The reality is that the location is really worth what you pay, especially if you're looking to stay near a main train station. Breakfast was good as well. The area could be better, but that was not the main issue.

There was no liquid soap in the bathroom, and the TV wasn't working. The table and chair were tiny, like something out of kindergarten.

Overall, the place, especially the bathroom, looked nothing like the pictures. The sink light flickered, and the shower was a tiny cubicle with yellowing corners.

It's very close to the train station, so it can be a bit noisy.

Overall, I'm satisfied. There was no hot water in the room, but thankfully there was some in the lobby. I don't know why the air conditioner in my room didn't heat up; it stayed at 22 degrees Celsius.

I always stay in this hotel when I go to Paris. It is in the Chinese Quarter, not too far from the metro station Porte d’Ivry and tram station. There are many affordable Asian restaurants nearby. There are also many Asian stores nearby. The staffs are nice and the rooms are clean. The selection of the breakfast is not bad at all and there is unlimited supply of tea coffee and water at the front desk

The house is old and the service is so-so, but don't expect particularly good service at this price in Paris. The main thing is that the house prices in Paris are indeed not cheap, so just make do with it.

Well, when you pay 200€ per night, you surely expect more. The Ibis Hotel Chain needs to work on their pricing system, and they need to refurbish their rooms in order to cope up with the competition. However, their breakfast is excellent 👌, and their service is not bad, the staff are very friendly.

Very practical hotel if you want to visit Marineland in Antibes. Nice staff, price/quality OK. If you cross France, stop there and pass a day in Marineland. Recommended and you will not forget it!

The best hotel ever!!! Perfect located for children and next to train and beach. The restaurant could have a little bit more variated meny. The desk peoples were service and solutions makers! It made our stay unforgettable.

This is an excellent budget accommodation with a small kitchen. There was no coffee machine and not even a tea bag. It was a great stop over for what we paid.

Surprisingly clean compared to the other hotels, with a big private parking lot so we don’t have to worry for parking.

It was all great, everyone is super nice and very nice stay

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a small balcony. Bed very comfy. Showers hot with a full raining water shower head. Food (Dinner) was really good and the dining area very homely. Staff were cheerful and very helpful.

Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

The room was OK. It rained during our stay, and the first room we were given had a strong odor. It was fine after we changed the room, but the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite cold. The bathroom heater didn't heat the room the next day. When checking in, we had to show our credit card, but we just touched the card and didn't know what it was for. Nothing else.

I booked this place at the last minute due to an apartment I rented for a 5 night stay in Paris having mould in it. Whilst this stay wasn't perfect (they could up the cleanliness a little bit) it suited the purpose of my visit to Paris, the location is very conveniently near a metro station (but not at all noisy) and the staff were truly wonderful, polite and accommodating.

Location is a plus accessible to multiple mode of transport. Arrived at hotel V Early, recep was V nice to help store our Lugguages. The Free flow Hot drink & Cold water dispenser at level 1 is a Bonus when we came back from the Cold outside. Reception looks nice but then everything else was rather jaded. Rooms have strange furniture which doesn't fit well. Pool area is very small and barely gets the sun due to surrounding trees. Pool toilet was disgraceful.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested. The room was medium size with almost everything you might need. The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized. Convenient for an overnight stay if you are travelling through Europe as the main coach station is a fifteen minute walk . Hotel is in 2 parts. I stayed in the 2nd: very old room without air conditioning. In addition, there are construction sites all around: the open window therefore has its limits. On the other hand, cleanliness at the rendezvous + simple but ok breakfast. The plus: exhibition park 10 min walk away

Beyond the impersonal side of the hotel, the welcome is pleasant although the lobby is small and not very cheerful. Nothing to say about the clean and pleasant room (heating) the proximity of the station is an asset.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)
