We used the parking facility which was very useful , car park was easy to use and lift to reception easy. Check in was easy staff very helpful, loved the feel of the bar and restaurant although we didn't understand why the restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday..... Loved my stay at ibis Styles! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was bright, stylish, and really comfortable – I slept so well. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and the location made it really easy to get around. Great value for money, and I’d definitely come back!

We have stayed here a number of times now and it has been consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and it is easy to get to from the major roads through France. It is in the centre of Amiens close to the Cathedral and shops and bars and it also offers secure parking on site. Also the breakfast is perfect. We will definitely be staying again

We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel close to the catedral and the old town, as well as to the train station, with underground parking. The restaurant of the hotel was good choice for us for dinner, too.

Arrived very late but was warmly welcomed by Eytan super friendly, calm, and even recognized my F1 shirt. Great breakfast, room a bit small but perfect for a short stay.

Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the hygiene is decent. However, the major downside is how small the room is; I couldn't even fully open my suitcase. The bathroom was also extremely cramped, and there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good.

Basic but good! You get what you pay. Location is close to Place d’Italie which is great, but the room is small as expected in Paris. Unfortunately it was very warm in the room. However, there are many great restaurants nearby!

The location is excellent, right across from the "Italia 2" shopping center in Piazza Italia. It's just a street away from various fast-food restaurants, eateries, IKEA, Uniqlo, and Miniso. Plus, it's only about 200 meters from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient.

The location is pretty good, near Place d'Italie in the 13th arrondissement, and very close to the metro entrance. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all decent. The room was small, the facilities were average, and breakfast was just okay.

Avoid at all costs! The apartment is very poorly maintained, and according to the staff, it's not the only one. First bedroom: questionable toilet bowl (limescale and dirty bottom). Second bedroom: previous guest's clothes left in the wardrobe, bathroom cabinet drawer jammed and unusable, towel warmer rusty, toilet flush buttons dirty, bathroom ventilation system broken with mold on the ceiling, shower...

The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly. Since it's a chain, I plan to use it again when I travel to other areas. There's a small kitchen, so you can cook. Breakfast is available for an additional 11 euros, which is convenient. The check-in process is a bit slow, but I hope they improve it.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is really nice and in a great location only about 8 minutes from downtown by tram. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, even when some guests in front of us weren’t as kind during check-in. This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto. The quality of the food was amazing and the kindness shown to some of their more senior guests was heartwarming to witness.

My reservation went well, but I forgot to check the name that was entered. So I called Trip.com directly to tell them that an identity error had occurred when selecting the passenger names. I called the establishment to let them know that an error had been made. The hostess was kind during our phone conversation. Just stayed here from the 20th of June until the 24th with my elderly mother first class treatment from the moment we arrived honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. The meals were excellent we never needed to leave for our food very accommodating if something wasn’t on the menu. All the staff went out of their way to help you close to all amenities for my elderly mother would highly recommend this...

I stayed in the Agena Hotel in Lourdes from May23rd last for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this hotel. The warm welcome from Fionuala was just like home from home. Decent option for a short stay, but for the price point there are better options out there. Our room was clean and comfortable enough but pretty bare and dated. The design of the shower in our bathroom was completely ridiculous and awkward….only an extremely short person could use it without discomfort. Made no sense.

Ibis took a good care for us, as I was travelling with my parents who needs wheelchair, their wheelchair friendly rooms are pretty well designed for elders. Front desk staff is friendly helping us to keep our medicines in fridge at reception. Hot coffee / tea / chocolate is also provided as complimentary 😉 Breakfast section is nice, Rabia helped us for breakfast 👍

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here, hotel was easy to find and had ample safe parking. The room was super clear and comfy, a nice bar where you could sit outside it was perfect for an overnight stay.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable.

This apartment was great for what we needed. Simplicty, space and secure parking. It's not immediately obvious but there is a little supermarket and chemist very close by. We walked into the square (about 2km). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is dead, half empty. Menu of the restaurant in lift and customer online ePages - but never open, not even have the lights switched on. Room is dark. Minimum of furniture in the room. OK if all you want to have a wash then sleep … Never worthy the name of Ibis Styles … maybe a bigger room than a Ibis Budget 🤷🙈

I found this hotel by searching on parking space and electric charging available. The parking space was perfect but there was no possibility to charge my car. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The bed was hard but somehow I slept really good and felt refreshed the next morning. The biggest plus was breakfast. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.
