This hotel is very pretty , set on the Cap D’Antibes in a residential area. The pool is just the right size and temperature, the rooms; all different some small and some big, some with pool views. The breakfast was good value at €19 per person. The pool bar had lovely snacks and reasonably priced drinks. We enjoyed a lovely week in this pretty hotel. The staff were very welcoming and willingly recommended and booked delicious restaurants nearby and in Vieux Antibes for us, as well as highlighting local coastal walks. The pool was lovely and very clear - they clean it each night and the main hotel areas are always very clean. We always found a sunbed round the pool; some areas are shadier than others...

I can't give a higher review. This is not about the owner or the hotel. This is about the people that work there. 10/10. Highest service I have ever received. Made me rethink French service altogether. My girlfriend and I have decided to come back to Antibes JUST to visit this hotel and these folks.

The best place to stay in Antibes Juan les Pins ! Nice, clean and calm facility with the most amazing and natural looking décor. The staff are lovely and make you feel like you're at home. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely return.

Nice little hotel, pleasant staff, but not overly close to anything. While bus stop is nearby, buses only pass hourly and cease at 7.00 resorted to using Uber.

My bride and I were celebrating 50 years since our first date this same week and several hotels we planned to stay at were full but this one still had rooms. We were somewhat reluctant at first because of the whole disco and Disney character theme but everyone we met made our stay memorable in deeply personal ways. The brunch was also extraordinary.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I went there on a business trip with colleagues and it felt like home. I loved it. I would consider staying there again next time. I like it.

Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.  Quiet area for family.  Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

We had the penthouse room which was AMAZING! Recommend getting some mosquito spray because the mosquitos are around, but the patio was beautiful and relaxing. Room was great and the service was excellent, highly recommend!

2 nights in lovely apartment in central Cannes Room/apartment was absolutely superb! Not in hotel building and a bit tricky to find at 11pm after a 4 hour flight delay Room is spacious, light and comfortable Wonderful terrace also. Great to see a family owned business that cares about their customers. Enjoyed the breakfast and the zen garden and the bed was excellent. This hotel is in the middle of everything but it’s still very quite.

I don't know how this qualifies as a 3 star hotel. Rooms very basic. No kettle, fridge or safe.Also could do with a soft light on the desk. Room small. Decent enough room, no qualms with the service. But the area around the train station doesn't feel safe, and you can find homeless camping a few meters away from the hotel which probably means the city doesnt bother to provide them any shelter

The old man at the front desk on the first floor wasn't very reliable; he called a taxi for me, but it took forever to arrive, and he refused to call one in advance. It is just opposite the subway and train station. There are always taxis on the roadside, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. There are Chinese restaurants on the street next door, which makes it very convenient to eat. It is very close to Montmartre and the Paris Opera House, and you can walk there.

Decent stay in Cannes Very reasonably priced for beeing Cannes in the middle of the summer. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but rather narrow for a couple to sleep in, expect alot of flying arms and legs when your better half turns in the middle of the night! Good budget option with caveats Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

Not what I expected The hotel was not what I expected. No view as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Due to a family emergency at home, I had to check out 3 days early. They would not credit me for those days which was disappointing.

I liked everything, a convenient kitchen corner that can be closed with a curtain, it rained for two days, I watched TV in French with a clear conscience and worked out in the fitness room. And A coffee machine is freely available

Excellent location, within a few minutes of the city center. Breakfast is combined with Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles, therefore too busy to provide yourself with a good breakfast. So you often get it wrong. Room was well equipped with all amenities and on the road side you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a comfortable location.

Despite the name, the structure is not exactly in the center. Above all, parking is subject to charges even for hotel users! The breakfast is not bad, average, but I notice the lack of fruit juices, which is actually incredible. The room is large and, at least mine, had the particularity of having the toilet in a special room, separate from the bathroom where there was instead a sink and shower

The hotel was real close to nice, sandy beaches that were great for swimming. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. I did find the fact there was no parking provided a bit of a hassle.

Good size of rooms, location in Cannes is central. It is a busy street, on the noisy side if you have your windows open. No AC. Rooms look and feel like they have not been refurbished for 20 years or so. But it feels clean, and gives good value for the prize.

Service is very good. Rooms are clean and the size is ok, but the bathroom is tiny. For breakfast there are several options, even boiled eggs (there is no scrambled eggs, nor sausages), the proposed food is fresh and tasty.

The hotel itself isn't bad and it's clean, but for the services it offers, the price is truly disproportionate, considering it's nothing more than a B&B. We were able to use the hotel practically only for sleeping and having breakfast in the morning, which, incidentally, isn't included in the room rate and is quite expensive considering the poor quality of the buffet. Our stay at Hotel Cecil was great! Location was close to the beach and the train station so it was easy to get to local restaurants or other cities.
