady at the bar if I could sit and she said yes someone would come to me. I waited and waited, but no one came, so I left. The reception staff were friendly.

my mom and i loved our stay here! the hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. the location is also great since it's near many subway stations and bus stops. there are also a lot of amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and bakeries nearby!! the room did get a little bit chilly on some nights but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Realy grateful for the staff for changing our room from the ground floor to the first floor. The water activities that were possible there were very fun and good. The beach was very close as well.

Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!

Friendly staff. Bar is open all night. The room was cleaned every day. You're in the heart of Toulouse, just 15 minutes from the airport on the public bus shuttle which stops nearby at Jeanne d'Arc. You can pay by tapping any bank card as you get on the bus, no need to buy a ticket.

I had a great stay at this stylish hotel in Paris. The room was very clean and, although small, it’s exactly what you’d expect in Paris. Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly. This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto. Just stayed here from the 20th of June until the 24th with my elderly mother first class treatment from the moment we arrived honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. The meals were excellent we never needed to leave for our food very accommodating if something wasn’t on the menu. Went to Lourdes for year end pilgrimage. Choose the hotel as it’s the most convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the The Santuary. Room was good. Bfast a little disappointing. Dinner was ok. Stayed there two years ago. Will continue to do so the next time.

The hotel is located directly on a metro stop with multiple lines which is extremely useful. Also, very good options for food are available by walking distance all around, as well as a big shopping mall. The hotel is simple but with nice touches such as free coffee available in the reception area. I would consider staying again in the future.
