Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet hotel, clean room, located near the city center with direct parking access. We will cherish the memory of our getaway to Strasbourg.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Hotel well located for visiting Strasbourg on foot. Good value for money.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

This is the second time we stayed here and again it didn’t disappoint. It’s convenient literally just off the motorway and when you arrive it’s so peaceful, spotlessly clean and just had a lovely vibe. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thanks for a great stay and what a beautiful town Beaune is just a short walk and it’s stunning.

Best thing about the property is its close proximity to the motorway. Average hotel, unhelpful & miserable staff. Overpriced restaurant.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here, hotel was easy to find and had ample safe parking. The room was super clear and comfy, a nice bar where you could sit outside it was perfect for an overnight stay.

The hotel is ideal for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance or a free shuttle bus to the city center. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly; we received excellent advice on sightseeing, etc. A wonderful discovery of Metz and a warm welcome!

The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement. So during the hot spell the room didn’t cool down a lot.

Had a great stay at the IBIS Paris Maine Montparnasse. Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, and amenities as described. A great base for exploring Paris!

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.  There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.  10/10 would recommend.

Great hotel in a very good, quiet neighbourhood. We were close to the train station & bus station. The sauna was good & very quiet and overall the hotel seemed to be not much busy. Good location to tourist attractions and main amenities.

Very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. It's great for those on a week or longer stay who want to do some cooking on their own.

Just outside the city centre and not many restaurants close. I visited Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was excellent and service as you would expect.

The location was perfect, near the church. It was quite central. We were even offered wheelchair access for older people. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff always walked right in without knocking. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. There was also parking with VIP access.

It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel requires several passcode to enter various gates, and they change the passcodes on different days. It is quite inconvenient for customers to bring along the passcode sheet and see which gate requires which passcode on which day. And the attendants did not clean our room as requested.

Nice and clean room but WiFi in bedroom is really bad and dogs bark throughout the night (guess that depends if you’re unlucky with guests/their dog).

Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance.There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.

Stayed here on a costsaver tour. Nice hotel, great views and location, but the rooms are WAY too warm and there is no air movement. It was very hard to sleep and I woke up soaked in sweat. Why bother having a thermostat in the room if it doesn't even control anything?

This is a neat and funky place to stay. The bread at breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's right next to a railway. The soundproofing is OK. There are 2 doors on the balcony. There is no TV in the room, no slippers, no toiletries, only body soap and shampoo, and no paper cups. You can ask the bar for free hot water. If you pay on Ctrip, the front desk cannot issue an invoice. There is a front desk who speaks a little Chinese. We stayed in Menton for three days. We were initially assigned a room on the first floor, right above the entrance. It was awful. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade to a room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The service was excellent, especially Ewelina, who ensured our comfort and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's location is very good and convenient to everything, but the hotel facilities are old and simple. In addition, the bathroom design is not reasonable and it is easy to get water all over the floor.
