Very clean room, comfortable bed, perfect temperature and near the Highway

Would have been perfect if the sink from the bathroom was fixed before we got there, final result > Water everywhere cause we brushed our teeth there.. Annnnd, no fan in the room. Arriving late at the hotel, we weren't able to ask anything... Otherwise, good room, small bed if you're two people.. Little kitchen etcetc.. A bit sad we didn't get a discount or a breakfast for cleaning their bathroom at...

This hotel is in a great location , the beach is right out back the staff is great and very welcoming and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable! I like this hotel and think it could be a really gem but the exterior of the building really needs some attention like a new color and paint , the grounds definitely need improvement too !

Comfortable simple rooms, friendly team, good breakfast, access to the beach and the pool, good efforts on sustainability aspects (EV charger, water fountain, food sourcing...). Loved it off season, although I wish it was more accessible by public transport, only one bus every hour in October.

Nicely located hotel, close to the beach. Good breakfast and nice surroundings. Quiet, and good parkingspaces with locked gates. Very nice saltwater swimmingpool. But when cost of the rooms ( with breakfast for 2 people is in the 240 - 260 Euro range, the service level has to reflect the price-tag. Our experience this year is that it did not.

So disappointing. Booked a Privilege Room expecting to arrive mid-afternoon. Due to train delays arrived @ 8 pm. Because we had so little time, requested a change to a sea view room. Young man said, "Let me see what we can do." Young woman, presuming I can't understand French, said to him to make us pay 55 Euros for a change. Now, the cost of a regular sea room vs a privilege room is NOT an increase...

The location is great. The hotel is aging and needs a facelift. Due to a lack of mobility, the staff lack initiative to offer even a little assistance. Had a nice view, the room was old but clean… it was October this time of year they can not have the air on … so the room was too warm and had to have the front desk bring a fan to make it comfortable to sleep at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was ok just dated and the grounds and planters need to be cleaned up.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again on my next trip to Menton. Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the sea and just steps from the old town. Walking distance to the train to explore the other areas of Côte D’Azur as well.

Stayed at this hotel several times , disappointed this time at about 2am could hear what seamed a boiler or some kind of pump. As if we were next too or above the boiler room. Complained on departure and apologised and said would let maintenance know

The hotel was nice - super nice check in and the guy behind the counter was very helpful with advice and recommendations. The breakfast was nice too. Only minus was the parking under the hotel. As guests at the hotel the parking should be discounted or without charge when staying at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the dining room. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality produce. Good value for money and there is a nice lounge room for relaxing in.

Clean and ok parking a nightmare

It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.

Relatively satisfied. However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied. There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and good value for money. The location isn't particularly interesting, but it's quiet and close to trams, trains and buses.

Arriving by car is very difficult. It is hard to find and there are no indicators.

Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town...

Great place to stay if your doing a long car travel and need to stop for the night.

It's not the most smudge free or most modern hotel, but the rooms were decent and the beds were fine. It's good for a bed and and shower on your way from A to B.

Highly recommended What a beautiful hotel, such a complete surprise to see the gorgeous interior decoration. The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. Great stay We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is right opposite the lake, which is nice for walks, and there is a beach area. We had a hire car (parking was 8 euros a night) but if we hadn't, the tram line was close by. Nice hotel in good location close to the train station. Really nice staff, good room & nicely prepared things for family traveling with a baby. Downstairs restaurant was not that good though, and hotel is not accessible (a lot of stairs at the entrance), otherwise a great stay!

The hotel had all of the required amenities: the rooms were small but renovated to a modern standard, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the lounge was a nice touch for meeting and socializing. I like using stairs when possible and I found them somewhat dirty at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Oh I loved this place. Stayed here for a night as part of a group tour. Loved the old world charm. It has got spacious rooms and all the necessities. The food was also great, staff was really nice too. Only odd thing I would say is the elevator, which does not actually stop on the actual floor but sort of in between like in the case of a mezzanine. Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi, surrounded by large supermarkets. Parking is convenient and there's a swimming pool. The bathroom is new. However, the air conditioning is too loud and too hot when turned down.

There is a big Carrefour nearby, parking is free, gas is cheap, the hotel does not have an elevator, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and helps to carry the luggage upstairs, there is also an outdoor swimming pool in the hotel, and the hotel parking is free, which is good. Total disappointment: poor cleanliness, persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, and no pool view as promised. Breakfast was varied but glasses were often dirty; you had to search to find a clean one.

Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

First thing to say - Bourges is a great city, and one we must visit again and spend some time in. This budget hotel was just fine for what we wanted, though the building and some of the decor was looking a bit tired. Our room, the staff and the breakfast were all fine. Easy walking distance from the hotel into the town.

The hotel was centrally located for all of our walking and driving excursions. Parking is free for hotel guests.

We were very well received at Kyriad. It’s a cozy 3*. The staff is thoughtful and although not everyone spoke English they were always making the effort for the best communication and to make you feel welcome. Good price-quality relationship. We recommend it.

Clean, cheap and available when everything else is closed. No water in the gym. The food was so so and the breakfast with little options. Pool was great but the noise and the super hot floor plates made it uncomfortable.

Upon checking in we were welcomed by a charming receptionist. They even took our request as room location into consideration and was done as expected. Room wise excellent bed, well lit bathroom and with all the amenities as expected with Holiday Inn Express. We had a nice and complete breakfast. Free car park is too an added bonus.
