Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

Spent 1 night - clean room, pleasant staff, great location, cute hotel and has air conditioning! The breakfast had TONS of choices from sweets (including local like pain d'epices, madeleines, crepes!) and savory (hello French cheeses). The one minus - is that we arrived at 2 pm, and the room was ready only on the dot at 3 pm. They can hold luggage, but I waited for the room to be ready.

The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes...

The room is outdated and has a faint odor. The air conditioning barely works. Breakfast is very simple considering the price. The parking garage is tight, with limited space to maneuver—especially for larger cars. The location is great, close to the city center.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Convenient for an overnight stay if you are travelling through Europe as the main coach station is a fifteen minute walk . It’s surrounded by building sites at this moment in time and it looks like they will be flats or offices . Hotel is in 2 parts. I stayed in the 2nd: very old room without air conditioning. In addition, there are construction sites all around: the open window therefore has its limits. On the other hand, cleanliness at the rendezvous + simple but ok breakfast. The plus: exhibition park 10 min walk away

This hotel is a way out of the city centre. It was easy to reach the centre by tram though, but would be a bit too far to walk. Reception isn't available 24hours so when we arrived we waited nearly an hour until we could access our room as there were no clear instructions on what to do - you need to call them as soon as you arrive and they will help you aceess your key. A good hotel for the price. Two-room suites are perfect for a large family. Two rooms are connected by a separate hallway. Consequently, there are two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, and everything you need is within walking distance. The renovations are not new, but everything is neat. The staff is friendly.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for a few hundred bucks in Paris. The location is excellent, right on a lively street but surprisingly quiet. The subway station is just a two-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and the rooms felt new and spacious.

It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.

Relatively satisfied. However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied. There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned.
