Absolutely loved our time at Mama Shelter - from the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top bar was great. Rooms were bright and clean with plenty of space. Would recommend adding on breakfast downstairs as a highlight too.

The room was quite small, with very little unpacking space (no drawers), so we largely lived out of our suitcases for the three days we were there. We came back in the middle of the first day to find the doors were locked: a sign on the door told us that access was via reception of the hotel next door. On making our way through the dimly-lit ground floor public areas, we discovered no electricity...

Stay at Sept2025 for 1night, as a deviation from rouen to rennes. Fantastic, superb spacious room, good breakfast, very kind personnel. Property well located near train / bus station, tram within 50m. Extraordinaire!

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.  There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.  10/10 would recommend.

The hotel is located, 25 min on foot from the strict city center ( around 4-5 tram stations). Could have been a bit cleaner.

Not sure why this structure would deserve the 3 stars. The rooms are clean enough, however: - Super thin walls and doors, you can hear everything that goes on outside and in the neighboring rooms. Luckily I had earplugs. - There was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably the sink wasn't property cleaned as it was also partially clogged. - Breakfast was a let down, basically just some toast, ham,...

The hotel requires several passcode to enter various gates, and they change the passcodes on different days. It is quite inconvenient for customers to bring along the passcode sheet and see which gate requires which passcode on which day. And the attendants did not clean our room as requested.

Nice and clean room but WiFi in bedroom is really bad and dogs bark throughout the night (guess that depends if you’re unlucky with guests/their dog).

Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance.There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.

4 days into a 10 day stay in Bordeaux at the Quality Hotel. A wonderful place to stay in the center of the Bordeaux scene. There is no reason to try anywhere else.We love it here. Staff cleanliness and comfort all 5 star

Honestly loved this hotel, the bed was soft and comfy, the room was small but not too small, I had room for my luggage and everything. Location was perfect right by the longest pedestrian shopping street in Europe and the highlight, they have glass water bottles for you to fill up in the lobby with filtered water or sparkling water to take to your room

Warm, helpful and knowledgeable staff especially the front desk ladies. I had a wonderful stay and it’s in the heart of Bordeaux, easy access to the wineries, café’s, restaurants and bars. The room was OK. It rained during our stay, and the first room we were given had a strong odor. It was fine after we changed the room, but the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite cold. The bathroom heater didn't heat the room the next day. When checking in, we had to show our credit card, but we just touched the card and didn't know what it was for. Nothing else.

You go there for a value hotel. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. But it was clean. And the aircon was well working. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately. They are quiet hard. The rooms need some renovation. The hotel is updated. But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. The staff was friendly. Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

It's close to the train station, which is nice, and the Pol Bocuse Market is right next door, so it's nice to visit. Transportation is also convenient.

The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's a bit far from the subway, a 12-minute walk. Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. I had a great night's sleep. The room was well-located with an amazing view. It was also very well soundproofed, which was perfect for optimal rest. I would definitely go back.

Arrived early so room not ready but very accommodating & able to store luggage to use the facilities. Free cold water available at machines, still & sparkling. A glass bottle supplied in the room to refill when necessary. Lovely balcony & beautiful views. Loungers available at the beach until 6pm. Overall a lovely place to relax & enjoy the surroundings.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.

Nice apartment with pool outside. The kitchen made it possible to fix our own lunch and at the evening we took a short ride to Collouire.

House was dirty. Stains on the wall, doors of cupboard in a poor shape, broken glasses, plates, cups. By no means I would recommend.

The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from Marseielle St Charles, near les Docks Village and 10 minutes walk to Les Terrasses du Port in a quiet part of Marseille. Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit. I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. I asked the lady at the bar if I could sit and she said yes someone would come to me. I waited and waited, but no one came, so I left. The reception staff were friendly.

The room was small and did not have a refrigerator. Soundproofing was average. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and chocolate on the first floor of the hotel each day.

my mom and i loved our stay here! the hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. the location is also great since it's near many subway stations and bus stops. there are also a lot of amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and bakeries nearby!! the room did get a little bit chilly on some nights but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Breakfast was a let down, when the bacon was emptied they didn’t replenish, despite being told they would. Shame as otherwise all good .

The location is right in front of Saint-Jean Station, so it is very accessible. However, there are not many shops or restaurants in front of the station, and it is not very safe at night, so it is better to use it for different purposes. The price is cheap in Bordeaux, so it is quite good if you only plan to sleep. There is no refrigerator or kettle, but I think the functionality is good as a business...

The location is very convenient, just opposite the train station and the rail station. You can sit outside and there is a place to eat downstairs.

Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!

We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. FANTASTIC, fabulous Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! The location on a pond was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. It was pretty noisy, on the one hand because of the busy street beyond the pond; on the other hand due to a communicating door to the neighbour's room, which despite the double door made the room badly soundproofed. One could hear the conversation of the neighbours.

The facilities are basic, but the location is great, very close to the highway. The service was decent. The free parking is a huge plus, especially for France. There's only one restaurant nearby, so I'd recommend driving to the city center for food options. Also, parking is free after 7 PM.

Ideally located hotel, city center, close to everything. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are rather simple (even too simple), the tam tam stools as bedside tables are not very practical. No kettle in the rooms, not even on each floor, you have to go down to the hotel lobby to get a coffee (early wake-up call). The bathroom could do with more light and a magnifying mirror.

Friendly staff. Bar is open all night. The room was cleaned every day. You're in the heart of Toulouse, just 15 minutes from the airport on the public bus shuttle which stops nearby at Jeanne d'Arc. You can pay by tapping any bank card as you get on the bus, no need to buy a ticket.

The hotel is not significantly different from other Ibis hotels in France. Very good location – a few minutes' walk to the main square of this beautiful city. Excellent location in a well-known hotel group. For me, the main thing was to find the best price, a good location, and breakfast included. The hotel did a great job with both of these. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but that's not surprising. The breakfast selection was also varied (not just sweet breads), for which I am especially grateful.

Rooms small and dated, poor ventilation in toilet. Despite the hot weather, the hotel central Aircon was not turned on, so every room's air conditioning couldn't work, which was falsely stated in the hotel booking site that Aircon is available.. we opened the windows for fresh air and ended up being bitten by mosquitos..
